The staff at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel were excellent—consistently accommodating and genuinely attentive, making every effort to meet our needs. The location is wonderful, with a beautiful private beach and a well-maintained swimming pool that added greatly to the overall experience. Room service was efficient, and the room was kept clean and fresh every day.

The breakfast and evening buffet were particularly impressive, offering a wide range of high-quality options with excellent variety. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable from the very beginning. There was no warm welcome upon arrival, and the staff showed little interest or assistance. We were left confused and lost trying to find the elevators, with no guidance or support from the hotel team.
The room itself was in very poor condition. There was an unpleasant smell, the bed was extremely old and uncomfortable, and the blanket felt like it belonged to another century. The towels were also very old and worn out, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, we did not feel comfortable at all during our stay. The level of cleanliness and service was far below expectations. In our country, even three-star hotels are generally clean, well-maintained, and provide much better service than this hotel. This experience was very disappointing, and we do not recommend staying here.

My stay along with my family at bahi ajman was nothing short of spectacular, from beautiful private beach and views around to the amazing staff that was readily available a phone call away to assist with any and everything. Would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at bahi ajman, especially Jatinder Singh for going all out in providing exceptional services. Would highly recommend this hotel for all the facilities and amenities provided and can't wait to plan my next trip here!

The hotel is not as expected.
The view is nice but the hotel facilites is not good.
The bathroom inside the rooms is not working well.
The big problem that I faced, that I buy some chocolate, I leave it in my room, when I came back it was full of small ant. All the room and my chocloate. Which is not accepted from the hotel.

The property smells amazing and it is clean. The moment that you walk in, the smell of incense welcomes you but not it is not too powerful. Ajman is very far from Dubai and I did not realize that based on the map. I would not recommend using the concierge desk to book tours. I strongly suggest booking tours online with a reputable tour company prior to traveling. There is something very wrong going at that hotel with respect to costumer service. The staff is friendly or appear to be. The guy at the concierge desk booked our tour but decided to cancel without asking us and completely changed our plans and lied because he wanted us to go with a different tour. Also, we paid for a round trip taxi to and from the hotel prior to arrival. I confirmed with the desk about my car service to go back to airport. After confirming, I was told that I only paid for one way and having no choice and because I obviously had to to heard to the airport, I ended up taking a taxi. I was informed by email about three hours after confirming.

You MUST take print outs of all reservations and also mention whether you have breakfast dinner and/or lunch included, if you paid in advance. The front desk seems to be clueless with respect to what is included in the reservation. I would not stay there ever again. I would not recommend this hotel, there are much better/nicer hones with better customer service in Dubai.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel!

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was treated like garbage. Instead of people welcoming me in, there were three people shouting at me, one wanted to take my luggage, one measure my body temperature and the third one didn't even have any reason to stand there. All of them shouting simultaneously. I thought first that the hotel takes COVID-19 seriously and measures the body temperature of everyone entering, but no... That was the only time there was anyone doing that, after that people just walked in and out freely, sometimes with masks, sometimes without them.

Next step of my nightmare was the check-in. I was told that the room needs to be cleaned and it will be ready shortly, and that I would be informed once it is ready. I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes and nobody came to me. After this time, I went to talk with the people in the reception again, and guess what, my room was ready. Thanks for telling me! At this point they had already lost track of my luggage and they were asking if I had any. But I had already given them the luggage tag...

The room was dirty, there were stains on the bed and the windows were covered in bird poo. The amenities included the cheapest instant coffee and paper mugs. I was told to that I have complimentary water, but I was once shouted at in the reception for requesting a bottle.

The bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was very basic, the beach was small and poorly maintained, and the staff barely spoke English.

Rooms are so dirty with foul smell and hard dirt on the floor. We checked in to the room and left the hotel within 30min. Not at all recommended for families and especially during this pandemic time. Absolutely no hygiene and the staffs around are quite ok with the condition of the hotel cleanliness.

It was great stay @Bahi Ajman Palace.
Amazing sea view from the balcony. Excellent staff for service (especially Honey & Romeo); they made our overall stay much better.
Room : Sea view rooms are superb... :). Room and all the amenities were neat and clean.
Swimming pool : Well maintained.
Beach : Very beautiful and neat.
Dinner & Breakfast : Broad spectrum menu and we had a fine dining experience
Overall we had an amazing experience with relaxing ambience...Look forward to come back soon for a bit longer stay.

Hot water not working on day 1 . AC was too cold unable to change the temperature. Cupboard door unable to slide it and hotel staff unable to fix it. Staff member was very apologetic.

Excellent stay with great hotel professionals!

We had a wonderful stay for one night from bustling Dubai. The front desk manager Mr Osama welcomed us and checked us into the room in a breeze and with early check-in on an upgraded room. This is reflective of the attentiveness of the hotel staff. Osama taking the initiative to offer cookies to my two toddler daughters made their day. Reddy the valet parking attendant and Romeo the bell man were excellent with their professionalism. Kudos all round!

Beware of Room 451. Two windows did not close properly, leaking street sound. The closet light did not turn off, leaking light. The room floor was dirty. The refrigerator did not work. The bathroom sink did not drain well. The hotel staff fixed everything (although the plumber left a mess in the bathroom), but I was stunned that a hotel would treat a repeat customer in this way in a sophisticated market like Dubai.

The hotel had all the facilities expected of a five star hotel. They upgraded me to a suite. The view was great and the suite was huge especially the bathroom. Food was great in the restaurants. the staff were very friendly and ever helpful. the private beach and swimming pool were brilliant.
but I think the maintenance was not upto the five star mark. eg the phone in my bathroom wasnt working.
but overall considering the price it was wonderful.
btw they dont serve alcohol in this hotel.

Upon arriving at the reception counter, I gave my booking reference number but I was told that I don't have confirmed booking and after trying the name, she said OK but your booking shows only one room while I booking two rooms. It was was a very disappointing reception.

One of the rooms had a city view with too much noise from the cars in the road. I spoke everyone in the hotel and could not change it. Reception staff andcmanagement lack the proper training for customers' satisfaction. I will never go back to the same hotel.

Room service, housekeeping and atmosphere was excellent.

Visited after about a year and met By Romeo who remembered me, Excellent welcome Thanks Romeo.
Arrived early and was expecting a delay in checking in the room, but promptly after a refreshing glass of fruit juice and wet towel by Romeo was allocated the room , thanks Inam from Reception.

Room allocated was noisy due to a generator outside, but pleasing non the less..

Breakfast excellent , always greeted by a great smile in the morning at the desk by a fantastic lady who im sorry i cannot remember her name , but Tony the restaurant manager who always made time for a quick chat will know who im talking about.

Great facilities in the Gym, sauna, steam room, Shan and Mahesh ready to help.

Great pool and beach .

On departure , checked out early by friendly Danish and helped by Bishu who also recognised us after a year. Thanks Bishu.

Good hotel and facilities to enjoy and visit Ajman.

Was not busy so we had a good time. Would need to improve in certain areas to be a 5* compared to Dubai hotels. Breakfast quality would need to improve in certain areas. Some of the food looked and tasted like it was bought from the local supermarket rather than fresh 5* made in house. Staff were friendly and service was good.

Overall good service and value for the price. They did upgrade us from city view to dual view, ie. city and sea view room.

Arrived and greeted at the entrance by a cheerful chap called Romeo, who then brought me a cold face towel and cold drink.
Reception very kindly immediately gave me a room , even before check in time.
Very friendly staff, from Romeo, Harsha, Job, Mustafa, Bishu and the best Janet.
From the reception, to the cleaning, to the door staff , to the life guards ALL made it a worthwhile and a pleasant stay.

A Great Place to Relax

This hotel is quiet and the private beach gives you a real sense of relaxation. The staff were attentive without being over bearing. The Asian Fusion restaurant was fantastic. We had the 4 course meal which included the teppanyaki experience and we would highly recommend it. Overall we had a great experience.

Holiday trip

Reason of the visit to have some sunshine brake, with my wife, at a seaside place, easily accessible and not far from my home in Europe. We found the site exactly what we wanted. The hotel and the beach are nice, comfortable, everything exceptionally clean and all the staff people were so kind that I never felt earlier in other hotels. Everything was GREAT.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a wonderful gentleman that gave up cool towels and refreshing drinks. The receptionist was nice as well! Upon getting to our room they had to be changed because of an issue with the bathtub. The receptionist quickly did so, without any problems. Now, the problem was that the water in our room did not get hot until the next day. So, taking showers was not pleasant. The next day we went to the pool, and my husband was going to get in with my daughter. We were told that he needed a wetsuit or swimsuit of some sort. Needless to say, we ended going to the private beach, but felt indifferent because we paid to stay to also use the pool. Overall, nice hotel, decent breakfast, bring a swimsuit.

Bad for a 5 star hotel, good if it was 3 stars.

Not a 5 star hotel, it looks at first like it, but it's not. Rooms are small, tiles are cheap, you can hear other rooms clearly so of course they hear you too, and the management made the whole thing worst. It should be managed by an experienced company.

The hotel is located too far from the Dubai. It takes about 1 hour to get there. I think it's too much for a vocation if you would like to visit Dubai often. We had to go to Dubai so often like 7 days out of 10 since the neighbourhood is not as we expected and the beach was not clean. The water was kind of grinish color.

The Ajman Palace Hotel was a relaxing hotel for a weekend getaway. It was very posh feeling with a great beach and an excellent spa. Even though it is a dry hotel and is filled with kids (two negatives), we managed to chill on the beach and get some much needed rest and relaxation time.
