Needs improvement and maintenance

The property itself meeds a lot of maintenance. It ells like mold and dusty. No doubt It was fully loaded with all the necessary amenities but definitely needs a lot of improvements.

I don't usually make reviews, but this is something no one deserves to go thru.

This place is not a place to take your loved ones to. Its not a clean place. Not for your spouse, children family neither friends.

The hotel looks fancy, in pictures, but once you arrived there, you start understanding why it was so cheap, and after a while, you will discover that it actually was not cheap! As its terrible.

Unclean: Actually disgusting, not a family oriented place, not a business trip friendly location..
Unprofessional: The Managing staff have communication problems.

Unfriendly staff. For some reason they were all angry.

Staff behaved was so bad

I'm customer on this hotel and this is not my first time facing this issue with staff when I came to book I told them I want to stay till 5 then they asked me to pay 100 extra then I told them what time maximum I can check out the lady she said till 2 pm we can give you but next day I was sleeping one from the customer service lady staff she called me on my personal number asking me to check out by 12 pm then I told her can I leave by 1:30 pm she said no at least 1 pm because we have arrival and we need the room but same time I checked website to see if there is room or no but I was chocked when I saw all type of room have 5 rooms left why the staff have to lie to me ?? If I requested to leave 2 pm and staff agreed why next day they have to call me and asking me to leave???

False rating, and a terrible stay.

At the start of this review i would like to warn Hotels.com and future costumers as we believe the rating of this hotel is rigged and staged to show in the high-rated hotels formula of Hotels.com, please read below for the full explanation;
When we arrived The staff were a different breed of rude. The staff receptionist did not even greet us and he was rather rude in his communication manners. The lobby was shut down with no-sitting signs and could not even sit in order to wait for the check-in process to commence. We thought that was wrong, and there was the first warning flag.
It was 2am so we decided to go up to the room and avoid any further inconveniences.
Going up the lift, we were shocked with the floors corridors' condition; it was dirty, with dimmed white florecent lights along the way.
Then we proceeded to the room, and the condition was shocking to us. The microwave provided with the studio was (nasty) with stains of the wall behind it, the sofas were worn down as if they came from \"good-will\" store, the bathroom was leaking and there was no towels provided. Water pressure was very weak and couldn't even touch the taps as they have stains.
We felt that we got scammed with the ratings and we are highly suspicious that those ratings are rigged since there was no comments except few words such as \"good, brilliant\" and all comments/rantings happened around the same time, with very close dates to each other.
We kindly request Hotels.com to inspect this property.

The carpets stink and the room requires deep cleaning all over by professionals
Hotel maintenance team needs to check taps and leakages , water dropping from blocked AC exhaust pipes. Breakfast was ok but food was not worth eating ( seems they have a tie up with a cafeteria) refrigerator is full of bad odour

UAE road trip

One night stay on the way to RAK. The 2-bedroom apartment is big with 4 comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. However, the furniture is dated, and the facilities all unavailable. Breakfast was served in the room since the buffet was closed (on account of Covid). The area around the hotel is industrial and busy, unfit for a family/leisure stay.

Horrible Hotel, do not book there you will regret

This was the worst hotel ever that I stayed in for my whole entire life, it started with unfriendly rude receptionist his name is Abdulaziz, they do not have enough toiletries inside the bathroom, they do not have room service in the hotel, so if you are hungry you have to go outside and drive to any restaurant t have your meal, it was horrible experience and I will never stay there again.

Toilet and bathroom kept flooding, and the bathroom was too tight despite having a spacious room. Poor poor plumbing.

Bedroom and lounge was fine and as described however. Everything is also dumped in the corridoors, and could be tidier in communal spaces.

Must use a taxi wherever you go, no public transport close by. Overall not a great stay.

Hotel was next opposite to a flyover and no immediate shops nearby. There was Ajman City centre 10 mins drive and Safeer mall which was disappointing. Unlike Dubai there were no transport facility other than taxi which were not easy to flag down as many of them didn't come near our hotel. the room was a self catering but there was no pots or pans to use and no microwave or toaster which we are use to when we go to Dubai. However the hotel gave us complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped. The fitness room only had two bikes and was not like the picture showed and there was no shade on the roof top. The rooms were cleaned each day and water and tea facilities were good. The beds were too hard which meant it was difficult to sleep. never the less I guess you get what you pay for.

Le diable est dans les détails

Hôtel correcte dans l'ensemble avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un bon séjour. Le personnel est disponible et à l'écoute. Toutefois, il n'est pas moderne . Certains meubles sont à reparer et des ustensils de cuisine manquent. Quelques petits cafards dans la cuisine et les toilettes.
