I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of both the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids right from the property. Waking up to that view every morning was truly special.
What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The hotel arranged everything for me, including my visit to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, which made the trip completely stress-free. They also organized my airport transfer, and everything was smooth and perfectly on time.
If you’re looking for a convenient location, amazing views, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Egypt.

Lovely and comfortable hotel not far from the GEM. It is quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was really good, even for me who have restrictions on what I can eat.
Coffee was ok.
The WiFi can be patchy at times.
Staff are just wonderful! Ali is charming and charismatic and his colleagues too.
The ladies from the front desk are also great.
Although a few people might have mentioned that the access to the hotel is in a quiet street or alleyway, my Uber drivers had to trouble finding it.
Judging a place in Egypt by the way the surroundings are is really shallow and inaccurate.
It is a great hotel for the price they charge.

I have stayed at different hotels in Cairo and this one is one of the best. The staff has been the friendliest and most helpful out of all competitors - always asking if you need anything any chance you pass them. The room was clean. The rooftop restaurant with a pyramid view for breakfast was great. They organized a stress free shuttle for me when I arrived. When I come back, I am booking with them every time.

I just spent three nights at this hotel, and it was a fantastic stay! The room was recently renovated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air-conditioning system and bathroom were both modern and clean.

What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Karam greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful throughout my visit. I also received excellent assistance from Sandra and Hana. Everyone spoke English, and there was always someone available 24/7 to help.

Last night, Aly helped me order food from a local restaurant at around 2 AM. Since I didn’t have cash, the hotel kindly paid for it, and I settled the payment with my card.

Overall, it was an amazing stay with great staff. I will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The airport lost our luggage and the concierge personally went out and bought us supplies the first night of the trip. All of the staff members were so friendly and helped us arrange Ubers and gave us recommendations on where to go. Rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The rooftop view of the pyramid and the new museum is breathtaking. Will definitely rebook here on my next trip.

I stayed ther 3 days and the room was clean, staff so helpful,also i had airport shuttle for pick up for free its complimentary for my stay so when i was arrive the driver was waiting for me at the arrival with name on it no more hassle for me. and i had a free breakfast including my stay so they are fresh and the view at rooftops while eating there was so fabulous, looking at the GEM and the pyramid view. We couple stayed for 6 nights. It was terrible experience. No help since day 1, I have to carry my own suitcase to my room, Bathroom shower has no door, while taking shower all the water came out to the bathroom floor and its flooded. Air condition wasn't working properly. Locker wasn't working properly, we asked to change the room, but they didn't. They changed the room the day we were about to checkout, it was for few hours.

Breakfast has no menu; they don't know how to make egg omelet, there food service was not guest demand, they serve what they have in their list. It's a waste of food. Bread was not fresh and too many flies was running around can't enjoy the breakfast at all.

Staff was friendly but management sucks. I will not recommend to anyone, and I will never go back again.

Airport shuttle was ok, but the car was very bad condition no AC in the car. I booked the car for pick up and drop off but they said it was only for airport pick up no drop off. its scammed.

Honest review from a westerner who travels a lot.

We had the best room in the hotel on floor 6 with a jacuzzi tub and a patio overlooking the museum and pyramids.

You are right next to the highway. Again, if you’re prepared. This is fine.

The room was fantastic.

Other rooms looked pretty small by western standards.

I’ve stayed at the JW Mariott before in new Cairo. That’s a five star experience and self contained.

This hotel is in REAL Cairo city at the dead end of a residential street. No frills. Trash piles. Not walkable. No restaurants near.

If you’ve been to Cairo, this is not a surprise and no big deal.

Uber works great! You can get anywhere in minutes. Super location, especially for the museum.

The staff is exceptional and very eager.

Breakfast is simple and fine. Egg. Cheese. Beans. Fruit. Breads. But served with enthusiasm.

The staff were excellent, genuinely friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. The hotel even arranged a complimentary airport pickup for us. Our flight was delayed by over three hours, yet the driver remained patient and accommodating throughout.

They also offer a range of tours and activities, including quad biking around the pyramids at sunset, which I would highly recommend.

The hotel is located opposite the Grand Egyptian Museum, though I would suggest taking an Uber to get there as crossing the busy road can be difficult due to the central barrier. The surrounding area feels safe, although it is still developing. That said, it is easy to see how it will improve further as the area is prime location for development.

The staff- Hana,Sandra,Karan,Ahmed,Ali, the entire team were so special!! They accommodated any request. They helped with Ubers, pharmacy needs, museum tickets.
They were wonderful!
Breakfast was healthy, with many selections to accommodate dietary needs.
Management should be commended for hiring such a lovely group of people to look after their guests.
I highly recommend without any hesitation this hotel. I stayed for a whole week. Loved the view of the pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum from my room and the rooftop terrace for breakfast.
I’ll be return g to Egypt in October and will stay here again.

If you plan to go to the GEM and pyramids while in Cairo, this location is very convenient. Every single staff member was super friendly and went above and beyond to help. My room was clean and modern with a great view of GEM and the pyramids. The breakfast was amazing and so large that it seriously kept me full the whole day so I had to scale down the next few days just so I could try other places- great value! Just note that the surrounding street and neighborhood look a bit disheveled and are not very walkable. There is trash and stray animals, however this is typical of much of Cairo side streets and infrastructure limitations. Don’t let it dissuade you from staying on the property. I always felt the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, 10/10 trustworthy and friendly staff and an amazing value and suburb rooftop view!! I would definitely stay again. Also note that even though the GEM is across the street, you’ll still have to take an uber bc there is no safe way to cross. I never had trouble with Ubers finding the hotel to pick me up.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the views are incredible—you can see the new museum and even the pyramids.

The staff truly made the experience special. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1 AM, and they still helped us get food and served us at the hotel. That level of care made us feel at home right away.

The room was very comfortable for our family of four, with two king-size beds, and the rooftop breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view.

We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay with Amazing Pyramid & GEM View

We had a wonderful stay at New Museum Guest House (Pyramids View) in Giza. The hotel is nice, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Ali and the team, who were very kind and helpful.

We arrived early in the morning (free airport pick-up) and had a late departure, and the staff graciously accommodated us by safely storing our luggage, which made our travel day much easier.

The free breakfast was also very nice, a great way to start the day before sightseeing.

Yes, the hotel is located at the end of a small alley, but don’t let that discourage you. The view from our room (502) was fantastic—we could clearly see both the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Giza Pyramids, which made the stay extra special.

Overall, this place is excellent value for the money. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, and an incredible view. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Giza!

Great communication from the team at the property from start to finish - we booked the transit from the airport which was stress-free. The hotel is opposite the GEM (a short Uber ride, not really practical to walk across the busy roads) and the view of the pyramids is perfect (again these are a quick Uber ride away). Our room was one of the older rooms with slightly dated amenities but we had no issues with it. Breakfast was plentiful, probably too much (though not much variety if you’re staying multiple days). Eating breakfast on the terrace looking at the pyramids is a holiday highlight. Other than the view the other main highlight of the property is the friendliness and welcoming staff - a great team who are an asset to Egyptian hospitality.

The staff were very welcoming and gave clear and helpful answers to our questions. The room was spotless and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a variety of settings which was lovely. A plentiful and varied breakfast was served at the upper floor which has a terrace with a magnificent view overlooking the Great Egyptian Museum. It was possible to order dinner in the hotel and this proved to be a delicious meal. There was also the possibility of booking a taxi for our early start to the airport and we were given breakfast boxes to eat at the airport. A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

The staff was fantastic, and the views were spectacular. The breakfast was tasty and more than you would ever need to eat. The rooms were spacious, especially the deluxe ones with balconies that overlook the GEM and you can see the pyramids in the distance. However, it is not in an area that is good to walk around, so you need to get Ubers to go anywhere. Even to go to the GEM nearby, it is like taking your life in your hands to cross the street. Also, they only make up your room if you ask them to and you have to leave your key.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However there were a few surprises. Firstly, we had arranged a free pickup at the airport. Our flight was late arriving in Cairo. I had informed the hotel but there was a miscommunication and a driver was sent very early. They were good to send another car to get us, but we did pay for the second car when it wasn't our fault.
Also the neighborhood is not safe to walk to anything. We had arranged a car and guide so we were fine. We hope this neighborhood will improve with time.
That said this is not a bad place to stay and is close to the New Museum and the Giza Pyramids.

The area around is a bit run down like much of Giza, but with a quick Uber ride, which is easy to get, you can be in either West Cairo or downtown Cairo.

This is near the Grand Pyramid Museum, the view from my balcony was breathtaking. The view of the Pyramids on a clear morning was to die for. The room was spacious and nice, very happy with the bed, it was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to get us what we wanted. Loved it. Would definitely return, ohh and food was excellent, fresh off the grill, breakfast was so plentiful and delicious. Very good place to stay.

The view from the balcony and the rooftop restaurant was as shown in the photos and is amazing.
When the authorities complete a bridge or tunnel to get over to the GEM, this will be perfect.

The place is really comfortable and perfectly located, just a short distance from the Pyramids and right across from the Grand Egyptian Museum. What makes it special is the staff — they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. They gave us great ideas of what to do around Giza, helped us order Ubers, and even guided food delivery drivers when they had trouble finding the place. Breakfast is the same every day, but it’s tasty, filling, and very typical of Egypt. The area itself is quiet and feels quite local, though there’s not much to do nearby and it can look a bit sketchy at night — we never had any issues though. Because it’s close to a main road, there’s a bit of noise at night, but it didn’t really bother us. The Wi-Fi worked fine, and the restaurant, priced in USD, was worth it. They even prepared us dinner after closing when we arrived late. The best part: the view of the GEM and the distant Pyramids. We really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend it!

The hotel is located like 10mins from the GEM Museum and the Pyramids... with a spectacular view of both!! Got to enjoy them lit up and colorful most nights... wish the rooftop was my room lol... the entire staff was AMAZING!!! Everyone is so helpful, kind, caring and protective!!! traveling solo, as a tiny African American woman that was really important to me lol...

Only draw for most would be the area, it is still being worked on... but you're here for Egypt, not the hotel!! They allowed me the safety to be care free about my room, luggage, belongings and even walking with me when I wanted to free roam lol... The rooms and hotel is Egyptian themed, which is EXACTLY why I chose it!! The view was an exciting extra, the lounge room is gorgeous also!! I don't eat breakfast much, only fruit and some tea but that did not stop them from providing me with a complete meal including my daily requested fruit lol... even packed me a to go lunch on my way out(I forgot it and he chased me down to provide it!!) They really make you feel safe and well taken care of!!

I will DEFINITELY be returning to my new second home❤️...

They were very friendly and helpful. They helped me book private tours with a really nice guide and driver. The breakfast was great every morning, very filling with fresh fruit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It’s very clean, and the location is great—just a 15-minute walk to the Grand Egyptian Museum. There’s a restaurant, a small shop, and an ATM all in the same area, which was very convenient.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mohab. They arranged tours for us during our stay, and everything was done in a very professional way, with great quality and a reasonable price.
Whenever I return to Giza, I will definitely stay here again. I already miss all of you

The staff are super helpful, the room was spacious. and clean, I liked the open-air rooftop seating area. Unfortunately, the location of the hotel is not good. I booked this hotel online because I thought I would be able to walk to the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Not possible. There is a six-lane highway between the hotel and GEM, with no pedestrian overpass. Guests have to take taxis or Ubers. The taxi drivers rip you off--even though you are a 5-minute drive from the museum. Also, the area around the hotel is not suitable for strolling. There are no shops nearby, just a highway off-ramp, so I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Guest house was very comfortable and my suite had a beautiful private deck overlooking the GEM and pyramids. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helped me in so many ways. One senior staff member had a hygiene/deodorant issue but I dealt with it. The decor, linens and amenities were top quality. One serious misleading issue is that although the guest house is described as only a few hundred meters from the GEM, the walk across 6 lanes of traffic is treacherous, and safe access is really only possible by a 4 km car ride. There appears to be plans for a pedestrian flyover across the traffic near the Guest House that would be a game changer. There is no suitable place to eat besides the guest house, but they have good good At reasonable prices. Try their pigeon tongue pasta soup

The hotel itself is perfect for a two day stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable.the staff are very sweet and helpful. Receptionist Alecc will help you with whatever you need, tours taxis,unlimited free water bottles, medications anything you can think of. The rooftop views are the true star, make sure you have daily breakfast on the roof, the servers are so generous with the portions. The location of the hotel is under the highway at a dead end street,you will not be able to go out on your own to walk anywhere. that is the only complaint . otherwise definitely worth staying at if you plan to spend one day at the Grand Egyptian Musuem and one day at the Pyramids.

We were a family of 3 (with a kid) and had a pretty decent stay. We got a room with pyramids view and was fun! Room is comfortable - biggest issue being wifi is very poor. I hope the hotel fixes this as its really not convenient for people who travel and rely on wifi for several imp things. Breakfast was quite good with fresh healthy options. Rooftop hotel is very cool! Staff is courteous. Location could have been better, i heard another family saying they found it very noisy and could not sleep well. I did not face this problem though. The road outside of the hotel looks dilapidated - wish they can fix it and make it more decent.

Great stay, great staff, only annoying thing is in the maps in Expedia it shows it’s between pyramids but it is not, all other maps have it correct, still in a good area to travel Giza complex and the new museum. Staff were really helpful
