Do not stay here. We came home late one evening and our key was not working to enter the lobby. There was no concierge or security guard there at the time. They directed us to a neighbouring hotel to get a new key. We went back and tried the new key did not work. We were stuck outside the hotel in the middle of the night waiting for someone to exit so they could let us in. Finally after waiting for some time someone came out we complained at the concierge and all they told us was that they were aware of the problem. Also, at this hotel, there isn’t a cleaning service. You have to be your own cleaner and clean up after yourself when you leave even throwing out the garbage. This is not worth the cost. We only booked this because it was the very last option for us and we would never rebook this place again.

Great place to relax and get a tan. Easy parking.

We’ve stayed at Natureva Spa before and asked for the same room again (initially when we booked a room, and again a couple of weeks before check-in), so we were very happy to find that the hotel had arranged this for us.
We didn’t utilise the spa on 2/F, but we did use the indoor pool, sauna and steam room on 1/F - they were never crowded; the sauna and steam room are open 3pm-8pm, and the pool 9am-9pm.
Breakfast is available for a fee, but we tend to self-cater; the room contains plenty of pots, pans, crockery and utensils, plus dish cloth and tea towel.
The beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and there are 3 small supermarkets in the resort (one each in Heliopolis, Port Nature and Port Arbonne). Various nightlife options, depending on your tastes!

The hotel is just inside the entrance to the naturist section of Cap d'Agde on the left. Just inside the entrance, you make a U-turn to the left - where you're supposed to - and then an immediate right and you're there. It is easily walkable to the beach and all areas of the naturist section. It was our first time at Cap d'Agde. We had a great stay. We'll definitely come back.

In the Cap d’Agde naturist area, with parking.

Situated within the Cap d’Agde naturist area and with ample parking. Easily walkable to the beach and to any of the shops and restaurants in other areas of the village. Swimming pool is indoors on 1/F, and there is a sauna and hammam available in the afternoon/early evening without needing to book. Sun terrace on 1/F is okay - enough space for up to 8 loungers in relative comfort. Our room was great! Block A is quieter, and we had a south-facing balcony. Room was a good size with sofa and well-equipped kitchen, and everything was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful whenever we had a query.

Apartments in the quieter part of Cap d’Agde

Arrived after-hours, so followed instructions and collected our room keys which were waiting for us at Oz’Inn, just 2 minutes walk from Natureva Spa. Had 2 consecutive bookings (3N each) and the next day we asked reception to keep us in the same room - they obliged and we were able to keep the same room for all 6 nights - reception and admin staff were very helpful! The 1-bed apartment is well equipped with kitchen equipment, TV, etc. For a small fee you can use the washer and dryer behind reception to do laundry.
The Cap d’Agde resort itself is good - it’s great to be ‘free’ and safe around the apartment, on the beach, and even walking around the rest of the complex, but we kept things mainstream. The 2 supermarkets (the Spar in Heliopolis, and the Casino in Port Ambonne) are both well-stocked). There’s a self-service laundry (in Heliopolis) despite other reviewers saying that this facility was lacking, and there are many bars and eateries to suit your taste (not catering well to those with allergies or intolerances). There are many shops (in Heliopolis and Port Ambonne), so don’t worry if you forget anything, or want to dress up for a Cap d’Agde ’party’.
Natureva Spa itself has an extensive spa menu, indoor pool, sauna, hammam, etc. (not 24/7).
If in Cap d’Agde again, we’d likely stay at Natureva Spa.

Great place to stay i prefer the apartment style room and assist with laundry over normal hotels. The lack of fuss to people going about their days and the warm smiles from staff when you see them. Only con's now shower curtain so water everywhere no extra towels in room or pool to use at beach. But that may be jaut part of the style of residence. Will definatley stay here again

We came at 14:00, but the office opened only at 15:00...By then, there was already a line of guests waiting for their keys. It could be a good idea to have more office hours, especially towards the weekend (we arrived Friday afternoon). In addition, there's no wifi in the lobby, so we couldn't even connect while waiting.

Highly recommend this place in Naturiste village. The location and the services available at Natureva Spa were excellent. We hired bicycles and went to Cap de Agde Marina for the day. The beach was walking distance, however facilities; beach bars and many shops were closed for the season early October.

We stayed here in July and really liked it.The location was excellent; it was quiet, but right next door to Babylon and quite close to everything else at Cap, including the beach. It was clean and comfortable. Best of all, Diane was very helpful to us re: many issues, like finding a pharmacy, re-booking train reservations, and ordering taxi service. The owner also provided secure luggage storage while we waited for a later train due to the French strike. We will definitely stay here again next year!

Small apartment (this one had small second bedroom, but at the expense of a larger main bedroom).

Generally clean, nice facilities (pool, spa, etc), quiet location (close to main gate) but walking distance to beach, clubs and pubs.

Only negative I have is paying hotel rate to s not worth it as you don’t get any cleaners, clean towels (anything really) between days and you are expect to clean the apartment before leaving. Would be happy with this if I paid regular weekly rental rate not the much higher hotel rate.

The room was large and bright, clean, the bathroom very ok, the fully equipped and clean kitchen, only the very small double bed for 2 people, probably 140 cm and very inconvenient. The hotel is far from the beach but in the quiet area. The windows shut off perfectly and rollers are very helpful if you want to sleep more in the morning :) The fact that someone is not at the reception all the time has not bothered us at all. We arrived after the closure, but I could find a reception at the nearby hotel, Ozz-In. The spa area is ok, with the sauna only working in the morning and afternoon. Supermarquet at 5-7 minutes walking. It's not just a couples hotel so there are men alone and some even disturbing. We'll probably come back ... but is little expensive.

Almost faultless. Very clean modern single bedroom apartment with nice furnishings - I just wish the toilet and the bathroom were combined. The price is also reasonable and much better value for money that most other options in the Naturist Village. Great facilities too with an on site pool, spa and gym. Very helpful reception staff too.

Don't turn up before check in, not at all accommodating and not very flexible.. you can't even leave you bags. We got a fairly rude, no English go away check in is at 3.

Naturiste Village Quiet Hotel

We spent 4 nights and found this apartment hotel to be quiet, clean and comfortable. It is an apartment with a small kitchen area with pots/pans and basic dishes, but if you run out of toilet paper, you have to go to the market and buy your own. You have to take out your garbage and do some basic cleaning before you check out. This was a surprise. The receptionist woman walked into our room twice, she claimed by mistake because she had messed up the booking information and thought the room was vacant. Rather suspisous! But, otherwise it is a nice place with full gym and a lovely indoor pool, suana and steam room. The spa will have a massage therapist available upon appointment. You can get breakfast brought to your room, but it is costly and there is a wonderful patissarie just a block or so away. It is a bit of a hike to the beach, but unless you are into the party scene, this is a much quieter place. It is right inside the main gate. If / when we return, we will book this hotel again.

When in Rome...

Thankfully we are the kind of people who go with the flow. The naked German fella at the door was a little unexpected as guidebooks said clothing optional beaches were passé and it being listed in very small print on your site. Seriously, you should really list it in better view. We are easy going and adopt a very \"When in Rome\" mentality. While it was an interesting new experience for us, others may be quite upset.

Also, the room for the price was very Spartan compared to other places we've been staying. Add in there is no round the clock front desk staff (we had to walk to another hotel to check in / get our keys) and the free Wifi only let one person on at a time, the room is not worth the price.

After I booked this I read some reviews which made me a little apprehensive but within minutes On entering the room I was blown away considering I wasn't expecting much. The place looks like it was refurbed within the last year or so as was a trendy place to stay and can't work out where they got their ideas for their negative reviews. I loved the sun terrace/balcony, my was facing the car park and village which made a nice suntrap, rooms on the other side have a countryside view which can also be seen from the lovely pool and sauna. I can't wait to return!

Hotel was very nice, simple but up to date and clean. Kitchen facility was a plus as we got a bit tired of restaurant food. Bathroom was modern and clean, water pressure in shower was amazing. The pool, sauna and steam room were excellent facilities to unwind at the end of he day. The beach is a 10 minute walk, but pleasant. There are restaurants and cafes nearby.

Obnoxious manager and tired rooms

We've been to Natureva several times now, mainly because it's one of the few hotels in the naturist quarter of Cap d'Agde. Our problems lie with the tired rooms and facilities and the user-aggressive staff. Over the few years, it has gradually deteriorated and the rooms and facilities are \"tired\" with faded and dirty covers on the bed, the boards on the swimming pool bending and tripping clients up, and so on.

But the biggest problem we have is with the attitude to clients. In the last three times we have been there, we have been overcharged every time. The first time, we were hit with a Euro 60 \"cleaning bill\" for what we found out, by dragging the manager to the room, was where they had shaken crumbs from the toaster over the kitchen counter. More seriously, the most recent twice we have paid upfront, and then been charged again for the rooms when we gave our details for the (legitimate) tax that is payable on the room. This time, as last, we spotted it and after some argument and delay it was refunded in Euros, but the management wouldn't agree to refund the significant bank charges we incurred for the transaction fees and overdraft interest.

As we left, there was another couple arguing with the manager, they too had been overcharged.

Unfortunately there isn't too much choice there for couples who, like us, prefer to spend out holidays in the sun without clothes. Nevertheless, we've decided that from now on we will stay outside the quarter.

Good place to stay in Cap D'Agde

Decent place to stay if you want to stay in the naturalist village. It is called a 'residence' for the main reason that it does not offer services or support such as you would find in a hotel or motel, i.e. you are expected to clean your own room (or pay a fee) and desk support is only during a limited set of hours(but very good). You are allowed to use the facilities at the nearby Oz Inn which is great.

This is an apartment hotel, so it's basically self-catering. That said, there are reception staff available for parts of the day and they are friendly and helpful. The Natureva is kept clean and has a generally pleasing look. There is a (fairly small) swimming pool and sunbathing area for guests, plus a gym and a spa.
The apartment was clean airy, air-conditioned and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment, including plates, cutlery, mugs and pots. There is a microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker too.
The hotel is right at the entrance to the resort, with plenty of parking. It is a bit of a walk to the beaches, but I enjoyed the chance for walks and exercise.
If you want to enjoy the delights of Cap d'Agde and the Village naturiste then this is a lovely place to stay.

Comfy bed but no sun on terrace

Because of reviews elsewhere someone said the front of the Hotel is noisy because of the car park - rubbish! Very quiet location and because of this, we chose the back of the Hotel overlooking the nature reserve/fields - great view of the land but no sun whatsoever on the terrace (room 124) and unfortunately very windy for the whole week (in July) but lovely room and Hotel very clean and nice pool/sauna/steam room and non-crowded terrace at the front - always sunny. All these areas completely naturist. Reception staff very helpful and the cleaning of the room at the end of our stay was no big deal (sweeping and emptying the bins), whereas other guests thinks it's a problem - just lazy people we guess!!

The hotel was excellent value for money in an area where accomodation is expensive. We had a studio room with double bed and a small room off with bunk beds. The kitchen area was small but adequate. The room was well decorated and very clean. There was a nice indoor pool on the first floor with a sun bathing balcony.The position was just what we wanted, near enough to shops, bars and clubs etc but far enough away to avoid the noise.

Premium price for mediocrity

Let's get this out of the way straight away: if you stay at Natureva, you will be paying a HEFTY premium simply for the privilege of staying in Village Naturiste. The hotel itself is mediocre at best and has a number of issues that wouldn't be tolerated at this price point anywhere else.

1: the front desk is staffed by one person, it opens at 9AM, has a \"lunch break\" between 1PM and 3PM and closes at 6PM. If you have a late check-in, you have to pick up your key from the nearby Oz Inn. If you happen to arrive between 1 and 3 in the afternoon, you are out of luck: nobody will talk to you until 3PM. In fact, you won't even be able to enter the lobby without \"tailgating\" someone (you need a room key to enter when front desk is closed).

2: you get two bunk beds in the room, and one very uncomfortable pull-out couch. So, if you are a couple, you have the \"great\" choice of sleeping separately or waking up with back pain.

3: the saunas in the pool area are shut off between 1PM and 3PM \"for technical reasons.\" What these reasons are, you may never know.

4: you have to pay 12 euro per person to access the jacuzzi, which has the same temperature as the hotel's pool. Waste of money.

5: they will send you the typical French petit-dejuner (croissants and jam) for 10 euro a person. Nearby snack bar serves the same for 5 euro (and has an option of eggs and bacon).

One upside is that it's a no-play/family-friendly hotel, so you won't be bothered by swingers.

You can use the bar in the hotel opposite but proves to be expensive. We would stay again as staff are pleasant and helpful. I'm a student at the nearby culinary school so I stayed there the night I got into town. It's a nice hotel, my main problem is that is no one to receive you if you arrive after 7pm, the hotel gets super dark after 7pm like scary dark no lights on. In the envelope the gate keeper gives you when you get there the internet access is not in there. I really needed that to get in touch with my family from overseas. Not staying here again.

Chouette séjour malgré quelques points négatifs !

Appartement sympathique et très bien situé.
Les oreillers n’étaient pas très confortables.
Pas de rideau de douche donc de l’eau se faufile partout.
Manque de lumière dans la salle de bain.
Très belle résidence avec une belle salle de sport et un bon espace détente avec piscine, sauna, etc… Les massages sont excellents !
Beaucoup de consignes à respecter pour le ménage, un peu dommage.

Espaço do quarto excelente, porém o terraço estava muito sujo, mesa e cadeiras, o chão também.
Poderiam deixar mais toalhas de banho, pois tinha que usar as do chuveiro na piscina

E la terza volta che ci vado sempre bene ma questa volta un po’ meno il divano letto al nostro arrivo era chiuso all’ aprire ci siamo accorti che rotto abbiamo cercato di farcelo sostituire ma ,(credo la direttrice )comunicava che prima era sana e sembrava ce la volesse addebitare dopo un po’ di discussione i due lingue (non avendo interprete italiano)finita così e divano letto non sostituito io fatto figuraccia con miei amici e comunque anche se un po’ scomodi tutto sommato per il resto tutto beneu

Parfait et surclassèrent, merci.

Très bon accueil, nous avons été surclassé dans une belle chambre avec terrasse et dressing. une belle surprise, chambre calme et refaite récemment.
La piscine et spa sont très bien entretenu.
Comme tout les ans nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Dommage que nous n’ayons pas eu d’informations concernant la récupération des clés compte tenu que la réception était fermée et que nous ayons dû faire un parcours du combattant pour les trouver
Sinon, établissement toujours impeccable et confortable avec un excellent rapport qualité prix

A voir...

Séjour bien passé, nous avons profité de la piscine ainsi que du sonna et hammam qui sont très agréable.
L'appartement était sympa tout ce qui faut à disposition pour satisfaire, nous avons pas utilisé la cuisine ni le salon.
Par contre le matelas à notre goût il est trop ferme, la cuisine est propre mais il y a des petites et c'est pas dus au nettoyage.
Pour le prix et le prestige que l'établissement veux se donner, je trouve pas normal d'avoir des feuilles pour nous expliquer le ménage sortant que nous devons faire.... je comprend que nous avons pas tous la même hygiène mais je paye pour qu'on fasse le ménage à ma place, c'est pas pour me retrouver à mettre les linges utiliser dans un sac et devoir commencer le ménage.
L'accès à l'hôtel est simple et sécurisé se qui rassure aussi.
