The ideally is ideally placed for a sun-drenched sandy Beach 🏖️and lots of Branded/Local restaurants on the Corniche. Rooms are cleaned impeccably on a daily basis and the Gym/Sauna also great.

Most importantly - the Staff are exceptional, polite, well-mannered and always looking to please with pleanatries and a smiley face!!

I was given an free Room Upgrade and extended Late Checkout without any hesitation.

Would thoroughly recommend and will be back as this Hotel is great value for money.

the day time manager was GREAT. the staff worked hard to make sure we had a good time, however...it's too far from dubai. and there's NOTHING to do besides to go the beach. this was very underwhelming.

Staff was very friendly made us feel very welcome 4th annual trip to the same property.
We had to stay at a different Ramada property for 1 night as there was no vacancy available that night.

Spectacular hotel, 10 out of 10 in my view. Not far from Dubai city centre, wonderful services and very reasonable price, staff were very friendly and always willing to help, spacious room, breakfast was so delicious, free parking and efficient internet connection and the best part is the breathtaking sea view, I strongly recommend staying at Ramada beach hotel Ajman and I will definitely come back again.

Very nice stay, helpful staff. We checked in to a Deluxe Sea view room. Room was okay, very big... but the carpet was filthy and looked like it was water damaged. About 45 minutes from Dubai, so be prepared for traffic. Renting a car is probably the best option if planning on spending a lot of time in Dubai.

Quaint beach front hotel

I was impressed with the size of the room and the magnificent views up and down the coast. The 2 balconies allowed me to enjoy the view while relaxing outside in the fresh sea air The spa and relaxation service is recommended. The hotel also had its own private beach with all sorts of facilities such as massage and bbq and games as well as showers. There was also a gym and indoor pool available however I was too busy to use these in my short stay. The included breakfast was varied and tasty with option to have fresh cooked eggs or omelet. Getting to my room was a little weird but not insurmountable as we had to change lifts at the Mezanine floor and walk 30m to another lift as my room was in tower 2.

This is not the first time I stay in Ramada. The hotel is a bit outdated. And the services do not belong to ramada standards. I checked in very late around 1am and was not offered any late check out until I begged. Parking is difficult behind the hotel and you need to drag your suitcase by yourself until the lobby. Clients are not offered beach use unless they ask. Ordered a tomato Mozarella sandwich and it was horrible too much bread no Italian Mozarella but rather Danish supermarket quality no pesto sauce. Also I booked for King size bed and got twin beds but was too tired to complain. The guy at the gym is rude so I don't even go there anymore. And if you swim in.the pool he will sit in front of you and stare at you claiming it's for your safety. Overall it's a cheap stay and ok if you just sleèp and leave

Entrance is not look good as of design. It is not real Ramada Look. Also, the smell of Lobbies were not good and fresh. And for the break fast, I saw, customer was return their foods back to original trys and service staffs did not concern about that. Look like, they want to save foods. I presume, the staffs have lake of food and safty knowledge. The staffs of this Ramada should take proper training.

Noisy! Arrived at the hotel, great view from the room, a bit outdated though but could not sleep because of the busy street in front of the hotel. Staff was great, gave us a room on a higher floor but still due to the old windows the noise was the same. Hotel is in great location with his own private beach across the road. The only thing it needs is soundproof windows and updated bathrooms. So if you are a light sleeper as we were I do not recomend this hotel, it could ruin your holiday.

This is not even a 2 star hotel.

I booked 2 rooms in this hotel only because of the Ramada brand and I got a good lesson not to go there again. (1) We arrived at 3:15 pm (our room was supposed to be ready by 2 pm for check in) and waited for 45 minutes only to get the 1st room. I was told to wait indefinitely until another room is freed up. I did not accept that and insisted I need a room now as we have a confirmed booking for 2 pm. The receptionist spent another 5 minutes and gave us a room. (2) At least one of our booked rooms was supposed to be non smoking, but we were given both smoking rooms. (3) The bed size was at max queen size, when we booked for a king size bed. (4) The room had the dirtiest carpet i have ever seen in a hotel. (5) The toilets were dirty with cracked bath tub and other ceramics. The toilet door was also broken and cracked from inside.

The best thing about this hotel was the generous breakfast and the beach.

Good in general, Private Beach, Location and Staff. Wifi not working very well, (there is a problem with all Ramada hotels), gym very small and machines need to be repaired or changed, noise from the street (no sound isolation in the room). Cleaning of the rooms can be better.

Hotel staff was non cooperative. We had reserved a King size Non-Smoking suite. Upon Arrival and check in, I was given a Smoking room which had 2 single bed put together. Very Uncomfortable........I told the front desk only to be told that \"we do not have King (non smoking) room available. Every time house keep came in our absence, the room temperature was left at freezing temperature.....I could not understand the reason. It was uncomfortable though.......

Room size and location were great!!! Unfortunately, not much else. The buffet was adequate for the price. Hotel staff was not very attentive. Requested assistance with wifi and an iron for the room several times. Needless to say I waited and they never showed up. After awhile, the front desk stopped answering the phone. Furthermore, we requested non smoking rooms but both rooms smelled of smoke. If you can find another hotel near the beach, do so.

Found long hair in bathtub in open view, implying room was not cleaned properly. Also carpet seem dusty. Asked for a non-smoking room, got a non-smoking room but smelt smoke from the air ventilation.

Otherwise hotel was good. If they just had some quality checks and above issues did not happen I would have given a 5*.

Good if you're spending little time within it.

The hotel staff are the best thing about this place. They were accommodating and when there was a mixup in the layout of the beds that we booked, they upgraded us without a second thought. It was most appreciated!

The room we were upgraded to was a one bedroom suite, that included a tiny attached kitchen to the hall. While every other hotel kitchen does stock up on utensils, this one seemed to go without them (can be ordered with a call but would be simpler to include these items).

The most surprising thing was the absolute lack of convenient or otherwise available power sockets to charge absolutely anything (in the hall or bedroom). We had to unplug the television since this seemed to be the only way to power anything, unless we rearranged all the furniture to discover other options. It was something that was a small quirk that quickly turned into a mild inconvenience.

Other than that, the breakfast included is absolutely adequate, nothing to complain about but nothing to travel to another emirate for either.

Regina and staff are warm and friendly and all will do anything to assist you and the smile and caring is genuine. I was fortunate to receive an upgrade and I enjoyed a spacious penthouse suite with a terrace that gave a fantastic panoramic view of Ajman Beach and the stars. Complimentary bath articles, environment-friendly theme. The flat screen t.v. offers a wide variety of multi-lingual channels and the staff give the little extras that make you feel like somebody special.The bed is huge with multi-pillows and you can sink into a great sleep.Wifi is great through the entire property. Breakfast buffet is serviced by helpful and caring staff and a chef who makes traditional Arabic dishes, as well as western fare. Fresh juices, omelets and a wonderful oatmeal. Love it! A must try is the beach, where you experience privacy and loungers are abundant with towel service and a kiosk as well. Not a 4 star hotel as they claim!

The walls in tower 2 are just concrete painted in white where some portions are chipped/cracked. The lifts appears to be very old & not a usual lift you see in 4 star hotels.

CHECK IN - had to wait for 30 minutes since handing over my ID. The attendant stops SEVERAL times whenever a guest comes to complain on some facilities (toilet, AC). Why can't he just finish it with me before accommodating other guests?

ROOM-awful smell. the floor & wall tiles in the toilet are filthy with grime. first thing that came out of the tap was rusty water! no slippers provided (other room of our friends have it!). Windows were filthy with dust & grime.

7th floor lobby-as you came out of the lift, there is a brown table leaned against the wall. IT WAS THERE until we left the hotel!
There is a pile of hollow blocks in front of our door!

FOOD-nothing special. Less choice of food in buffet compared to other 4-star hotels in the area.

Valet parking-BAD! I STRONGLY suggest to avoid this. My car floor mat got a fresh white paint when I got the car back! The AC vents in the front passenger seat are pointed upwards! (Seriously, somebody sat in the front passenger seat & did this while driving from lobby to parking?).
I asked to speak to the driver who took my car but the attendants never cared until I shouted and demanded for the driver. When the driver came out - he does not give a f*ck hearing my complain and did not even apologised. He just keeps on saying \"no problem\"!

It was very bad stay I will not go anymore to this bad hotel and one more thing they treat the Russian and Indian butter than Arabic even we are in Arabic country and the tv service it's so bad they have nice chaneles for Russian and Indian but for Arabic so bad Chanel's and they do for me a very big mistake last night of my stay they want to charge me tow times because booking section they was so stupid they book for me tow rooms with in one night with defferent rate and they don't want give me my luggage unless I pay one more night it was so bad treat and even they don't say for me sorry for there mistake anyway in general it was very very very bad experience and stay in this hotel and one more thing the AC was so hot in day time and so cold in night time and In day time I was outside of my room with my family whole day because the AC anyway and there is a lot of thing they do it for me and my family very bad , and I hope you guys send my complain to the hotel management , thank you

Staff are nice and helpful. Requested one smoking room but ended up with both smoking. And our room smelt awful. Stay was over New Years and although hotel was really busy the breakfast time was busy too but food buffet was always topped up. Basically this hotel is kinda old and needs re-doing and the rooms need a more thorough clean to remove the rank awful smell! Hotel is on a main road along the beach with lots of restaurants which is a plus
