You need to speak Portuguese to stay here as they do not speak much English. The billing is a hard as they charge for stuff then credit and you have to watch what's going on my expense report will be a nightmare.

Fantastic location on the beach front of Macaé city. Because of covid breakfast in the room... I always prefer to go to the dinning hall. Clean room with a beautiful beach view. I will stay again in this hotel.

Hotel location is right on the beach. About 1km from all the bars and restaurants, but it’s a flat walk and easy to get to. So all in all location is great.
Staff in the hotel are ok, they didn’t particularly explain anything and due to COVID we were unaware that breakfast can be ordered from the room. A wasted journey to reception, but breakfast was decent so happy with that.
Not many staff speak English, so if you cannot speak Portuguese, expect some issues.
Room was good. A bit of a waste having a king and single bed in a suite. A king and sofa would be far more practical. Shower room was good, although weirdly the shower hooks are the isolation points for hot and cold water. Don’t touch these if you can. Also had someone else’s hair on a wall which is never pleasant.
I’d rate this as 7.5/10 decent enough. Didn’t blow us away but for the price, cannot complain

This is the newest property that I have ever experienced in Macae. My guess is that it opened within the past 2-3 years. Everything works, nothing is worn out as can be experienced in some other top rated properties in the area. The place was spotless, comfortable and in a great location in front of the beach.
The breakfast was very good and had a wide selection. Dinner was likewise very good. Usually there is a dinner buffet; however, apparently due to low occupancy, the advertised dinner buffet was not available on this particular Thursday night. I was assured that it would be available the following night. The pool area is well maintained with a beautiful oceanfront view. The pool water was clean and clear.
My only negative comment concerns the bathroom amenities. It seemed out of place finding the same items that I would expect to encounter in a 2 star property at one of Macae's top ranked properties. They could at least provide a normal "hotel size" bar of soap, which is large enough to hold onto, instead of the tiny bars that are the current amenity.

O local é ótimo. Me hospedo sempre uma vez por mês, há uma ano, sempre satisfeita. Porém nessa hospedagem fiquei decepcionada pois não podiam emprestar uma taça de vinho. Lá eles alugam por R$15,00 cada taça. Achei bem decepcionante para um hotel desse nível cobrar esse valor. Uma economia que não justifica em relação a decepção.

- Hotel muito bom , achei EXCELENTE ter pote descartável no café da manhã para levar algo para o quarto, na minha opinião, isso foi um diferencial que faria voltar ao.mesmo hotel;
- Pouca opção para lanche a noite, sugestão: café com leite (sem máquina), pão na chapa, coisas leves ...
- Observei tapetes no hall de entrada com beirada para cima, mesmo sendo pouco, pode causar acidente;
- O hóspede não tem identificação, achei que poderia ter alguma coisa pois o acesso ao hotel é livre,
- Também acho que poderia ter vigia ou segurança na entrada/hall, para evitar acesso de pessoas que não são hóspedes;

Sempre fico neste hotel. Quarto limpo, cama boa, chuveiro excelente. Senti falta do espelho articulado para maquiagem. Ar condicionado da acomodação um pouco barulhento. A piscina e o bar da piscina funcionam teoricamente até 22h, mas às 20h não havia ninguém para atender. Pedi bebida e sanduíche pelo interfone ao restaurante e demorou quase 1h para chegar. Café da manhã excelente, só senti falta de opções zero açúcar e iogurte desnatado.

No período de 7 a 9 nov, reservei 1 quarto para minha esposa e sua irmã pernoitarem em Macaé. Na madrugada do dia 8, minha cunhada acordou com vulto no quarto. Ela levantou e constatou que a porta do quarto estava encostada.Noite seguinte não dormiram no hotel com medo. Assunto foi levado posteriormente ao sipervisor do hotel para verificação. Até hoje nso tive retorno.

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar! A camareira de um dos dias era super atenciosa e cuidadosa, porém a do outro dia não arrumava o quarto. Não havia limpeza, e a cama sequer era estendida corretamente. O vaso sanitário apresentou entupimento, e assim ficou por quase 48hrs, mesmo eu solicitando o reparo por 05 vezes. Só fui atendido na última porque fiquei sentado na recepção aguardando que algo acontecesse. Não gostei, não recomendo!

Os quartos são ótimos, a limpeza deixou a desejar, o restaurante terceirizado limita muito! Até água temos que pagar, chegamos de viagem e fomos comer e ao voltar não tinha água no frigobar e solicitamos, ninguém atendi, insistimos e o rapaz da recepção que nos ajudou, qdo chegou a água era tarde. No outro dia chegamos às 22:30, solicitamos o café que fica exposto, para os clientes, esperando a água aquecer e qdo aconteceu a máquina não funcionava. Precisam melhorar, a cobertura ótima, mas academia não possuía bebedeira e colchonetes o que é primordial em uma academia. Bem qto ao hotel aos quartos, a cama e banheiros são oitimos, mas a limpeza , não trocava toalha e ateve até um dia que não trocaram o lixinho do banheiro, eu tive que fazer, mas no dia seguinte reclamei e trocaram .

Detalhe para o diferencial surpresa, quando minha esposa deixou acidentalmente sua faca cair durante o café, ela se abaixou para pegar e quando se levantou já tinha um funcionário com uma faca limpa e embalada na mão para entregar a ela. O hotel esta bem localizado as acomodações sao confortáveis e oferecem um bom cafe da manhã. Porem o pessoal da limpeza deveria receber instruções para se comunicarem com a recepção antes de abordar o cliente que ainda esta no quarto, o check out é as 12h e tinha funcionário batendo no quarto as 8h da manhã. Saímos e colocamos o aviso de nao perturbe na porta, mesmo assim entraram no nosso quarto, abriram as cortinas e tiraram o aviso!

O controle do ar condicionado não estava funcionando e ao chegarmos só tinha uma toalha, pedimos e levou mto tempo pra chegar uma nova mesmo me oferecendo pra buscar outra na recepção, mas nada demais. Ficaria novamente neste hotel, por isso essa estadia foi Boa!
