Location was key. Could use updating. Sidewalks crumbling, our door lock was broken. Carpet was dirty.
Zachery
Clean room and helpfully staff
Aaron
Quiet, comfortable bed. Mainly clean in the important places, with a few stray hairs. Clean linens and towels. Good breakfast on the run.
Ronald
Clean, comfortable and resonable.
James
Unremarkable
Charms
We enjoyed our stay. Very cleaned and the front desk were really nice! Will stay again when we come up and visit the as we used to live in the area.
Michael
This Comfort Inn's in really good shape. The breakfast was very good but a couple of items (e.g. yogurt) weren't available. TV was decent. Restful stay; I was satisfied.
Thomas
Staff attempted to enter my room at 7am without knocking or introducing themselves, created a very tense and anxious situation. Walked away with no apologies!
jennifer
Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a variety of options.
Angela
The staff here was amazing. I was treated like a princess from the moment I arrived.
Stanley
Very nice. Not exotic, but everything looked nicely updated and clean, and the staff was extremely kind.
Joan
Room was clean and well supplied. Front desk staff and rest of staff were friendly and helpful. Manager was available and helpful. Parking was close. The pool area was clean.
Tom
The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable!
Kristin
Overall hotel was clean but the condition wasn't great. The floors creak with most steps you take. The pool was under renovation while we were there so we couldn't enjoy that. I didn't like that the owner is making his staff do all the repairs and painting instead of hiring a professional painting company. The front desk staff was very nice however the housekeeping did a very poor job of cleaning our room, they basically just took the one trash can and gave new towels. Overall stay was okay, probably wouldn't recommend it.
Kevin
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. ADA compliant room TV only got half the channels and the ADA shower didn't function properly also creates slipping hazard how in the hell is that ADA compliant. Second I got to sleep for a whole 4 hours before your guest in the room above me decided to start walking around and wake me the hell up on top I could tell he was taking a shower because I could hear the water leaking inside of the damn walls I would have had a better night sleep staying in the Ford motel and if you don't understand what that is it's my F-250 pickup truck
Dave
Room seemed dingy as well as the hotel. Door closers on room do not work and therefore caught my hand in the slamming door going into my room last evening.
martha
The stay was great! The breakfast was good and well stocked. The employees where friendly
Dana
Clean and quiet, good breakfast
Ricca
It was the guests who were loud they kept on banging their doors some people just can't be courteous
Josephine
Wonderful staff, entire place extremely clean and updated, pillows and bed very comfortable. The reasons for not a fifth star is because breakfast did not have pork alternative breakfast meat and the toiletry products were horrible. The shampoo and conditioner neither shampooed nor conditioned. Hair looked and felt awful from use. And the soap made skin very dry. Need to upgrade those.

We were there for 2 nights. They were very accommodating, room was very clean. Housekeeping knocked and asked if we needed anything the 2nd day.

We went for a quick overnight trip. The manager on duty was rude and did not know any events going on in the community. My husband and kids went to swim but the door to the outside was open and it was freezing in the pool area. Staff was unable to be located to asked about the issue. The next day when checking out, same manager, just took our room key without a word. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The one staff member we had interactions with was rude.
Tonia
The staff were fantastic. Rooms were spotless. We will be back.

Staff was very nice!!

All staff were very nice , helpful. House keeping failed to come in for clean towels after being asked . Handy capped shower sucks. We did not request or needed one . The mess stayed as it was. The air-conditioning was extremely loud , & the grounds well needed quite a bit of attention.

Ignoring Issue
I tried calling several times to cancel my reservation through phone and online and it was never done.
I’ve been charged and never stayed there.

A Tired, Old Hotel with Recent Updates
This is a former Rodeway Inn, so the property looks tired and old, even though the finishes inside have been recently updated...lots of weeds and lack of nice landscaping, and not a nice parking lot area. Trash, weeds, overgrowth, etc., all around the property perimeter. It reminds me of the saying, \"You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig.\" For example, in our room, the new carpet was shoddily installed, with gaps between the carpet and baseboards. They slapped some new carpet, furniture, and finishes in the rooms, but the bones are old, and you can tell. The elevator was gross. But the hotel interior and rooms were at least clean, so there's that. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was decent, and the food area was very clean. Overall, both positives and negatives, but I don't think the rating/reviews were honestly reflective of the actual property.
Mark
The ratings were all 10s and they NAILED IT. Beds are so nice and place so quiet we slept til 9 am! Worth the drive off I-80!!!
John
All was good except the 2:00 am phone call from reception. Had wrong room, called twice.
Dirk
Carpet was disgusting my toddlers feet were black from walking around barefoot they recently renovated the hotel and did a terrible job wall paper peeling faucet loose. I had to unplug the phone because it ring both nights we were there around 10 waking up everyone
Peggy
The beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Could not get wi fi most of the time
Brooke
The hotel was great for the price! The room and lobby were very clean. The staff were friendly and the pool was restocked with towels each day. Our floor smelled like someone had been smoking weed in their room, but I feel that was outside of the hotels control. The hot tub was also out of order but it was not advertised as having a hot tub when I booked the room. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay again.
Angelia
