This place is a complete scam.
I booked through Expedia as pay at check-in, yet the hotel illegally charged my card for all 7 nights upfront. After only 2 nights, I was forced to leave due to constant, unbearable noise 24/7 (including 2–3 AM), an extremely poor and unsafe location, shockingly bad service, and unprofessional, rude reception staff with zero communication skills.

Despite staying only 2 nights, they refused to refund the remaining 5 nights. This is straight-up fraud and money grabbing, not hospitality. Instead of stealing from guests, this hotel should focus on honesty and basic service quality. Stay away unless you want to lose your money

this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very spacious and elegant. Excellent customer service, excellent management, great fitness facility, Amazing Spa. We had breakfast here and it was outstanding. There’s a Lebanese and Turkish restaurant right across the street and the food was super delicious. They are also plenty of nightclubs in the area. The location is great and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ajman.

It is by far the best hotel in the area, it is also the most expensive;as such, the guest’s expectation ought to be fulfilled: clean and comfortable room, quiet, non-smoking (in my case) and great facilities. Radisson failed to fulfill with a quiet room (only with connecting door and we all know what that leads to: undesirable noises from neighbors) and smoke coming from the neighbors. The property is known for being adjacent to very noisy night clubs so the only rooms that can be away from outside noise are the ones from opposite wing of the clubs. Fair enough, for solo traveler or couple, the only available option they gave us in the quiet wing were with connecting doors. So we knew we were going to be hammered (noise wise) either by the clubs or by the neighbor. We took the gamble in hopes the neighbor would be quiet. We were wrong. The neighbor arrived at 3:00am, made loud noises and also started smoking!! For the price i paid, i consider unadmisible that one needs to bet in order to have the minimum elements a hotel should provide. I make the clarification we checked in at 3:00pm (normal standard check in time), but the lobby staff told us “… sorry, had you checked in earlier, i would have given you more room options” i will never go back to this hotel. Great facilities, yes, clean, but will not pay 200 usd for another miserable night

We had a family visit for eight days in Ajman. First of all, we liked the professional employee at the hotel, especially in the breakfast area. When we were staying in room 325, my wife had a little accident while she was using the bathroom when the bathroom door slammed into her face because the bathroom door is so heavy and it is close to the toilet bowl. Even the door broke holder and we had to spend five hours at the nearest hospital emergency room. I would like the management to take care of the issues as soon as possible

The hotel was very efficient and the professional staff made check in a breeze. They had my reservation in seconds of me arriving at the front desk.

The room size was very good. Cleanliness was at a very high standard. Bedding was high quality and comfortable.

The staff overall rating was 5 star. I thought I would need a late checkout and there was no issues at all from the front desk. Very accommodating.

In the dining room breakfast was brought to the table. Very good food and good portions. There was no buffet due to the COVID-19. Staff in the dining area were very professional and pleasant.

Great value in Ajman, close to Corniche and Port.

Wonderful hotel and great service. It is close to the port / Corniche area at only 10 minutes by car. Only issue is that hotel is located in a industrial area, thus it is not for family but more for business travel. Many restaurants and pubs to choose. Great value for the money spent!

My stay was fir 3 days. I felt the service was excellent , looked after me very well indeed. Plenty of fine resturants but food is NOT too westenised , tends to be more arabic so not a great choice but if its a change in culture then its ideal. One resturant was but it closed at 8pm.
Room was comfortable and cosy but the bathroom had broken towel rails and toilet rolls holders and door stop so not so great.
The pool was fantastic and great service and very enjoyable.
Overall i felt it was satisfactory in terms of value for money.
One word of caution ensure the taxis are specific as the hotel allows tsxis drivers that have no idea were they are going and do NOT know the area.

Big Rooms, Great Value for Money, nice pool, lounge facility is a goos option with sone room class.

No Balcony, beach access seperate and 7-8 km away. Breakfast place is small and not too great a variety can get crowded. Salon not working, keralite restaurant was closed.

The Italian restaurant at the hotel called Filini is superb thanks to the chef Araz. I will always use this hotel when visiting Ajman. The rest of the staff were all very friendly and made me feel very welcome too. Excellent!
