Para dar início a falar sobre minha primeira (e última) experiência no hotel, falo sobre o tratamento e falta de paciência do funcionário durante o jantar, entendo que o mesmo estava sobrecarregado devido ao alto fluxo e ele estar atendendo sozinho mas não justifica tratar os hóspedes com arrogância. Segundo que no dia seguinte, durante o meu café, me questionaram sobre o quarto que me foi designado e por conta de comentários feitos por funcionários ao meu lado, percebi que algo estava errado e estavam falando coisas ruins sobre a recepcionista da manhã, que foi a única funcionária de fato cordial e simpática naquele lugar, e no mesmo dia enquanto eu estava no trabalho um dos funcionários entrou em contato comigo informando que me colocaram em um quarto errado e que eu precisaria trocar, e todos me tratando de forma como se eu tivesse sido o culpado pelo erro deles.
As acomodações eram boas, apesar do colchão estar velho e desconfortável e a limpeza do quarto não estar muito boa, o quarto me atendeu bem.
Sugestão: deixar o térreo aberto à noite toda e colocar portão somente na piscina, saia para trabalhar e voltava e não pude aproveitar a experiência da cobertura, que tem uma linda vista.
Não irei recomendar a estadia no hotel para minha empresa.

Foi horrível, o ar condicionado não funcionava, o colchão afundava demais. Liguei para a recepção pedindo para consertarem o ar condicionado ou me trocarem de quarto e eles disseram que não havia quartos disponíveis e pediram para um rapaz tentar consertar, ele foi lá viu que não tinha o que fazer e tive que dormir no calor, ou melhor, ficar acordado no calor, pois não consegui dormir. Se eles não podem oferecer um quarto com o mínimo de conforto, não deveriam anunciar e nem receber reservas, porque ter um ar-condicionado funcionando é o mínimo.

Cheguei à noite e houve demora para liberar o estacionamento do carro, numa rua escura e deserta. A prioridade deveria ser liberar a garagem e depois fazer o check in, mas fiquei fazendo check in com o carro na rua. O ar condicionado não gelava. Não tinha água quente no chuveiro na parte da manhã. Localização boa, mas precisam melhorar a estrutura.

A estadia foi adequada, porém, escolhi este hotel por conta da piscina. Somente no local, quando procurei saber o horário, fui informada que estava em manutenção e foi decepcionante, pois estava com meu filho de 8 anos e a escolha foi pensando em aproveitar a piscina.
