I am very surprised by the positive reviews.
Positives:
- soft bed
- friendly staff
- quiet
Cons:
- room smelled of rotten eggs ( I had to buy febreeze)
- pillows were hard and lumpy
- hot tub jets did not work & temp was warmish not hot.
- breakfast included watery eggs, (sausage was okay), muffin was frozen tasting and had to be thrown away, the waffle maker was a positive.

This hotel needs MAJOR updates and refreshing.

I would not recommend.

The bed was comfortable and was provided with four pillows, which was adequate. They served up an excellent breakfast and there was plenty of seating in the breakfast area. A couple restaurants were within walking distance or a short drive for several others. The shower was nice with sufficient pressure and the room was spotless.

Staff was so helpful, they had us on the 2nd floor but when I found out there was no elevator I asked if they had a room on the first floor and she was able to put us in one. Hotel was nice, clean and location was great, breakfast was good

Our room didnt have properly functioning air conditioning. I alerted the desk staff, she came in verified it wasn't working said she may not have an extra room and didnt have anyone to call. My son who was already asleep stayed in the room and my husband and I move to the room our daughters were using.in the morning when I mentioned to the desk staff id like to talk to someone she had me write down my email and the manager would email me? So far, no email.

Traveled between several states. It was my own fault not noticing I was booking a room at a hotel without an elevator. Was assigned a room on the 2nd floor and the clerk was unable to change my room to a first floor room. Stairs were inconvenient but we managed.

Hotel was clean and convenient to the freeway. Hotel was fine until over ran by what I assume was locals for a birthday party. Parking wasn't convenient just because there were a ton of bushes and construction vehicles from other visitors staying.
If we were in that area again, I might stay again. Knowing there were other properties at the same rate, I will probably choose different. The staff was far from helpful. Seemed to hate her job and life in general. She should be reconsidered.

The property is conveniently located near the I-40, restaurants and gas stations. It is no frills but well-maintained. Room was clean, water hot, and everything worked. Rooms are not as well insulated as some and you can hear your immediate neighbors talking through the inter-connecting door (happily my neighbors were quiet after 9:00 pm). Staff are friendly and helpful with ideas for local dining. “Free” breakfast is a nice.
I’d stay at this location again.

The rooms are always clean and quiet. There were three of us staying I. This room and we were only provided one set of shampoo and conditioner. A small coffee pot is available to take to your room from the front desk upon request. You have to obtain cups, and condiments for your coffee from the lobby to take to your room. This is a little inconvenient. Breakfast is adequate. Eggs, sausage, cereals, waffles, white toast, muffins and apples. Orange and apple juice, coffee and water. Staff is great. Perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay.

It’s a basic middle of the road older motel. That’s been well kept up. The breakfast was decent. The staff seem very nice. Parking was easy, seemed pretty quiet. Good access. I would definitely stay here again. I don’t know that I call them negative exactly but it did have that kind of smell in the room where you think they sprayed too much perfume around. the lights could’ve been a little brighter, but the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. generally seemed clean well kept.

We stayed one night while traveling through the area. The hotel offers a basic room, and the bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was very large with plenty of hot water with good water pressure. However, the showerhead is pointed toward the shower curtain and out into the bathroom. It was challenging trying to keep the water inside of the stall shower unit. We did not stay for breakfast.

Sandpaper tp, sandpaper napkins at breakfast, cheapest possible plastic silverware, cheapest paper plates, breakfast was pretty basic. I understand economy but it was extreme economy with everything. Couldn’t find an AC outlet that worked in our room. Bed was pretty hard with tiny pillows. Bath towels were small. No coffee maker in the room. You definitely get bare minimum on everything.

Unfortunately, this stay felt unsafe and unclean from the moment we arrived. While we were checking in, a man using a walker came to the front desk to report that the room he had just been given was already occupied—there were people laying in the bed when he opened the door. That immediately made us feel uneasy about security and room management.

Our room had a strong odor, similar to a toilet that had backed up at some point. The heater has no digital temperature control and makes a loud, droning noise when the fan shuts off and goes into standby, which made it difficult to sleep.

Cleanliness was a major issue. The bathtub was very dirty—definitely do not attempt to take a bath, as the grime is clearly visible at eye level and looks like it’s been missed for years. The microwave door had what appeared to be caked-on food residue, possibly brownie batter, which was off-putting and unhygienic.

Overall, this stay did not meet basic standards for cleanliness, comfort, or security. I would not recommend staying here.

The t v and internet worked well, As well as the fridge and microwave. The lamps had bright lights, Yet the room seemed rather dark. You had to request from the front office To get a coffee maker. The coffee maker was better than what you usually get. The Main reason we booked this room was for the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the heater for the pool and tub was not working. This was disappointing. The breakfast had limited , hot and cold items. There was scrambled eggs and sausages, Bread for toast and jam, Cold cereal, Small muffins and apples. The rooms were older, But very well kept.
