O hotel parece precisar de mais colaboradores pois foi preciso esperar bastante tempo para o checkin pois o quarto ainda não estava pronto, atrasou mais de uma hora. Na piscina também faltam pessoas para você conseguir fazer um pedido de bebidas. Mas o local é aconchegante e os poucos funcionários são preparativos.

Muito ruim, lamentável, eu comprei pela nota no site, mas essa não é a realidade encontrada, na recepção o funcionário queria cobrar por uma reserva já paga, depois de muito insistência desistiu e deixou para o outro dia, mais ele sábia que estava paga pois nos deu um quarto com a configuração certa inclusive no último andar de escadas pois segundo ele não tinha outro quarto com essa configuração mais baixo mesmo o hotel estando completamente vazio (tinham 4 carros no estacionamento e 4 pessoas no café da manhã.
Quarto limpo, mais o chuveiro elétrico não saia água estava entupido, não deu para tomar uma ducha depois de 5 horas de estrada. O ar condicionado não deixa as pessoas dormirem tal o barulho que faz em funcionamento. ar de parede (totalmente obsoleto) para quem gosta de TV só temos a RECORD não pega outro canal. Para completar o desastre o café da manhã muito fraco com produtos requentados, frutas sem qualidades, frios de baixa procedência. A parte boa deve ser área de laser mas hotel não é só isso.

Excelente para quem viaja com crianças. Todo o espaço do hotel parece ter sido pensado para elas. Desde a piscina, até os bichos que fascinam os pequenos, além do restaurante no local. Só deixa a desejar na agilidade do atendimento ao restaurante, porque o número de funcionários é claramente insuficiente para a demanda.

A equipe do hotel é prestativa e empática, o quarto é amplo, o café da manhã é bom (as fotos no site não fazem jus, são 4 mesas de alimentos), a piscina é boa e a sauna complementa. O restaurante possui opções acessíveis e boa qualidade. Existe um aviário com a presença de diversos pássaros exoticos, incluindo Emus, calopsitas, etc. A limpeza não é um destaque. Os pisos são manchados e o banheiro estava com a janela e o blindex encardidos, também sem cheiro de limpeza.

O café da manhã é "simples", mas tem boa variedade. Café, leite, suco (2 opções), iogurte, chá, bolos, biscoitos, pães salgados e doces, frios (3 opções), frutas (3 opções).
Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos.
O quarto estava limpo e a cama é confortável, não gostei do chuveiro, era elétrico e a água caia muito "espalhada" quase não molhava a gente.
A piscina precisa de mais atenção, não estava 100% limpa, dava pra usar, mas a água estava um pouco turva.
Os preços do bar do cardápio são bons e as porções dentro do esperado.

Hotel tem potencial para ser muito bom, entretanto precisa de um pouco mais de organização. Fiz uma reserva na internet, porém, ao chegar no hotel, não havia quartos disponíveis! Por sorte o dono estava presente no momento e solucionou a questão. O café da manhã tem bem pouca variedade, reposição e limpeza das mesas demorada, gerou bastante reclamação entre os hóspedes no dia. Apesar disso, o lugar é bem bonito e o valor é acessível. Sendo assim, diria que o custo benefício foi razoável.

Faltaram detalhes importantes para minha família

O atendimento do Matias fez toda diferença no check in tardio. Os funcionários são muito gentis. O quarto é bom mas falta um cuidado com o mobiliário esta antigo mas em condicões de uso. O que decepcionou minha família foi o desjejum: pouca variedade, somente 2 opções de frutas, os bolos não pareciam caseiros e não eram saborosos, não tinha identificação dos sabores, sem opção de integrais, enfim sentimos falta de variedade( tapioca/crepe, salada de frutas, mel natural, etc).

A piscina e área de brinquedos e jogos são boas e estão bem conservadas.
No meu quarto não tinha a plaquinha de aviso para a limpeza então logo imaginamos que seriam limpos durante o dia mas não foi. Meu cadastro foi para 4 pessoas e só havia toalhas para 3.

São detalhes que sentimoa falta nesta acomodação.

Gostei muito, algumas coisas a melhorar mas curti bastante. A porta do banheiro não fechava. Dá pra escutar o quarto vizinho, tv e conversa. Os moveis do quarto já gastos. A cama maravilhosa, dormi muito bem. Um ponto negativo foi a limpeza da piscina. Pra mim muito suja. Reclamei, falaram que a pessoa q limpa estava atrasada. Mas quando chegou, não limpou. A água já estava turva e com sujeira. Pra mim, tinha que limpar todos os dias.

Me deram o pior quarto

Funcionários simpáticos, instalações boas, quarto grande e confortável. Mas, meu quarto (quarto 30) não tinha vista. OBS.: Percebi que cerca de 90% dos quartos de todo o hotel tinham vista. Quando cheguei, o hotel estava vazio e mesmo assim me deram um quarto fedido a esgoto, com a TV funcionando mal e sem vista. Já é a segunda vez que um hotel me dá o pior quarto com reserva feita através do "HOTEIS.COM". - Me parece não ser coincidência!

A hospedagem é linda! O quarto padrão era simples, pequeno, mas bem ok para uma estadia de um dia.
A piscina é maravilhosa. Só faltou que um pedacinho dela fosse aquecido para ser melhor aproveitada. Eu, por exemplo, cheguei no fim da tarde e já estava frio. Se fosse aquecida, desfrutaria da piscina sem dúvida.
A cama de casal extremamente confortável e os lençóis e toalhas estavam limpos.

Banheiro estava sujo, o chuveiro desarmava no desjuntor depois de 3min ligado, depois tinha que ficar rearmando a cada 1min, Sinais de mofo na parede, não tinha shampoo - só um sabonete muito ruim. O colchão também não estava legal. No site diz que é Cavaleiros, mas de fato fica na zona das fabricas de Macaé. Veja bem o local!

Cama: não existe cama de casal, são 2 camas de solteiras juntas que fica aquele vão no meio dos colchões muito desconfortável. Colchão deformado e muito antigo, não tive uma boa noite de sono, acordei de madrugada incomodada. Observação: tinha ainda uma cama de solteiro no quarto com o lençol com manchas rosas.
Ar condicionado: não gela.
Internet: não funciona.
Quarto: já no check in (que realizei por volta das 22h e sairia no dia seguinte até 12h, ou seja, foi somente para ter uma boa noite de sono e um bom café da manhã) o funcionário informou que a maioria dos hóspedes reclamam de uma luz que fica acesa bem na janela do quarto e que se eu me incomodasse com a luminosidade no quarto, não teria nada o que fazer, pois o hotel estava lotado (percebi pelo menos 10 chaves disponíveis no balcão). De fato, a luminosidade atrapalhou, pois o quarto não ficou escuro.

A Pousada supera as expectativas, muito boa as instalações, piscina, churrasqueira excelente, nós sentimos em casa, tudo muito bom. Porem os hospedes abusam da liberdade que nós dão, sem total respeito aos demais como, usando bebidas em garrafa de vidro e comidas na piscina, tomando café no refeitório sem camisa e outros absurdos. Agindo com maior falta de educação, vamos respeitar o local e o próximo. Meus amigos.

Decepcionante. Cheguei por volta de 14:40 e o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Tive que esperar 15 minutos para liberarem.
O café da manhã é muito fraco. Só tomo chá ou mate e não tinha nenhum dos dois. Só havia 2 tipos de pão, sendo que 1 deles era o francês e o outro de forma. Nenhum pão integral, que é o que eu posso comer.
O quarto tem uma iluminação péssima. Muito escuro.
Quando cheguei havia uma banda tocando na piscina. Muito barulhento. Queria descansar e não consegui.
Ainda bem que era só uma noite.
Não recomendo esse hotel.

local em uma rua bem íngrime, mas de carro não tem problema. tem estacionamento e recepção 24h. O caminho entre o estacionamento e a recepção estava bem escuro. Mas a estrutura do hotel é boa. Piscina ótima. quarto ótimo. Atenderam nossas solicitações de cama extra. Gostei bastante. O café da manhã tinham bolos mais velhos, mas no geral foi ótimo.

Bom café da manhã, mas fraco em diversificação. Não tinha torradeira. Talvez tivesse que pedir, o que não admito em um hotel!
As janelas do quarto são viradas para a varanda, o que deixa somente a opção de mantê-las fechadas. Apesar de ter uma Boa Vista na parte posterior do quarto, onde seria perfeita uma janela.
