Very quiet and comfortable stay close to main city and beach. Friendly staff and nice Breakfast. Bathroom (WC) felt a bit old. Renovation needed. Very good view from rooms. Separate swimming pools available for kids and adults. Nice garden area and private beach. Found a red stain in the quilt cover. Staff were friendly and quick enough to replace. Got a complimentary cake as I stayed on my Birthday. It was yummy and delicious and the team took the effort to make my stay memorable.

Hotel itself is a bit outdated. What I really enjoyed were rabbits living on the property, cleaning stuff did their job excellent, breakfast food was always tasty even tho I got a bit tired of eating same for a week. Hotel stuff was always polite and sorted out a situation I had very quickly.
What I don’t like was the location, unless you planning to stay in the hotel you need taxi all the time, everything is far. Also I don’t recommend visiting Dubai in June bc it is already very very hot and water also hot even in early mornings. And one last thing is doors to the beach open at 5.25am and you can only swim until sunset which was 7.10pm. Lifeguard whistle you out of the water which I never heard of or read before.

Food was subpar, overly salty. Got towels and sheets that clearly had spots on them. Not very walkable to local sights, had to cab everywhere from there. Stayed there for several nights and went to a wedding there - bride and groom did not get separate suites to get ready on site, and multiple weddings were held on the same night. Hotel advertises shuttle services to local sights but did not actually follow their schedule.

Our family had a great time together. Private beach, 2 pools, garden, great food. All the staff (receptionists/waitors/animators) were very friendly and always helpful, whether during the day or late at night. Our kids really enjoyed the Kids Club. Overally an exceptional value for money and a great place for families with children

Positives: This property is massive. It has an older exterior look, but inside it is extremely light and spacious. The staff all try hard, and give personalised service, even remembering preferences. The outdoor pools and slides are great.
Negatives: Breakfast is busy with nice food but overrun staff, with shortages of utensils/ bowls etc.
Overall a very enjoyable stay, would go there again

Good value for the money

The bed was not overly comfortable, and we had asked for a cot, but we never got one.
The room smelled musty and I noticed mold in the bathroom.
The lobby' s decore is nice, and I liked the fresh flowers at the front and all the seating for guests.
The elevators are very small.
We were there for the beach and pool amenities, and we were not disappointed. The towels are nice and big. The loungers could use an upgrade.
Overall, I felt it was good value for the money.

Very disappointed with trip to this hotel. We booked a trip with Expedia, and thought it’s all inclusive. But it was not. Very expensive rate for buffet that they have there. Beach is not clean, so pool as well. Not going to visit this place no more:(

I used to stay in coral beach every year, but this time I did not like my stay and I think I will not book again.

The swimming pool was extremely full when I arrived to the hotel, and dirty. it seems that the hotel accept too many visitors to the swimming pool (one day use) more than the pool capacity.
in the morning the pool was OK until 10 am but after that it start to be too crowded, and kids did not stop jumping (diving) in the pool. I asked the security guard to tell them to stop, but it did not work.

Room was nt a sea view room.

I requested a room with sea view. The room I received was a room that overlooked a roof, a pool, trees, then a very small view of the sea. The waiter, waitresses and guest were rude. Twice a guest of the hotel just bombarded past me and each time the front desk person waited on them as if the customer was right. When I pointed it out to the front desk person, she said sorry but proceeded to wait on the other person. This is totally unacceptable. They had two guest elevators that only held four people uncomfortably, and being Spring break, it was overcrowded with families and their kids. I had booked the hotel for five nights, I left after one night. Not a good place for relaxation, and the room view was false advertisement.

The staff are very friendly and nice and the pool area is fantastic full stop a Special private beach. The area surrounding the hotel is not the best butt if you have a car or take the shuttle service you're in the heart of Dubai.

Hotel was generally good. Very confusing billing and payment at the main desk, 200 per night extra, what was held on the credit card. The most confusing system. Rooms were noisy with children running wild until midnight. Very bad sewage smell from the cafe by the family pool. On the good side the fish restaurant was excellent. The beach very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is good for a family short break. Not a good option for guests who are interested to do shopping in Dubai as they have to travel through busy streets. Very near to Sharjah airport but it takes at 1 - 2 hours to reach from Dubai airport due to busy streets.

Wonderful comparing the price and overall quality

Wonderful Hotel with two pools, beautiful garden and the sea.
Excellent room comfort. Just a little bit far from Dubai Marina where the kids liked to go. But the rest was really nice. The people very kind as well.
We were with family, for second time and we hope to go again.

Relaxing week-end

My husband and I liked Coral Beach hotel. The green area is great, the beach is spacy and clean, the swimming pool is lovely and special. The only thing I really wish to mention and it's the main reason I m doing this survey, is that you allow people to swim in the pool wearing their clothes. This is completely against hygiene. In addition the family pool was full with little kids, while there was another pool for them. I understand that family pool should never be for kids who cant control polluting the water. Hope u really solve those 2 little issues.

My stay was very calm and comfortable I was happy of the guest handling in the hotel, the only issue that I reached there at 01:15am and asked to late check out and they have only given me one hour more.
Generally the trip was nice the little comment about the buffet breakfast is not widely international buffet.

The Coral Beach Hotel was fine and just fine. We stayed here mostly to have access to the beach but the water was pretty gross. We got in on our first day and did not want to return to it. We would not have stayed if we knew the beach water would be as brown as it was. The hotel was expensive which is to be expected. The meals were overpriced and they charged us 15 AED for bottles of water that we got at othe locations for 2 AED. There is over charging and then there is overcharging! Given how far the hotel was from Dubai I wished they were more forthcoming about their free shuttle. It seemed to be a secret available to some customers and not all - but it is available to all. There is a tour desk at the hotel that seems to cater to Russian clients but not as welcoming to other people.
The bathrooms were also just ok - the tubs were pretty high up and it felt unsafe getting in and out.
The stay was not terrible and we got a great rate but you get what you pay for - bad beach, less than ideal location and customer service that did not seem very welcoming.

Hôtel agréable plutôt familial, personnels toujours aux petits soins et gentils. Chambres pas très bien insonorisées et matelas un peu dur, mais c'est selon chacun. Les week-ends, des événements de mariages et autres sont organisées. C'est bon hôtel agréable, mais pas calme le week-end.

The whole staff was incredible helpful, kind and cheerful. The beach, waterpools and the park was very clear, always good to visit and spend the entire day there. The food was quite delicious, various but can be so to say boring for a whole week. Recommended for both families and for couples as well.

Отель довольно старый, но в очень хорошем состоянии. Завтраки разнообразием не блещут, но качество высокое. Хотя если понятие завтрак не извращать, то большего и желать не стоит. Ресторан, где проходит завтрак, находится частично в парке, так что кто хочет завтракает на улице. Мебель в ресторане отличная, персонал доброжелательный. На есть русскоговорящие администраторы. У; нас проблем на возникало, поэтому ничего по поводу скорости и желания помочь клиенту сказать не могу. Территория: в Шардже это лучшая территория у отеля, туда кстати привозят людей из многих других отелей. Бассейны зимой подогреваются, можно купаться и зимой. На территории есть фитнесс зал, тоже очень приличный. Недостатком можно посчитать, только отсутствие балкона и вида на море, если вы живёте не на 5,6 этажах. Если ниже то море не видно, видно только крыша ресторана и кафе.
