Have stayed here multiple times. Everytime I have booked this place different pictures on booking site as must be privately owned apartments. I even tried to confirm this via email correspondence but was ignored. Picture shows higher floor facing the water like I always have been and have paid extra for. This time even though the picture was high floor water view we were on bottom floor facing a court house. I had saved for this weekend for the school holidays for sooooo long and my children were so dissapointment and upset when we got the room we did as they was expecting water view high floor as per the picture. All they wanted was a water view to watch the boats.
When I rang and questioned if we could possibly move rooms and tried to explain my history and how often I had stayed there and what the situation was I was cut off and told that’s all there is.

Noisy as hell even with windows and doors shut! not far from the pub that went all hours on a Thursday night so listened to all the pub noise, music and drunken fighting in the street etc to all hours. Beds in all rooms had springs digging into your back. Didn't make for a comfortable stay. Otherwise , apartment had everything else you could want for a long stay.

The keys to my room could not be found when I checked in. I was given another room on a lower floor with no city view, but was charged for my original room. I was also given an invoice on checking out, but received a higher invoice by email and was charged the higher price. Pretty disappointing really.

Adequate accommodation without being amazing. The 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen was adequate in every way without being amazing. Nothing to complain about and would stay here again if I need a place centrally located for a reasonable price without any luxuries. The view of the harbour was quite nice. No pool at this location. Parking was a little tight.

The view over the harbour off our deck was amazing and just what we needed after a big day ion the road. We went for a walk along the precinct board walk which was 5 minutes away it’s a great spot in Gladstone and has been beautifully incorporated into the foreshore area.
Had a drink next door at the Reef Hotel sting on their balcony over looking the Gladstone and then had a meal at the Thia restaurant which was very good.
The complimentary coffee in the apartment foyer was the icing on the cake. Thanks for a good stay.

We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Apartment on level 5 with Marina View for 1 night upon our return from Heron Island. The apartment was very large, great layout, clean with a very comfortable bed for a great night sleep before a long drive home. Staff upon check in where very efficient and provided you with all the information you need for you stay including access code for secure parking which was a reassuring feature of the apartment as you could lock your car up and walk where you needed Check out made easy due to after hours key return box. The private balcony attached to the apartment was great as it offered great views and fresh air. Centrally locates with access to all your needs and great food just next door at The Reef Hotel. The 2 negatives for us was our room was located near the near the lift and anytime it was used you could hear the motor running up and down to the different levels so I would recommend you request to be located future down the wall way to avoid this and the curtains in the rooms don’t join so you will get Morning sun come through so if you like a sleep in this may be a negative for you. Just remember these are apartments and not a hotel/motel and reception is only during business hours which worked perfectly for us but may be an issue for others. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

right from check in we were made to feel very welcome, staff - very friendly. The view was good and the apartment location was great. The only negative thing to say was the shower over the bath - my knees are not the greatest and I did feel uneasy every time I stepped in and out of the bath tub - step in out was way too high.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which was quite large and comfortable. Furnishings are a bit old, but fine. Reception has limited hours, so not great if one is going to Heron Island and needs somewhere to leave luggage between checkout and boat departure.

Reception was locked on arrival and unattended. A message allegedly sent to my mobile to collect keys from outside box was not received in advance or in next two days. After phoning a manager's mobile number, Reception was opened. I was then allocated a wrong room - it was already occupied. The internet connectivity did not work for my two nights in Room 14 - internet has worked on a previous visit when I had a room on the second floor.

The rooms are clean and very spacious and expansive. The beds were new and comfortable. The best thing about the facility was the reception staff who were welcomimg and available for a chat. We stayed during cyclone debbie and staff went out of their way to provide local knowledge on conditions of the road network for the drive home.

Stayed a week including Xmas. Definitely a place you get WAY more than what you pay. close to everything with Stunning views over the Port, Marina and Islands. Room itself was huge, comfortable and well set. 2 adults and 2 kids. definitely be staying here again if need be.

We stayed at these apartments over the New Year, so not a lot of staff around. But saying this our room was spotless. Probably the cleanest room we have ever had. The property is central to everything Gladstone has to offer. Good eating places all around, good walking areas around the harbour, reasonably close to airport and outlying shopping centres.

Could not believe the size of the apartment on our arrival. It was huge, and everything looked like it was new. We had a two bedroom apartment, that for what we paid, was by far the best accomodation we had on this trip. The Managers were great and did all they could to help us enjoy our stay. I thoroughly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for great accommodation in the centre of Gladstone.
