This was my second stay at Bardessono Hotel in Yountville and it was excellent from start to finish. The staff was consistently welcoming and attentive from valet service to the front desk. The property is beautifully designed with a calm and well maintained compound and high quality amenities. The location is ideal in the heart of Yountville and makes it easy to enjoy nearby dining and shops. A comfortable and well run hotel that I will definitely return to again.

First and foremost Sara (guest experience coordinator) was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to ensure that every single detail of our 10yr anniversary was spot on. The property is amazing and the staff provided the best service we’ve ever received. Shout out to the valet crew for dropping off and picking us up at all our local reservations. It was nice but not $1000 a night nice room is big big bathroom with jacuzzi but to have a view on a parking lot for such a price is not really great pillows were flat not comfortable other that that location is great and service is fantastic but for the price I’m not sure why we would pay that much maybe the location which is not famous or anything so really not sure what we were paying for I’m sure you can find other hotel in that area for cheaper and same service we did not get extras for that price or anything like a welcome package or anything so the room price plus Valet parking is not worth the cost of this place

We really enjoyed our stay. The ambience, artwork, amenities and staff all made our stay really enjoyable. We did an in room couples massage and we’re really impressed with the setup, massage and the convenience. The pool on the roof was a great addition and nice area to relax after wine tasting. Incredibly walkable to all the great restaurants at the center of Yountville. Looking forward to a return.

Staff said they would send someone to pick up my room service tray immediately. No one came ever. And no one picked it up outside of my room. BEWARE: an extra $72/night destination fee is charged upon checkout. Definitely not worth a stay here. There are much better places in the area.

This is one of my favorite hotels on the planet. It's located in the heart of idyllic Yountville and you can walk across the street to Bouchon Bakery or down the street to Bistro Jeanty. The staff are exceptional from the moment you check in to the moment you leave, you will have all your needs met and then others you didn't even realize existed.

We thought this places was going to be over the top but ended up having a room that A/C didn’t work properly as well as the blinds on the room. It was our anniversary and honestly for them not to acknowledge that was very bad customer service. We stayed at a smaller hotel the day prior and they gave us a bottle of wine and left a card stating happy anniversary. It’s the little things that make a big difference.

When the concierge at the front desk relayed this information she looked at me in disgust.
