My family and I stayed at Thalacap Residence in August 2025. We had a lovely time. The hotel was clean and easy reach to 4 beaches. It was also close to the restaurants and shops with plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and hotel has a small pool which was great for us all. The low point is the car parking which is free, but very sort after and cars wait for someone to leave. We were fortunate that we didn’t need to drive a lot being so close to the amenities, but if you do leave you could be waiting a long time to get a space. The hotel offers three spaces which costs 10 euros a day, but they may be booked up. Overall we had a great time and could cook in our little room with all a hob and microwave. It also had a fridge and good air con which a god send. I would recommend staying at this hotel as they had everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Great location. Biggest downside was that in the studio apartment there was a pull out bed. This was not in the listing I read and it was terribly uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

great location small appartment

The location is perfect. All the staff very helpful. On the negative side you are expected to clean the room before you leave and the instructions on what is expected do not translate well and appear rather brusque. The reality is the staff are really laid back and nice and you are only required not to leave washing up and to sweep the floor. The pool is small but adequate but our room was not big enough for 4 adults. We had to move things around to be able to unpack our cases as storage is very limited. We had to leave our cases in the boot of the car.

Easy access to the beach and port.

I was pleasently surprise of what I received for the per night fee I was charged. I traveled to euroope before and was traveling this year as well and it is by far, the cheapest, cleanest and largest space I received in europe. AAAAA+ for this place. I loved it! I loved the Cap D'Agde and will definitly come back in the future:)

Désordres soirée voisins de chambres

Présence d’un groupe de 15 jeunes de 18 ans qui avaient décidés de faire la fête… Nous avons donc eu droit à un florilège de gros mots, éructations, terrasses emplies de bouteilles de verres et de fûts, et musique !! Formidable dans le cadre d’un séjour familial avec des enfants de 6 et 9 ans…
J’ai appelé et on m’a répondu que la directrice était encore sur place : Elle a été voir le groupe de jeunes mais n’a absolument pas remis en place les mœurs des jeunes!!! Les jeunes ont donc pu continuer à passer leur soirée comme si de rien n’était…
À souligner que les baies vitrées des studios sont en aluminium des années 90 : force est de constater qu’elles ne sont absolument pas adaptées à lutter contre ces nuisances sonores lorsque vos enfants dorment à 4m d’un groupe enivré et profitant de musique.
J’ai remonté ces informations à la directrice le lendemain matin lui reprochant notamment ne pas avoir interdit aux jeunes la présence de leur enceinte. Je lui ai notamment reproché le manque d’obligation des locataires quant à l’usage de la musique dans leur règlement interne : En effet, rien ne fait état sur l’usage de la musique dans l’établissement!!! Incroyable pour un établissement orienté sur la réception des familles!!
Bref, la structure est plutôt accueillante, bien placée et fonctionnelle mais aucunes règles imposées pour respecter le calme dans la résidence…

Résidence classée 4 étoiles, il va falloir m'expliquer ce classement vue le niveau des prestations ! Chambre minuscule, sans fenêtre, on a l'impression de dormir dans un placard ! Les photos du descriptif sont trompeuses, la baie vitrée est celle du salon. Petit déjeuner facturé 14 €, une honte, pas de salé, pas de jambon, ni oeufs, ni fromages. Prenez votre petit déj au bistrot en bord de mer, 9 € et très bon. Nous sommes rentrés hier après-midi et quelle surprise de voir notre badge désactivé ! Réception fermée, obligé de contacter l'hôtel Mercure pour ce désagrément, un grand merci au réceptionniste de Mercure qui a été très réactif pour réactiver notre badge. Accueil quasi inexistant, fermé dimanche et lundi matin à notre départ. Conclusion, pour un prochain séjour au Cap d'Adge, nous irons voir ailleurs.

Une très bonne expérience de vacances.

L'établissement dans son ensemble est propre, l'appartement pour trois personnes fut suffisant en terme de place.

Le mobilier, les différents ustensiles pour cuisiner et manger, les serviettes de toilette, draps, couette, en nombre largement suffisant également.

Parking proche, situation géographique idéale, port, plage, commerce et belle ballade à proximité.

Réceptionniste très gentille et donnant des conseils sur les différents endroits à visiter.

Appartement correct et propre.
Il manque un peu de chaleur : aucune déco. Manque de porte manteau à l'entrée et la salle de bain,..une bouilloire pour le petit déjeuner serait la bienvenue.
La circulation dans la chambre n'est pas facile, les portes du placard difficiles à utiliser,...
Nous y avons fait un bon séjour.

Bon séjour, appartement petit, idéal pour 2 pers.

Le séjour était convenable. Parking difficile devant la résidence étant donné qu'il s'agit d'un parking public non réservé aux voyageurs. L'appartement était très propre mais peu équipé et surtout très convenable pour 2 personnes mais pas pour 4. Attention car la chambre est sans climatisation et sans fenêtre ! La terrasse est également trop petite pour 4 personnes, possible pour 2 tout au plus. La proximité port (à 5 minutes du début du port) et de la mer (trois plages à moins de 10 minutes) est parfaite. Pas de petits commerces à proximité, 15 minutes à pieds pour une boulangerie et près de 20 minutes pour une superette, dommage que ce quartier ne soit pas plus vivant de ce côté-ci. Accueil très aimable, manque peut-être quelques indications pratiques, mais personnel très sympathique aussi pour les chambres.

Super séjour.

Etablissement très propre, appartement tres fonctionnel, climatisation présente, salle de bain spacieuse, à 5mn à pied du centre ville et commerces, plage du Môle, un accès direct à la falaise, piscine chauffée.
Personnel à l'écoute et fort sympathique, arrivée tardive dans la nuit, codes et carte d'accès laissés à disposition.
Je recommande l'établissement.

Lavt under talet i hems

Dobbeltseng i hems svært lavt under taket, måtte krabbe bort til sengen. Ikke noe sted for eldre eller folk med dårlig rygg (som meg). Meget trang garasje gjorde at jeg skrapte opp hele siden på leiebilen – hold deg unna den! Men det er så og si umulig å finne parkering i gatene rundt i den franske fellesferien.

Par quoi commencer...
Accueil froid, nous prend pour des grosses m*****, elle nous ignore quand on lui parle, préfère parler avec sa collègue !! Plus que médiocre !
Ensuite, nous réservons une chambre séparée du salon, et en ouvrant la chambre, quel belle surprise.. un canapé lit !!
Selon l'accueil, c'est de notre faute on n'a mal réservé.. alors que tout est stipulé sur notre réservation, la chambre séparée et j'en passe..
La vue est sur un parking, juste MAGNIFIQUE !!
Le parking payant, venez avec une petite voiture sinon vous y rentrerais pas.. 10 euros la nuit, mais 20 min pour essayer de ce garer tellement c'est petit!
En gros ne venez surtout pas ici, cette hôtel n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles !!

Séjour d’une nuit. Lits non faits à l’arrivée excepté drap house. La personne à l’accueil nous demande de retirer les draps avant notre départ, de jeter la poubelle, bref de laisser l’appartement propre. La réservation de la prestation petit déjeuner n’arrange pas la personne à l’accueil car prétexte qu’elle sera seule le lendemain matin (je ne pense pas que soit le problème ni la faute du client ). Idem pour l’heure de départ le lendemain elle aurait préférait que l’on libère la chambre à 9h plutôt qu’à 11 h. Chambre du couple très petite sans fenêtre. Pour couronner le tout, voisins (groupe de jeunes ) très bruyants, musique à fond et chicha.

C est vraiment un endroit tres bien situé piscine mer à côté centre ville tres proche.
L endroit est calme.
Seul bémol je dirais la literie du canapé pour des adolescents n est pas tres confortable..ni les chaises de la terrasse.

Chambre satisfaisante mais un peu petite. Côté salon /cuisine bien et propre. Le check out est un peu contraignant (heure à réserver à l'avance pour état des lieux très sommaire)
Gros bémol, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine car les cartes magnétiques qui ouvrent le portillon ne marchaient pas, dommage quand on choisit un hôtel à ça tarif là et justement pour la piscine...

Appart hotel agréables les locaux sont propres et l'appart aussi. Bien placé, plage et commerce a proximité. On a laissé la voiture sur la place de parking pour le séjour. On reviendra.

Un désastre !

J’avais lu les commentaires négatifs sur la propreté, mais n’étant pas trop exigeante de ce côté (surtout pour 2 nuits) je me disais que ça ne serait pas si grave.

Mais quelle déception et en plus pour le prix !
Certes le logement est bien situé pour ceux qui souhaitent rester au cap, mais c’est bien le seul point positif.

Les espaces communs sont mal entretenus et le logement était vraiment sale !!! Nous avons tout nettoyé avant d’utiliser quoi que se soit.

Les bâtiments sont vieillots, bétonnés avec toutefois un logement plutôt refait dernièrement
On avait vu sur la piscine... recouverte d’une vieille bâche verte et du matériel à l’abandon !

Et le ponpon On me demande un pré-débit sur ma CB de 200€ pour caution. Jusque là, allez pourquoi pas ! Du coup je demande comment on fait l’état des lieux ? Et ben on fait pas !!! C’est la femme de ménage qui le lendemain précise si c’est bon ou pas !
Je laisse donc 200€ sans avoir aucun moyen de contrôler le débit possible...

Et j’oubliais, comme nous avions la chance de pouvoir passer un moment dehors le soir, nous avons pu profiter d’un invité surprise les deux soirs... un beau pépère... un très joli rat !!!!!!

Bref, j’espère pour les prochains clients, que vous aimez le Cap d’Agde, les commerçants qui n’ont pas franchement envie de travailler, le béton, le moche et vieux, les bébêtes et éventuellement vous faire arnaquer de la caution au passage
