This hotel was pretty great overall. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. They even have a nice 24 hour café on the first floor that is very popular. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious family bunker room. Just like the pictures. The best part was the shower, high pressure waterfall. Very nice cafe at the reception and coffee was good. We didn’t have a nice view out of the window, but everything else was great. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel stuffs are good and helpful and the breakfast is also good. The the hotel is very close to the airport, you can hear the huge airplane landing noise. Beside the noise, everything is good.

The hotel is pretty nice and clean. To get to where it's bustling in Nimman you need to take a 8-10 mins walk. Other than that the hotel is clean and good. Nothing fancy like those luxe hotel but the rooms are nice and cozy. My kids really love the sheep design and the bunk bed. The bunk bed is very sturdy.

Had a great stay at your hotel. The family room with the bunk beds was spacious for a family of 4. Centrally located. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Would recommend especially for the price!

Phenomenal!!

Absolutely phenomenal! Exceeded our expectations. The whole place was clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect walking distance to everything in Nimman (the up-and-coming, trendy area of Chiang Mai). They have filtered water stations on every floor so you can refill water bottles. Breakfast had a good variety and was always tasty with fresh fruit every morning!!

This hotel is over rated. No tourist map at counter. Staff friendly but not helpful. When i asked for help to go to Night Bazaar, counter told me to book a taxi for THB300. Luckily i didn't take the advice and took a song thaew there for only THB100!

This was a very cute hotel but only had the most basic of amenities. It was a clean room with a tv, an electric kettle, and shower. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but there was no lotion in the room. A clean and nice place to say in if you are just there to sleep and shower. Very close to Nimman road, a popular place for locals as we were told by a Grab driver. Lots of bars and places to eat.

We were allowed to check in early but room was not ready so they held our bags.

New hotel in good location

The hotel is new and very trendy with the rooms having great facilities. The bed was incredibly comfy as the mattress is so soft and the linen is lovely. Shower and bathroom were very clean and practical, the rain head was perfect!
The restaurant was ok but even better that your one block away from great food and restaurants so I’d recommend getting out.
The staff were nice, communication was a little hard but they were very pleasant.
The only downfall to this hotel is that it’s in the direct flight path for planes, they fly directly over the hotel to depart and arrive so it very noisy. Overal it was a good hotel

Outstanding hotel

Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Room is very comfortable and spacious, great shower and strong air conditioning. Breakfast is adequate with about 4 to 5 hot dishes and the usual bread, cereal and fruits. Highly recommended!

Great place for family

Great family hotel tucked away in a non busy street, yet walkable to the busy tourist streets. Friendly staff who speak some English. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Great for kids especially the party room and there is a play area in the lobby. Breakfast buffet is simple yet delicious and satisfying. The Japanese restaurant is simple and delicious. We enjoyed our stay here especially the kids.

My teenager kids who are not easy to please, love this Hotel! The beds are so comfortable and clean. We had a really good night sleep. We booked a room with the bunk bed and my daughter loves the upper bunk. Breakfast are also excellent with rice, pad thai, vegetables, fresh fruits both Thai and American food. Hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. They're beautiful young people at the reception desk. Luggage storage is very nice pre check-in/after check out time. Walkable to Nimman road and all the shopping, street food and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. Our room rate for 5 nights stay is very affordable.

The hotel isn’t very new so very modern and everything works! The staff were really friendly and the buffet breakfast was great. Plenty of options and different each day. The only negative is that check in took a while. We booked to go back a second time a week later and the room was not ready until 4 pm (after arriving at 3pm) so there is some room for improvement but we assumed this was just teething problems for a new hotel

From beginning of checking in and checked out, absolutely efficient and satisfactory!
Though it is a new hotel, just open this April, the staff overall displayed quality, warm and smiley Excellent Services. They are helpful and willing to assist whenever I needed help.
The cafe foods are nice too!

I stayed here for 3 nights during the Songkran festival. The hotel is conveniently located near everything in Nimman. The rooms were comfy and clean. Since the hotel is new, I was the first one to stay in my room. Hotel staff is excellent and very friendly. There is also free parking. There is no fitness center or pool, but that is fine since the price reflects that. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. It was not good. My last day there I just went out for breakfast as the continental breakfast at the hotel is pretty bad. Other than that, this was a great place to stay.

The hotel is neat. The only drawback is you can hear aeroplane overhead. But I think the whole district is similar.

We encountered an electric break down in the whole hotel for 2 nights. It took 2 hours for repairmen on the first night. However, the service was down again at mid night. We stayed overnight without air con.

We finally relocated to another hotel on the other day. Fortunately, the staff were very helpful and helped moving the luggage down from upstairs. They showed sincere apology for the incident too.

카페 대부분 치앙마이 대학 학생들이며 저녁되면
로비 정문 앞에서 담배피는 학생도 많습니다.
주차 할수 있는 자리가 몇군대 밖에 없으며 대부분 카페 이용객들이 차지하고 있어 호텔 이용객은 도로에 이면주차 해야하는 경우가 많습니다
숙소는 방음이 안되고 오래된 느낌이고 수건도 바디타올 2장만 지급이 됩니다.
객실청소시 침구류 커버 교환 요청이 없으면 그대로 입니다.
물은 밖에 있는 정수기에서 받아서 마셔야 하며 물병이 청결한지 의문입니다.
리셉션도 친절하단 느낌을 받지는 못했습니다.

飯店床單已要求要更換，卻沒有更換，連續睡了6個晚上，回來都起疹子，浴室地墊也沒有每天更換，清潔度有待加強（頭髮沒有清乾淨）冷氣在晚上的時候，會自動關閉，最後最後....隔音真的很不好，隔壁打呼還是聽的清楚，但還是有加分地方，地點不錯，大廳有設計，適合打卡族，以上是住了6晚的心得

ห้องพักสะอาด การเดินทางสะดวก การบริการของพนักงานที่นี่ ดีมากๆ ให้คำแนะนำการเดินทางดี รับฟังความคิดเห็นเมื่อเราบอกในเรื่องห้องพักที่ไม่เก็บเสียง ตอนกลางคืนมีห้องข้างๆส่งเสียงดัง ชั้นบนก็มีเสียงดังลงมาตลอด ก็อยากให้ทาง รร.ปรับปรุงเรื่องให้เพิ่มกฎห้ามส่งเสียง เพื่อจะได้ไม่รบกวนผู้เข้าพักคนอื่นๆต่อไป พนักงานก็รับฟังด้วยความสุภาพ พร้อมจะปรับปรุงในครั้งต่อไป
