It's worth a look

Extended my stay due to pandemic and chiang Mai bring safer than other locations. The room was decent, though the in-room safe needed replacing and the air con in the living room started to leak water into the living room. There was also an issue with ants invading the kitchen area. The staff were quick to address all the issues and assist with some business I needed to take care of. It's a decent hotel in a great location that's dealing with a global pandemic. For the value for money, I could and have done a lot worse.

Good value for the money

The location is excellent, staff are very helpful and attentive and while the hotel is showing its age a bit, and the quality of the sofa and chairs aren't high quality, if you're looking for a place within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants, as well as parks and night life, you could do a lot worse. The place isn't perfect but it's good enough that after 13 nights, when plans changed, I decided to book another 9 nights rather than look elsewhere. I'd book here again, too.

Big room with very reasonable pricr

Massive room, clean but a bit old. Amazing location, parking available, staffs are nice and helpful. If you want to stay around nimman area with big room this hotel is what you looking for.

Baiyoke Ciao stay

Firstly, I've stayed in this hotel for at least 5-6 times and every time it's always because of the same reason - location. Strategically located, it's just minutes walk to Maya shopping centre and just directly opposite all the shops of indie cafes and restaurants in Nimman. Apart from the location, the rest is just average. Lobby is not air conditioned, that's fine. But I think when the WiFi isn't functional, not weak but not even working, then it's an issue. Even after informing them and they trying to rectify the issue, it still wasn't rectified by the time I checked out. Thankfully I always get the tourist sim card whenever I visit Thailand on a monthly basis. Apart from that, this hotel is priced reasonably for its location.

Fiddly Water Heater

Look out for a Lime Green sign by the Dude Café - our Uber driver had trouble finding the place. Check-in went smoothly, we arrived early so had to register and leave our bags with the front desk. The bags were left in the waiting area by the brochures.

The pink elevator will take you to a wide empty tiled corridor. Once you get into the room, you'll see it's like an apartment. The room is starting to look a bit old and the lighting in the bathroom looks a little sad.

For such a large place, it would have been great if there was a washing machine.
There are two Air Con units, one for the Kitchen/Lounge/Dining Areas and one for the Bedroom.

The water heater can be difficult if you want to shower. We found it best to turn on the sink tap a little on Hot, so the heater would register that enough water required heating. If it couldn't register enough, it turned off.

Also, the shower head is very low and not adjustable. I'm not even 5 foot and I was having issues.

2 complementary water bottle provided, 2 pairs of slippers (loan only), soap, shower gel, razor, cotton buds and shower cap.
You are also given a voucher for a free Orange Juice from the Dude Café downstairs.

You can regularly hear an aeroplane flying overhead, but not too horribly.

Best location

Quick service and professional staff but very limited space for parking. Good breakfast!
Need to improve the decorations of reception ,lobby and on the way to the parking lot because it looks very very terrible ,it looks not just a hotel. But the room is perfect.
Overall ,I like the location and the spacious living room.

I loved everything about my stay, from location in Nimman, to room decor and size, to WiFi speed, to quality of food offered in restaurant. The only thing could be improved was no pots/pans to cook with, despite having a electric stove. The lobby looks super basic and could be improved to reflect the quality of the room, but was no big deal.

Renovated hotel centered in Chiang Mai

Everything is good. Easy to find cause it's located on Nimman street. Save time to go to any sightseeing. There's small gym, bar and coffe shop at the ground floor. 7-eleven is also nearby. Only drawback I find in this hotel is the car park. Due to the limited space, to park here underground might require your much awareness.

Conveniently located In Town.

Smack right in the middle of Nimmann road where convenient for food, drinks, shopping and night life. Very strategic to move around from here. The only downside is noise from commercial jets flying quite low above the hotel as airport is just 10min drive away.

This place is all about very big rooms. My room had a bathroom, living room/kitchen, balcony and bedroom. for the same price as nearby single cramped typical hotel room. When I travel on business and stay in a hotel I always appreciate having some space so I don't feel cramped. This place gets it. What could make it better is to upgrade the furniture from the cheap plastic tables and couch in the living room to something of better quality and comfort. The bed was great but the rest of the furnishings are lacking. Staff is great and hotel is in trendy area near Chiang Mai university.

My room was on the second floor. Perhaps that is why it was plagued with ants and some mosquitoes. Maintenance was surprisingly bad for a two year old hotel. gaps in floorboards, chipped skirting, cracked toilet tiles. But room size is huge and location is convenient. Laundry is convenient and cheap. Just drop your clothing at the reception before 11am and they will be ready at night.

Great location, reasonable price

The hotel is located in the middle of Nimman Rd in which all popular restaurants and cafes are located. The room is very spacious and clean however, the floor is coated with wax (or something) which makes it very slippery.

広いリビングと広いベッドルーム。広いバスルーム。部屋は家族で住めそうな程広く、収納も充分ありました。小さなバルコニーには洗濯物も少しだけ干せる。
ホテルは空港からもアクセスがよく、30TBHでバスで簡単に着きます。美味しいレストランやカフェ、ショッピングのアクセスも良かった。
場所の割に広く、お手頃価格だがベッドの上にも、バスルームにも小さい茶色の蟻が何匹もいます。
バスルームにはバスタブもあるが、清潔には見えないのでシャワーしか使わなかったがシャワーは水圧が弱い上に温かいお湯がでるまで5分程かかる。
髪を洗ったり身体を洗う間節水でお湯を止めると次にまたお湯が出てくるまでまた5分程かかる。
2月のチェンマイで濡れた身体でお湯が出るのを待つのは寒かった。タオルはとても白く綺麗で清潔でした。残念なのは部屋のあかり。冷蔵庫みたいな青白い蛍光灯でした。
使ったカップとスプーンは洗われてシンクの台に下向きに乾かされていたが、シンク台が綺麗とは限らないので衛生上新しいものに毎日交換してほしい。

長期滞在でも快適な時間が過ごせます。

チェンマイ滞在時はいつもこのホテルと決めています。
ニマンヘミン通りに面していて、近所には飲食店や大きなショッピングモールもあり生活に便利です。
今回は二週間の滞在でしたが、快適な時間が過ごせました。
もともとは分譲マンションとして建てられたそうで、部屋は60平米以上あり寝室・バス・トイレ他にキッチンやリビングルームも付いています。　１階には日系の居酒屋があり何度も利用したし、マッサージルームでは快適なタイ式マッサージが受けられます。
フロントの方とも顔なじみ、チェックアウトの際は皆さんで見送りをしてくれました。こんなフレンドリーな対応が魅力のホテルです。

When I pulled out the key card for going out, the refrigerator's electricity was also turned off, so I asked the front desk staff to fix the room's electrical wiring mistakes, and they solved the problem quickly.

部屋も広く従業員もフレンドリーで快適な滞在が出来ます。

チェンマイ滞在の際はここに決めています。形態はサービスアパートメントですが、ホテルと同様24時間フロント対応が出来るし毎日のルームメイクもしてくれます。
部屋は広く今回宿泊した部屋は60平米以上ありました、簡易キッチンもあって料理も可能です。従業員の方とも顔見知りとなり快適な滞在となりました。

Recommended hotel, inexpensive, will come back

One word I can say about this hotel, \"I LOVE IT\". From the cost of staying here which is very reasonable, the hotel condition which quite new, the spaciousness of the room and the location, location and location which is my most favorite. This hotel locates right at Nimman street where all the nightlife, restaurants and cute coffee shops are. I would totally stay here again whenever I visit Chiangmai.

ニマンヘミンSoi8の入口からすぐです。朝食会場が工事中とのことで、選んだメニューを部屋に運んでくれました。価格なりのシンプルな部屋です。スタッフは協力的でした。ホテルの脇に近々世界の山ちゃんがオープンするようです。

체크인 할때 웰컴 드링크와 물수건을 줌. 방은 넓고 크며 깔끔 하게 관리 잘 되어 있음. 단 욕조는 사용 안함 . 사용하기에는 살짝 더러움.
1층에 pub 이 있어서 낮에는 커피 ( 예상외로 잘 만들어 나옴 ) , 밤에는 술.. 차길에 있어서 밖에서 막을수도 있음. 위치는 님만해민 길에 있음.
