Staff was excellent but both our rooms air conditioning was broken. Plus construction on our floor meant the hallways were open to the outside heat and humidity. The result was unbearable heat in the room. Staff tried to fix twice but to no avail.

The first day when my wife and i showed up for check in the man at the frount desk VITOR asked to see my passport and then after looked at my wife and said will SHE be staying int he same room ! I replied thats my wife . My wife is black and I am white . It was a racial slure but thats Brasil . Was not expecting racism from a 20 something kid , If you think this is normal stay there ,if you have common sense go somewhere else .

I still like the place, but my A/C was broken and never worked well, the TV rarely worked, my safe had to be fixed and the mini-frig really did not cool anything. At least they finally fixed the flat tires on the luggage trolleys. While there is a lunch offering it is limited and just barely passable.

Os funcionários muito atenciosos e cafe da manhã de otima qualidade.
Os únicos pontos que ficaram pendentes era o estacionamento (muito pequeno e vagas de difícil acesso) e a area da piscina interditada devido a reforma.

Na segunda feira de carnaval de 2025 o café da manhã estava muito malhado, não tinha ninguém reabastacendo. Acordei cedo e não era nos últimos momentos do café. No dia 4 o café da manhã estava no padrão. Estacionamento estava lotado. Ocarro teve que ficar na rua por uma noites. Resumo: Estava tudo ótimo. Pretendo voltar um dia.

O Hotel é uma ótimo, muito bem localizado, instalações novas, confortável e os atendentes bastante agradáveis. Ambiente seguro e de frente à prais Campista, que não possui muito movimento de pessoas na praia, que dá uma certa privacidade para tomar um sol sem aquele monte de gente disputando espaço. Entretanto, possui a opção de, andando um pouco à frente, tem outras duas praias movimentadas, ótimas, com menos onda para banho. Seguindo uma caminhada rápida, bem próximo, tem várias opções de restaurantes e outras praias mais movimentadas. Foi muito boa a estadia! A cidade também agradou bastante. Os Pontos negativos foram: forro de carpetes nos corredores, pois estão cheio de ácaros e com cheiro forte. No café da manhã, durante os 4 dias do carnaval, não serviram suco natural, só artificial e o horário do checkin é muito tarde! Checkin às 15hs é muito tarde. São poucos os hotéis que possuem checkin tão tarde! Na maioria, o Checkin é 14Hs, mas o horário ideal seria 13:30hs.

O Hotel é uma gracinha, bem localizado, bem novinho, confortável e os atendentes bastante agradáveis. Ambiente seguro e sem muito movimento de pessoas na praia, que dá uma certa privacidade para tomar um sol sem aquela muvuca de gente. andando um pouco à frente, tem várias opções de restaurantes e outras praias mais movimentadas. Foi muito boa a estadia! A cidade também agradou bastante. Os Pontos negativos foram: o uso de carpetes nos corredores, pois estão cheio de ácaros e com cheiro forte. No café da manhã não tinha suco natural, só artificial e o checkin às 15hs é muito tarde. O Checkin ideal seroa 13hs ou , no máximo 14hs.

O Hyatt me surpreendeu

Foi a primeira vez que me hospedei no Hyatt e me surpreendi com o hotel. Tudo perfeito. Vou sempre a Macae, a trabalho, e costumo me hospedar em outros hoteis. Mas, desta vez, fui a passeio e resolvi experimentar o Hyatt. Não me arrependi, hotel limpo, bem localizado, quartos amplos, visual impecável e um excelente atendimento.

Ótimo atendimento, estrutura e quarto.

Atendimento primoroso e cordial, todos os funcionários eram prestativos e educados. A decoração do hotel e dos quartos é moderna e clean. O quarto é espaçoso, com cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, roupa de banho e cama limpa, nova e cheirosa, os amenities são de qualidade e a ducha é maravilhosa, banheiro espaçoso. O único detalhe é o exaustor do banheiro que fica ligado 24h, o que incomoda para quem tem sono leve, e o quarto não tem janelas, o que dificulta a ventilação. O café da manhã é rasoável, no primeiro dia era tudo fresco e saboroso, exceto os sucos que são artificiais e nos dias seguintes, a grande maioria do que se tinha era do dia anterior, o que, por sua vez, já não estava saboroso. A academia e muito boa e com aparelhos de ótima qualidade. A piscina é boa, só sentimos falta de um funcionário para auxiliar com guarda-sol.

Check-in ofereceu quarto não reservado

Reservei uma noite, com diária pre-paga, por meio de Hotéis.com, um quarto para dois adultos e uma criança com cama king size e um sofá cama.
No check-in, quiseram cobrar a diária. Mostrei que havia pago e depois de uns bons minutos, me deram o quarto.
Ao chegar ao quarto, no entanto, não tinha sofá cama. Disseram que houve uma intercorrência e que veriam para qual quarto me mudar.
Tive de esperar quase 1h para finalmente entrar no quarto às 24h,,cansado querendo me acomodar e com uma criança de 6 anos para dar banho e colocar na cama.

DESRESPEITO A PESSOA COM DEFICIÊNCIA

Costumo viajar para Macaé com certa frequência e me hospedo em hotéis da orla. Em termos de conforto do quarto, o Hyatt é o mais interessante. Cama, roupa de cama, chuveiro, TV e canais, chaleira elétrica e cortesias de chás, café solúvel e água sem gás. Tudo ótimo! Tábua de passar e ferro a vapor na acomodação. Contudo, os itens do café da manhã deixaram a desejar: sabor ruim dos sucos artificiais, pães esfarelados, bolos duros, pareciam artigos velhos e de baixa qualidade. Incompatível com o ambiente do hotel. Fora isso, total DESRESPEITO À LEI de deficiente físico! A única vaga demarcada para deficientes na garagem estava ocupada por pessoa sem deficiência. Quando fomos estacionar, não havia mais vagas. Meu companheiro deixou o carro na frente da vaga de deficiente e fomos para o quarto avisar para localizarem o dono do carro, para que ele o retirasse da vaga e meu companheiro pudesse estacionar conforme a legislação prevê. A atendente sugeriu que ele, a pessoa deficiente, deixasse seu carro fora do hotel, pq, segundo ela, a prioridade é de quem chegar primeiro. Foi-lhe explicado que a lei prevê vaga para deficiente justamente pq o deficiente não tem condições de caminhar e deixar o carro fora do hotel. Então, ela simplesmente disse que mandaria rebocar o nosso carro. Não quis se identificar e na recepção também se recusaram a dar seu nome. Ligamos para a polícia. Só aí é que ela localizou o dono do carro que estava indevidamente na vaga e pudemos estacionar adequadamente.

Conforto positivo, mas há melhorias a serem feitas

Conforto excelente, mas faço duas críticas para melhorias: o chuveiro parece um pinga gotas (quarto 417) e deve ser revisto prontamente pelo hotel, pois é muito desagradável; e restaurante do hotel fechado às 16h. Chegamos de viagem este horário e tivemos que sair à rua para buscar um restaurante, pois a cozinha do hotel não estava funcionando neste horário.
