This Quality Inn is very well-organized. The parking lot is also sufficiently spacious. Situated right by the roadside, it is easy to locate, and getting around is very convenient. It is just a 30-minute drive from the Petrified Forest National Park. The room was cleaned to a high standard; the carpet, in particular, felt thoroughly vacuumed—clean enough to walk on barefoot. The bath towels and bedding were spotless, carrying a pleasant, fresh scent reminiscent of warm sunshine. The room itself was quite spacious and featured a desk suitable for both dining and writing—a detail I particularly appreciated. The staff members were all excellent; Sergio, in particular, was very gentle-mannered and always willing to accommodate guests' requests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. While the property is very basic and offers just the essentials, it is exceptionally well-maintained and clean. You can tell the management cares deeply about upkeep. The location is pretty good, close to Petrified Forest National Park, which made my sightseeing effortless. It is the perfect choice for travelers looking for a fuss-free, pristine, and central place to rest. I would definitely stay here again.

The current rating and price point would make one believe you might be finding a real hidden gem. Unfortunately, that really isn't the case. Our room had a drawer that wouldn't stay in the dresser and kept creeping out. We predicted that one dark bathroom trip would end in a painful impact at about knee height. I happened to have a usb cord of marginal quality in the bottom of my bag and tied it off the drawer for the night. The cleanliness of the room was below average. There was a visible stain of likely biological origin on the bed skirt and there were crumbs on the floor indicating vacuuming had been a little neglected. Breakfast was decent and the staff we encountered was fantastic. We will look for an alternative on our next trip to the area.
