The front desk was very difficult. They refused to give me a receipt of my payment of my stay. They are not flexible with a 2 hour extension to check out though we had stayed for one week.

Very beautiful villa clean and with a very nice pool and bathtub. The cute cat comes to our door every morning,my kids are very reluctant to leave from the villa. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Definitely, we will come back again

Nice and clean private pool villa !!

Everything about the villa was good. It was clean, nice interiors and the staff service was also very good. A nice private villa for couples or families. The only thing that needs improvement is their breakfast. Perhaps they can do something to improve the spread.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided anything that was needed. Any small issue was fixed or taken care of within minutes or the same day. There is a 7/11 near the hotel, but not much else. The major road near the hotel was under major construction that could cause some heavy traffic (I was told it would be finished in 2021). The hotel offers rental cars, motorbikes, and free bicycle use (when the bicycles are available). The Villas are very nice, very large, and the pool was in excellent condition. The villa's interior was very nice and everything was in perfect working condition. The kitchen was large with a full refrigerator. Each villa is very private including the pool area. The hotel even offered a barbecue that was brought to the room with a very large assortment of fresh crab, fish, shrimp, and other seafood (beef or pig was also available). The main building across from the villas was a very large hotel with rooms, 2 large pools, a library, spa, and gym.

Private Pool Villa

Stayed for 3 nights in villa# J3 included breakfast. Many cockroahes around outside of the villa and pest control is needed. Inside Villa is clean and comfort. However, if they can arrange a small table with chairs in the garden area that would be good. The stove is old dated and slow. Would love to stay again when next time travel to Phuket.

This Villa Hotel did NOT disappoint. Our group of 4 arrived to Phuket late at night with no trouble from the hotel shuttle. The shuttle picked us up on time and got us to the hotel for check in (which only took 5min). We arrived to our 3 bedroom villa and things were in perfect order. The villa was clean and had arrival waters in the fridge. The location of Rawai is roughly 30mins to any tours but not inconvenient. We hired a driver for 3 days ( 6hrs each day) which cost around 60USD which made for a day for incursions and adventure! There are plenty of sit in restaurants in walking distance and bars as well. When we return to Phuket we will definitely be staying with Two Villa Holiday!

The villa is in great condition with pretty complete kitchenware. The pool is deep enough to swim. Healthy breakfast is well prepared. However, you need a car to move around as it is quite far away from prime locations.

Fantastic villa for a couple

We had the best time ever in the 2 villas. The place was amazing and the staffs were so great. Best experience I had so far and definitly will be a memorable one. The staffs were there for everything from food to acitivities. They provided us with a mobile phone to call if we needed anything. If they didn’t understand us through the phone they would come to the villa straight away to get a better understanding. They helped us to organise acitivites which were amazing. Outstanding villa! Thanks to the lovely team that made us feel so welcomed to Thailand.

Nice place but to far away

The villa is amazing, clean, comfortable and perfect for people with a slow travel pace. However it is a long ways away from any major activates which makes transportation costs very high. Bike rental was good but a bit if a pain for returning due to the villa and the office being seperate. Check out also takes 20 minutes so plan for that. This is because of the villa and office being in two seperate areas.

Wonderfull

The accomodation is just as pictured. It's clean, spacious and quiet. The staff are very helpful and accomodating.
It's not a very central location but that made it much better for us as we loved the spot and hired scooters to reach the more busy areas.
It's is close to lovely restaurants and coffee shops.
I highly recommend it.

Seriously BAD location!

They should seriously publish their exact location of the hotel. I have found out from their staffs that they have 4 estates in the vicinity. We request for early check in as we reached around 11am, however staff mention there isn't any room available till the normal check in time at 2pm, it's fine then. But when we finally got our room at 2pm, they gave us a room that is not the one we actually booked online!! The style is different, there is no bathtub. This staff, name Woody still insist that it is the same type of room as i book and the room they are giving us is like totally out of no where! it can take me 30 minutes to walk to a nearby restaurant. After 2 hours of arguement, he finally agreed to try to find the another room for me and I have to wait in their admin office, which I don't know how long it will take. I finally managed to get the room which i have actually booked online. Are they going to refund me for checking in at this hour? No!

Shuttle service only serve to beach at odd timing.

Great villa, decent price but far from the beaches

Stay was nice, we reserved a beautiful one bedroom Villa, only problem we had was the Wifi dint work for over 1 week. We mentioned it to the front desk every day and they continued to state the problem was fixed. There idea of fixing the problem was restarting the router. They failed to mention until 1 week into our stay, the router was shared with the three villas beside us. So they offered to switch us to another villa with a dedicated router. This work but it was very inconvenient to repack and move our luggage and food.

Overall the staff is friendly but would not recommend ordering food service. Would stay here again for the price.

Clean and spacious pool villa

This villa is located near the Nai Harn Beach which is the very south of Phuket. It was quite a long way from the airport(1.5hrs) and about 45mins to Patong. We spent a lot on taxi because of its location is far from most main town. Villa itself is very nice, clean and spacious. Staffs were all very nice and helpful and speak good English. I also like it that the villa is close to a main street that has restaurants, convenient stores and massage places, and it only takes 5 mins to walk from the villa. Breakfast is cooked at your villa in the morning, however it wasn't anything good. Overall, I am satisfied with the villa and I would recommend it if you choose to stay near Nai Harn beach.

Quite disappointed with the villa management

Actually it is a service apartment with variety type of rooms, but no other facilities at all, but you could order room services from outside restaurants through the operator before 8pm everyday the latest, as well as the laundry services provided. We stayed 4 nights there with a 2 bedrooms villa with a pool, which it is impressed me when I saw it. The location is ok, although a bit far away from downtown, but you could find lots of pretty good restaurants within few minutes walking distance, as well as massage shops, 24 hours convenience shops nearby. And form the apartment to Narharn beach only with 10 minutes driving distance, which it is a very nice beach with less people and beautiful view. I enjoyed my stay very much, but when I was checking out, the hotel told me that I have to pay for 800tb because there’s a towel missing in my room. Definitely, the house keeping must made a mistake, any reason that we need to take away a towel with us? Anyhow, we paid at the end after they insisted, but it is really not fair for us and made us quite disappointed at the end of the vocation. Overall, the apartment hardware is ok, but the management needs to improve the quality of the services.

Excellent villa. Swimming pool was great. Breakfast was always served on time. Staffs are always helpful, friendly and courteous. However, the flush system in out toilet was not functioning 100%. It's always stuck and u hav to flush several times! There is also limited english movie channel as most are being dubbed in French, German or other languages. But the overall comfort of the villa outdo it's flaws. The villa also caters to halal Muslim food so there is no need to worry for Muslim tourists. Just outside the villas main road there is also a halal Muslim restaurant!

Fint ställe med privat insynsskyddad trädgård med egen pool. Tyvärr något slitet och avsaknad av restaurang / room service drar ned betyget. Det fanns ett pyttelitet kafé vid lobbyn. Söker man på adressen kommer man fram till villorna, ej lobbyn vilket gör hela incheckningsprocessen förvirrande.

C’est la 4 eme fois que nous réservons dans ce groupe. Nous adorons Two villas Holliday Phuket Onyx style. Le personnel est au petit soin. Tout est fait avec le sourire et des remerciements. Très peu de bruit, juste le chant des oiseaux. La literie est excellente.
Merci encore à ce magnifique pays qui sait accueillir ces hôtes.

Fint ophold i privat beliggende villa. Sparsomt udstyret køkken, hvor microovn ikke virkede. Svært at finde på kort. Så endte med at få behov for transport fra villa til lobby flere gange. Dog meget servicemindede personale, så ikke noget problem.
