The staff member at the resort spoke the best English we found at any hotel in Chiang Mai. After checkout we were able to leave our bags there for several hours as we went around the city, going to different tourist destinations.

The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site.
On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources.
Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am.

Do not stay here for its proximity to airport

Stayed here before going to the airport for an early morning flight. Sadly despite being right next to the airfield you get all the disadvantages of being next to an airport (very loud as the plane lands) and non of the benefits as it still takes 20 minutes to get to the airport so would be better to stay somewhere else as Chiang May is so small. The swimming pool was filthy and the 'gym' was a few pieces of equipment next to the swimming pool. The equipment wasn't plugged in so wasn't really working. The restaurant at the hotel was okay.

In our lst day the plumbing in the toulet broke and before going to bed we have to pack and move to another room. Which was titing as we were out for the whole day
One lady from breakfast area (2nd day) don’t smile at all, nor greet you. Seems like she is not enjoying her job. I didnt ask for her name as it was too early to ruin my day.
We told the front desk that we need the to go breakfast.. when we check out at 6am no to go breakfast.. the staff need to get it right away but only gave us one pack of sandwiich
Aside from this chaos, we had a good night sleep and good stay.

Beautiful hotel & very friendly staff, but my BAG WAS STOLEN FROM MY ROOM. I went to the pool, and when I returned, housekeeping had come and made the bed, although I did not leave the “please clean room” sign on the door. When I returned, my bag was gone. It had a lot of money and my bank card inside. To be on the safe side, leave your valuables in the lock box provided.

The hotel is new and clean, but it is very close to the airport and you will hear a loud noise when planes taking off/landing occasionally. The sound was loud but short (less than 15 seconds) and it didn't make me wake up.

The staff were very helpful and friendly with VERY GOOD ENGLISH! Breakfast was very good (like what others said)! The surrounding was beautiful and zen like! Yes, I could hear the noise from the plane...but only up until 11pm (which I was still up and removing my make up in the bathroom) and in the morning from 8am (I think) (which I was sound asleep, so I couldn't hear a thing). Well, with THAT PRICE, I can definitely 'handle' the noise from the plane, but I really appreicate the heads up from other travellers' reviews. Very helpufl!

The only thing that this hotel needs to improve is the bathroom --- the glass door needs to be extended --- water from shower will splash out FOR SURE! Plus, the base of the water tap needs to be fixed, it was loose the whole time!

Great hotel for a good price. Hotel was authentic with nice touches, and great service. Breakfast was good mix of Thai and live egg station, plus usual cereals and breads etc. Was worried due to other reviews on location - but this didn't bother us. Plane noise is loud and frequent, but didn't bother us - got used to it quickly. Taxis to centre cost about 89 baht if you use grab - easy and cheap.

Quiet modern hotel with friendly staff nr airport

The staff here were great - very friendly and helpful every time we walked past reception. We had a minor maintenance issue which was fixed promptly. Someone noticed that it was my companion’s birthday and left a birthday cake (and two plates) in the room, without prompting and without charge. It was a lovely touch. The location is a bit out of the way in an uninteresting neighbourhood, it’s a taxi ride to get anywhere, but that wasn’t a big deal.

Staff second to none, all wonderful, very helpful and polite.
The bigest worry for you is the airport, noisy and frequently so.Also your swimming pool is in the wrong location, hardly gets any sun, and by mid-afternoon is blocked out by the hotel, i think it should have been built on the other side of the hotel.
But positively, a very excellent hotel and staff.

Loved it

I loved it. I like being away from touristy over crowded areas but close enough to walk or take a $5 taxi. This was perfect for me. Thank you to each of the staff for making my stay amazing. They have definitely hired some amazing people. Like I always say no one does it better than the Thais. Beautiful people, beautiful country. Thank you ❤️

Brand new resort complex, still in soft opening when I stayed, so not very busy, but comfortable and friendly. On the outskirts of town, so has great parking for those who need that. Good pool and breakfast. Close to the airport, so occasional aircraft noise, but not a serious problem.

The front office took care of us they were pleasant answered all our questions the wait staff was attentive to our needs the housekeepers did an excellent job I would stay there again and I would recommend them to anybody that wanted to stay there they cater to you personally and they look out for you they are always there and it was an excellent stay thank you to M and Gus and Boss and Pompay Rainy and all the stuff that was there thank you had an Excellence Vacation. Suitable for transit

The stay at this hotel. I would like to say thank you so much and appreciated the night time manager who check in for us who is Mr M. The hard ware in the hotel is important. But the professional service is much much important. Normally to stay few days in a hotel we really need to have feeling of concerned the guests real need. Although the hardware in the hotel can not change but the software they really do.
Actually, all the staffs here are very good. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Hotel near airport . Very friendly front staffs and they helpful too. Room simple and clean, most I like is they have a mini cofffee machine inside room . Beds very comfy but can hear airplane sound most time . TV channel suggest add most English Channel or program cause most is Thai language channel

Ended our holiday in luxurious style.

This hotel is still in the process of being renovated, which was good for us, because we got to stay in this top quality hotel that would normally be out of our price range.
The attention to detail is impressive with lots of nice little touches like fruit in our room presented in a lovely little bamboo leaf basket.
The swimming pool is under a beautiful big tree, and as we floated around in the cool water we could watch birds flying about their nests.
Breakfast is a beautifully presented buffet to suit western and eastern tastes.

Amazing Staff at Andacura Bamboori

They are just opening up so when we were there they were still in the soft opening phase. You can tell it is going to be an amazing hotel. What really made it great for us was the staff. They did everything they could to make sure we had an awesome stay. The breakfast was great, WiFi worked well, the room was quite spacious and comfortable.

비행기 활주로 근방이라서 나의 방 위로 커다란 비행기가 이륙한다. 비행기에 그려진 로고와 상호가 분명하게 보인다.
너무 시끄러워서 고통 이었다.
돈받고 투숙한다 해도 절대 가고싶지 않은 최악의 호텔이다.
택시 콜 써비스도 않된다.
써비스 되는 것이 별로 없는 호텔이다.
내가 다녀본 호텔중 최악이다.

Hotel in Flughafennähe, damit verbundener Fluglärm hat uns nicht gestört. Zimmer sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Balkon mit Blick in den Garten sehr schön. Frühstück lecker und abwechslungsreich, z. B. frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Problem im Zimmer mit einer losen Handtuchhalterung und einer ausgehakten Gardine. Haben dem Zimmermädchen einen Zettel und Geld aufs Bett gelegt. Leider wurde beides erst repariert nachdem wir abends ein zweites Mal darauf hingewiesen hatten. Sonst war alles bestens.
