Overall the stay has good. Our room had difficulties with the electricity several days and the staff helped us but it happened several days. The pool suite tas large but unfortunately very sharp in the bottom.

I would not stay here again cause it isat suitable for a family with children and far away from beachen and stores/food.

Food options also very few.

For a couple og travveling with Friends who Wish for Sun, pool and quiz this is a good stay.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool - it was absolutely huge and such a lovely place to relax. We tried two of the hotel’s restaurants, which had delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. The evenings at CHICA Lounge were especially lovely, with live music that created such a great vibe.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless, and the staff were ever so friendly throughout our stay. We also really loved the hotel’s app - it made everything so easy, from requesting extra drinking water and fresh towels to messaging the front desk with any questions.

We had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend it!

On two occasions the housekeeping was not completed and needed to be followed up. Staff very difficult to communicate with due to limited English. The resort and food is outstanding which makes up for the communication issues.

My partner treated me to the stay at the resort for a birthday gift, all the facilities to hand, alongside excellent staff. The only gripe has been the significant price increase from our last visit - European prices not so good. Otherwise great stay.

Stay is extremely cheap, the staff warned us about charging for a lost plastic room card. Suite was bare bones. The absolute cheapest quality utensils. Very poorly equipped kitchen. The couch was cheaper quality than ikea. The shower and washroom are extremely tight. For this price point there’s better options.

Always a good choice

Had a rough start but once I mentioned the poor service at arrival, everything changed. I’ve been here 6 different times and I love this place. But the prices have jumped up so much!A coconut is $8! +tip. The food is very good but the prices! Ouch.Had a massage at the spa ( it’s 3x more here) and it was not good. It’s the same quality masseur as those little shops outside. Waste of $.The buffet breakfast is a must, they have their own coffee and it’s so good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pools here are the cleanest I’ve seen. Staff are all friendly and helpful. ( although it didn’t start that way) they did really well to accommodate me. I’m here alone, 7 months pregnant and asked for room near the lobby. It wasnt- then I was moved to a swim up room to compensate which was easier for me. They arranged pick up outside my room to bring me to breakfast. They helped to bring me my outside food orders. Gave me a fan to help me sleep better. And made me feel safe while here alone. Cons: to much smoking everywhere outside. I couldn’t sit on my swim up balcony without breathing cigarette smoke and I’m pregnant! I was disappointed the hotel would do nothing about this. ( just move me rooms) you smell weed and cigarettes all the time. Spoils sitting at the pool trying to get fresh air. It’s a wellness resort - why are people smoking all the time? It’s gross. Policy needs to change! Beds are way to hard, I brought my own memory foam. I highly recommend but if non- smoker beware

Mixed Experience – Not Worth a Return Visit

A good resort, but not a five-star experience.
We had a cockroach in our room that disappeared behind the bed. Despite calling twice, the staff only sent a cleaner who was unable to resolve the issue. When we went to the reception, the night staff was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting there was nothing they could do—even though the resort was nearly empty. It was a disappointing way to handle the situation and certainly not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel.

That said, we did enjoy the spa, gym, and pools.
We stayed for a week, which was enough. Overall, it was a decent stay—but we won’t be returning.

I would not consider this a 5 stars hotel. It looks nice, but that is about it. Food was hit and miss, some were good, some were pretty bad. Housekeeping was lacking, forgetting to replace pool towels, bringing bathrobe without the belt, not changing bathroom mat. The hotel gym has always people filming their workouts, which i find disrespectful to other guests. The funny thing is that when you start using the gym they make you accept a terms of service where they say that all recordings must be pre-approved. I guess they approve a lot, because at one point there were 3 girls making videos at the same time, probably for their onlyfans or something like that. I for one do not want to appear in the background in videos like that! Also, the hotel is really isolated, nothing at all around it for at least 1,5km, and that is just to get to a 7eleven, nothing much else.

Best Spot in Phuket for Health & Wellness

Definitely one of the best holidays I've had in Thailand. If you’re looking for someplace that focuses on wellness, good food, in a beautiful and relaxing environment, this is it. The staff was very friendly and the days have just flown by. I had a great spa experience, the gym is amazing, and enjoyed a few yoga classes. Will definitely come back.

Quiet route towards the hotel quite scary. Receptionists not as friendly as the restaurants and bar staffs. Compliment to only three staffs that gave undivided attention and being authentic. They’re Sofia from Green Cafe, Nink and Cherry from Chica. Housekeeping staffs are also nice but I didn’t capture their names.

The property was amazing. Staff M) was friendly at check in, patient too.
Room was extremely clean and spacious.
Bfast was good though certain dishes were a tad salty. Staff were attentive and friendly.
Not forgetting eveyone at the spa.. especially Gift (staff name) she has magic hands.
If i could suggest - maybe provide bicycles for rental or free as it is a long way out to 7-11 :))

Great stay with small improvement needed

The overall stay was almost perfect. We loved the facilities around the resort such as the swimming pools, the amazing gym and the restaurant is a must try! The room was spacious and nice, but I do find some details a little lacking, I.e. the showing pressure is not very strong, the shower door doesn’t close so the water gets out and makes a mess. Also I found the bedding to be stained with what it might look like blood.

But despite all of these small minor things the stay was great!

Stay Wellbeing was a perfect stay for us. It's not in the middle of everything so if you leave the resort you must get a taxi. Rawai beach is a close 10-15 minutes and has many shops and restaurants. You can rent a boat but there isn't much beach. Nai Harn is the next beach over and is stunning, not nearly as many shops and places to eat but it's very relaxing. The resort's spa and gym are top notch, everyone is kind and will help you with anything you need. The walk out pool from the room was such a treat. We would highly recommend staying here.

An awesome retreat from chaotic Phuket

Beautiful hotel/lush greenery. Excellent service. Restaurant/cafe food and drinks all very tasty. Nice breakfast buffet. We had a nice second floor unit with balcony facing away from pool that we enjoyed very much. The fitness center is pretty epic, lots of good workouts. Amazing massage. The facilities are however feeling worn, torn cushions on gym equipment, stains on restaurant sofas, shower grout/tile needs cleaning/resealing. Spa areas felt beat up, not well maintained. Very kid friendly, which was not so much for us, but we had a private room/location away from the pool noise.

Whilst the venue is incredible and the gym is epic maybe we should have considered if it was the right fit for us. The food in the restaurant was of an extremely high standard and the service could not be faulted. I felt for us however it was a little pretentious. I would however highly recommend the flotation tank and my husband love the cryo therapy.. know that the surrounding area is a walk but there is a fabulous coffee shop called Brick which do the most amazing cakes. There is also a courtesy bus which can take you down to the beach and back which is fab and you can hire bikes.

I loved my stay at STAY well-being in Phuket. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and super clean. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious and my favourite in all the hotels I stayed in thailand. there were many options for all taste. The gym was beyond my expectations, it was very clean and there were a lot of machines. The gym was never crowded since it’s build on 3 levels. The Ac in the rooms and the gym was very refreshing. The pool areas are nice with lots of chairs. The hotel is a bit far (30 min) from the city Center and some touristic areas. Renting a scooter is the best way to get around. The Rawai area is perfect to relax, it’s very calm and safe.

Hotel is too noisy. Walls are very thin. You can hear everything, from the room next door to the room on top. All hours of the day and night. The hotel is not close to the beach or any attractions, it’s isolated and in the middle of a local residential small houses. You can’t walk anywhere.

2nd stay at the hotel after a 5-month gap

This was my second time staying at the hotel. I had a much better stay my first time. I was given an unclean room this time, and the internet didn't work. However, the staff resolved my issues promptly but considering its status as a 5-star hotel, I was disappointed that I still had to go through this. When arriving at the hotel after a long flight, my family and I wanted to rest and not worry about changing rooms or things not working correctly.

This resort is really absolutely sublime. It was my second time here and it's just as amazing as my first time, if not better.

Please keep in mind that this resort is for rest, relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall your well-being, hence their name, and it's located in an area that is quite isolated and far away from all the main attractions and tourist traps (which I freaking loved), there aren't a lot of shops/restaurants around and zero tourist sites, tours, clubs/party nightlife close by. However, there is a tourist information centre directly across the hotel resort where you can book and arrange tours and activities if you wish to do so but have to do so a day in advanced. So please beware of this fact, if that's what you are truly seeking, partying/nightlife, tourist activities, etc., then keep in mind this hotel resort is not catered for that and might not be for you. For some people as well, you might need to rent a scooter or car to get around if you're seeking to explore more, but I rented a bicycle for $5 (for the whole day) from the hotel anytime I just wanted to pop to the local 7/11 to get snacks or more bottles of water or beer.

All-in-all, this place is truly amazing, A resort, with everything that you could want and need for a nice, relaxing, peaceful, and tranquil holiday. This resort was beyond excellent, immaculate, impeccable, phenomenal, sublime, and suited my every need, will definitely return again without a shadow of a doubt!

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing, and the hotel was very safe. We loved the gym and the outdoor pools. We had the two-bedroom suite, and it was perfect for our family of 5. I only wish the breakfast had more food options for people who don’t eat pork. Fortunately, there are supermarkets close by, so cooking was effortless, and when we didn’t want to cook, we ordered room service, which had delicious food options. I will come back here again with my family. I would also recommend renting a car because there is free onsite parking for hotel guests.
