The resort is next to some nasty smelling rotting trash. You will have to plug your nose walking down to the breakfast area. The food was ok but the foul stenches around the property make it hard to enjoy food. The beach is disappointing. It’s a pond and no real beachfront. Also sketchy looking murky water. No waves. Nothing. The pool is nice but the tiles were dirty, missing in many spots and kids in the adult pool. Bandages floating everywhere too. Bed is like a rock. Uncomfortable. Worth the $80 tho. Private pool access is nice too. Don’t drink the water! Not even for brushing teeth!

The Beachfront hotel review. This hotel was rated 5 star. The room, the bed and cleanliness of the room was for me 5 star which was excellent. However the rest of the hotel looked more like a 4 star hotel. The food was very average and the worst part of the hotel was the actual Beach. This hotel is called the beachfront hotel however the beach was a 2 star. the beach was dirty and the ocean water un swimmable. in conclusion, if you want to have an amazing room in the area and don't care about the rest of the hotel or the beach this is your spot.

I booked this hotel because it was heavily discounted on Expedia, I certainly wouldn’t pay full price for it. As others have mentioned, it’s a little tired and lacking care.

My room was basic, not particularly clean or well maintained, but it had everything I needed. The hotel facilities are also very basic, don’t expect too much.

The main problem was the noise. I came in high season and lots of people were here to party, so I got very little sleep. That’s not the fault of the hotel, I just probably won’t come back to this part of Phuket.

Room and staff were great! This said, the noise in the hallways was horrible, people returning after a night of drinking were screaming, banging on doors and just unruly. There should be staff supervising this as it happened each night of our 4 day stay. Location is far from the tourist area and the beach is absolutely disgusting. Once again, staff were wonderful and the room was clean and had everything we could need.

The room was clean and the pool was nice. The restaurant was also good. Please note that the reception is NOT 24/7 as indicated…I found myself in a difficult situation when I arrived due to my plane being late. Luckily a security guard was able to contact a housekeeper, who let me in. The hotel staff made up for the miscommunication with a restaurant voucher, so I was happy.

The room was nice and clean and the service was phenomenal. They were so kind and always willing to help out without even asking, but I did find a cigarette butt in the pool that stayed there the entire time that I was there. Also, I didn’t know how to lock the back door and no matter what I did it didn’t lock.

Absolutely stunning! Walking out of our room into a pool was a surreal experience. Staff was all very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Not through the hotel but there was even a longboat charter buisness we used to go to the BEAUTIFUL Coral Island. Food was very good but took a while to actually get after ordering. We ended up walking two minutes down the beach to Selinas to eat most of our meals.

My stay was ok the cleaning wasn’t very good. The sheets had a weird smell the property did not look how they presented on the website pictures but we made the best of it on our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was mold all over the shower and bathroom floor, and the balcony door was broken with a sign asking guests to always keep it closed due to past issues with theft. The on-site restaurant offered very limited variety, and the prices were high considering the quality. The bed was extremely hard, almost like sleeping on the floor, and the pillows were uncomfortable as well. Honestly, the experience felt like a \"catfish\" situation when compared to the pictures used in the advertisement.

The beach isn’t very nice for swimming. There’s nothing around that area to dine or enjoy. It’s next to a super busy main street. We wished we would have stayed on the other side of the island where all the fun stuff happens.

The overall hotel is nice. The beach is beautiful and could go along way if only it was clean. Such a beautiful beaches lined with trash. Please have staff clean the beach every morning so guests can enjoy the view and take pictures since we’re cannot get in the water at this “Beach Front” hotel. Rooms were clean. Balcony is nice to watch the sunset. Walking distance to dispensaries etc. The pool bar staff was very dismissive.

It is nice but I feel they are still developing, pool access is not so good for most of the rooms, they don't have a great pool actually. Breakfast is good and personal is super friendly. The beach was super muddy and dry, it was not good to enter the water and the view is mostly to an empty terrain in front.

Booked by accident-ok for a group that wants pool

I was searching for a hotel in Patong and the app suggested this hotel. It appeared to have everything we wanted, so I booked it, not knowing it was 30 minutes from everything we wanted to see. We ended up paying for 2 rooms because it was non-refundable.
The rooms with the pool access are connected to small pools - they don’t connect to a pool bar or to the next building, so it’d be kinda fun for a group with rooms on the bottom floor in the same building.

Almost everything is broken in gym, old stuff, and it smells strongly of humidity in gym and room, about the pool could be nice if you have pool access if not it’s uncomfortable to Swiss near the room. Breakfast so simple, I don’t understand why they don’t serve the breakfast on the beach because there nice beach under the hotel

The pool is great but you can’t swim at the beach. It is low tide. They have a bus that takes you to two beaches for free. We booked an elephant tour with them, it included transportation from the hotel. The free breakfast was yummy. Not a lot to do around the area.

Our room and the hotel generally was kept nice and clean. The facilities were a little disappointing - the pool area is quite small and is surrounded by rooms that open out to it so no space to sit around and enjoy relaxing or privacy. There is also no spa. In the room TV options very limited and the water system was off and on. There isn’t much immediately close by so walking isn’t an option- we had a car so it wasn’t an issue but would have been difficult without. Overall these were minor issues as most time was spent out and about and the most important thing was that the bed was comfortable (firm) and the place was clean and well maintained

We couldnt fault one thing about our stay. We will definitely be visiting and staying here next year. Lovely staff, complimentary shuttle bus to the beach, great dining and walksble to shopping and lical restaurants. Quiet beach front was a bonus.

The hotel is not connected buildings, so getting to the beach/breakfast/restaurant is a long uncovered downhill walk that is not for those with impaired mobility.

The pools are not cleaned often. Our private side pool had dead birds & trash floating on separate occasions.

The empty lot next door is just that, next to it was another large lot doing renovations & burning trash fires for 5 of the 10 nights we stayed. The smell was awful.

Restaurant was nice, but everything is outdoors & anything after 6pm & the mozzies dine on you while you dine. A bit overpriced as well compared to local places or what you can order via Grab delivery.

While the staff was accommodating to help us change our rooms to be next to one another & very friendly in all of our interactions. The hotel cons outweigh the pros.

The resort is not all connected as it may seem from the photos. It is multiple separate buildings that all go downhill towards the beach from the main road. This walk is not covered, nor will taxi services meet you halfway for a pickup. As someone who has mobility issues, just staying in the middle building was a daily task of walking downhill for breakfast & uphill to catch a taxi in 34C heat that added unneeded stress to what what supposed to be a relaxing vacation.

Breakfast was meager & mostly steamed meals that would classify as middle school lunch quality with 20 signs around the dining room about the fines you would receive if you left with food (believe me... there was NOTHING worth stealing).

All in all some more funding into the property, pools, maybe a covered walkway for guests in the future would vastly improve the experience. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great either...

The hotel staff could not be more helpful everybody from the reception staff to the cleaners and the security guard - who will ship the traffic on the main road to allow you to exit the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have everything that you need for your stay. The beach is not suitable for swimming but lovely to sit and enjoy a cocktail at the bar. Will definitely return thank you for an amazing holiday

This review is specially for Tang and Tangmo, the young ladies from the restaurant at the hotel! They made my trip to Thailand memorable. I decided to come for my birthday and they were so sweet! Service was 10/10 but they made it personal when both of them decided to come to my hotel door to give me a birthday cake and sing happy birthday! I will never forget them for being so friendly to me and my girlfriend! Also, the men at the restaurant are so respectful and sweet! I will never forget my time shared with the people at this hotel.
