Front desk associate had little patience at checking her guests in. Speaking in a tone that sounded irritated, roughly asking for my information and almost throwing my Driver's License and Credit Card back before me on the counter. Not friendly or very welcoming at all. Room was clean, but could use a little more effort. Dust, small pieces of paper and visible crumbs between the beds and night stand, by the chair, and on floor by the beds. Bathtub and walls had visible pieces of hair. Tub was dark and could use some scouring powder like AJAX and scrubbed good. Bed was comfortable, but it must have a plastic protection pad on it because although the cooler was going, I was beginning to sweat. I had to get up multiple times and eventually covered it back up and slept on top of the comforter.

Clean rooms. Good for the price and for a quick stay while traveling. Only issue was the thin walls. Heard people upstairs walking around and could hear every conversation/ tv from adjoining room. Next door wasn't being loud or obnoxious and luckily they went to sleep when we did. Just could hear everything.

Awful place , room was dirty stained sheets and lots of hairs, ridiculous dirty floor had to keep my shoes on, AC was smelly couldn’t turn it on. Walls were beat up. No maintenance. Was missing toilet paper holder. Would not recommend this place.

Breakfast was yogurt, cereal, milk, muffins. Very limited. Room was clean, smelled good and shower was nice, tub was deep. Gym had the basics, clean as well. Parking was not too bad. Everyone cleared up in the morning so I was able to move my car in front of my room. Got to check in late, around 12am.

The place was clean and my wife and I felt safe. Everything in the room worked and furnishings looked to be updated. We felt it was a good value. However, is it possible to extend the breakfast hour to 10 am on the weekends? We wound up going to a diner 2-3 miles away on the opposite side of town and it was pretty good.

My sister and I had a lovely stay at Greentree Inn. The pillows were fluffy. There were plenty of towels, and enough room to accommodate a medium dog crate.
The nearby freeway noise was barely noticeable and parking was close to our room. I would definitely recommend staying at this quaint motel.

When I entered the room, the cleaning products smelled so strong, I had to turn on the bathroom fan, the a/c fan and open the window and leave for an hour before the room's atmosphere was tolerable.
The back of the TV remote was missing and it took a long time for the hot water in the shower to reach lukewarm.
Parking was good and the breakfast was fine.

Well hate to give a bad review but. Here are some issues that need to be taken care of.

The tv was horrible, the sound through the speakers was either broken or just cheap. Horrible sound and really a hassles with two remotes because of offering only satellite stations..

The air conditioner was extremely loud. Horrible

The bath towels were very low quality and worn out.

There was hardly any body wash in the shower.

The worst quality small pillows for sleeping. Really?

Bed springs squeak really loud when I moved around sleeping.

Overall we were very disappointed.

I hope they can correct these items or I am afraid that they will not be around for long.

It was just remodeled extremely clean. Safe area and nice beds. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have a breakfast but no meat or eggs but everything else. Well worth the money and I’m glad we stayed there.oh easy parking too

We travel with two corgis and the staff we super helpful and accommodating. They also made some great recommendations for in town and helped us get to the Petrified Forest faster than the GPS suggested. The rooms were clean and the room we stayed in was very spacious with almost a full sized fridge and even a kitchen sink. The tub was nice to take a bath in and the bed was spacious enough for my husband and I plus are two dogs.

The room was very clean and the shower with a handheld nozzle was amazing. Some fixtures were very old but in good repair. Parking was plentiful and close to the room. The staff was pleasant. There weren't many places to ear nearby. The breakfast was only cold cereal, toast or bagels. When a hotel says breakfast included, you tend to expect more.

The only issue I had was that I needed a receipt for my stay (to submit for work expenses) and they said they couldn’t give me one because I booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). I later found out that when booking through Hotels.com, if you choose the option “pay at property,” the hotel is suppose to give you a receipt when you check out. I finally reached the front desk later that day and they did email me a receipt. They apologized and made it right. It was just a long process to reach a live person at the actual property because all of the customer service phone numbers are AI.
Other than that, the hotel is very comfortable and clean and is a perfect spot to stay when passing through Holbrook, AZ.

We were in need of a room unplanned during our travels. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with our stay. Clean room, the beds were very comfortable, so much so we slept in later than usual. 😊 Our room was near the front office, parking was fine. I didn't notice anything that made us feel unsafe or skeptical. (Definitely a plus for two females traveling). Staff was friendly when checking in and very helpful. If we're ever in need of a room in Holbrook in the future, I would definitely stay again.

I really wanted to like this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was extremely clean. However, there was no electrical outlet next to the sink, no hair dryer and no iron. Thankfully, I travel with a hairdryer, but it was still impossible to dry my hair with the cord snaking around the wall to the closest available outlet.

Also, the breakfast was toast, mini muffins or cereal. No protein.

Clean and spacious room. They offer a basic breakfast, including cold cereal, yogurt, bagels (nothing special looking in plastic-wrapped). I’m vegan so brought my own granola, soy milk and bananas) but some travelers may appreciate. My only issue with the room is I had to take a shower that started ice cold and even though I let it run, it barely got any warmer. Weird is the next morning, the water was hot immediately. Overall, happy with the room being clean and reasonably priced.

I liked the location, a bit on the outskirts of town and across from an airport, so you get a great western sky view. I like that the doors to the room open to the outside, so there is more fresh air circulation. The room was very clean. There is a restaurant next door, where we ate dinner. Good green chili cheeseburgers and French fries. Friendly service.

Few small issues were: freezer was working but the fridge was low in power or something and didnt keep things cool so we had to use some ice from the machine to keep foods cold. Basically used the fridge as a cooler chest. The shampoo and body soap did not work or was just empty.

Other than above, we did enjoy our stay. It was convenient to ger to Petrified Forest NP and clean rooms.

The toilet didn't flush unless you open the back lid and pull up the stopper, no big deal, I found that out late at night and didn't want worry about it then. I did tell the front desk this morning about it.
As far as a \"hot breakfast\" WHAT A JOKE. beagles bread and a toaster. The yogurt I first opened up and took a bite, I almost pucked, it was spoiled. The juice machine spit out mostly water not juice.
