Manea
They don’t clean the room nobody respond and front desk. She didn’t have no respect.
James
When we arrived, we were told we had been upgraded. The property is very outdated and the carpet doesn’t look clean. We had 2 nonsmoking rooms and both had terrible smells. One smelled like cigarettes and the other had an extremely strong odor that resembled vinegar. The TV didn’t work. We asked to change rooms and were accommodated, but those rooms had a super strong smell also, like someone dumped multiple bottles of Febreeze. We asked to have the second night refunded, but were told that wasn’t possible due to booking through Expedia. While the odor was strong, at least it was a clean scent. Thus, we stayed. Breakfast was not good. The omelets were very rubbery. Would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here in the future. The rating is absolutely incorrect!
Mark
Loud A/C unit. Room smelled musty. Site under parked. Contiental breakfast was good.
Maureen
Pool area was very nice. Breakfast selection could have been a little better.
Renee
Great stay! We enjoyed the breakfast and easy check in and check out.
Lora
The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a nice area, and within walking distance of a couple of nice resturants. The breakfast at the hotel, was very nice. We woud definitely stay there again if in the area.
Ridgway
They had a nice area to walk the dog, I just wish that other people would pickup after there dog.
RYAN
Was a great stay. had nothing really to complain about.
Laura
Hotel is older but clean. Manager at front desk gave us an upgrade to the first floor since we had a lot of luggage from our motorcycles to store in our room. Beds were comfortable. Pillows could use an upgrade. Fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Overall, the room was ok. Applebees within walking distance.
Jody
The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and well cared for.
Abel
I have been renting 2 rooms here every week for employees. They are charging $6/night if a room is rented from a third party such as Expedia. We will no longer use this establishment. I use Expedia to get our rooms at a discount- if I’m charged $24/room/week it defeats the purpose.
Brianna
The hotel is clearly older and could use some much-needed updates and maintenance. Unfortunately, there are very few lodging options in the area, which limits choices. The room had a noticeable musty smell and felt damp throughout our stay. We also saw peeling paint around the shower. Cleanliness was a concern, especially after my husband discovered an opened box of condoms in the towel stack above the toilet. Overall, the experience left us uncomfortable and disappointed.
Roger
Staff made changes to my reservation for a more accommodating room. Location was quiet. Breakfast was okay. Was told it was a couple miles from interstate. It was 10.
Juanita
Many choices for AM breakfast/ staff very helpful/ parking great & room better than expected!!!
Steve
Allegedly dog friendly, unadvertised $30 extra fee for pets. Very thin walls and ceilings. Heard neighbors conversation and foot traffic upstairs.
Carolyn
Very nice, clean property. Breakfast buffet was great. We appreciated the 24 coffe/tea bar in the lobby. Friendly desk staff. Room and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean with the usual amenities. Would stay again.
Thomas B
The room was very clean. We had a very helpful check in clerk. She suggested places to eat & very helpful when our room keys wouldn't work
Michal
Room was comfortable and very spacious. Shout out to the receptionists that went above and beyond to get us in at an earlier check in time. Definitely will recommend to friends

We stayed for a week in a suite, had plenty of room.
Breakfast had a nice variety, excellent setup, with coffee/ tea set up in separate area from food so guest were not tripping over one another. Room was clean. Staff friendly and accommodating . Plenty of plug ins for electronics.
Only recommendation would be better lighting by the microwave and refrigerator . I had to use a flashlight to see how to operate microwave. Plenty of parking.
Good value for your money.
The Good Lord willing we plan on staying there again next year.

The gentleman at check in on Saturday June 21st was helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately the woman at the front desk at check out on Sunday June 22 didn’t speak until I spoke to her and didn’t even look up to acknowledge us. She needs to remember she works in a customer service business!
Ann
This was an unexpected stay due to our VRBO being closed without notice, but ended up being a wonderful stay and convenient for our plans of kayaking at Chain of Lakes State Park.
Michael

Decent Hotel
It was okay. The shower wasn't very good as it did not have good water pressure. However, my room was clean. There was a stench in the room when I first walked in. I'm assuming this is from the carpet not being allowed to dry completely after it was cleaned, but I could be wrong. It wasn't evident after being in the room for 5 to 10 minutes. The breakfast was pretty good considering that it was free. I'm not sure if it's standard, but I did not receive fresh towels during my 2-day stay. This is definitely not a two-star hotel.
kimberly
This place was amazing. It was super clean, quiet and easy access to our car. Only thing I found was a little bit of mold in the bathroom and when I told the front desk, they were on it. Would definitely stay again.....
Chris
Clerk checking in was helpful and welcoming
Clerk checking out (different person) was bored and disinterested
Very clean property - obviously, care is taken to maintain the building and rooms

Nice working space near the lobby

We basically just slept there.
However I could not get on the wi-fi after several tries, and the shower tub floor was VERY slick I could see a law suit there for someone and am surprised someone hasn't gotten injured already

Decent hotel.

Kept clean and friendly staff. Property itself has some unrepaired damage and the rooms are in need of renovation.
Kathy
Disappointed
The room was clean enough, but the shower head was broken and never fixed during our 3-day stay. The clock radio could not be adjusted to the correct time. We had to request clean towels and toilet paper every day from the front desk. We also had to remove our own trash. Our room was neglected for our whole stay.
jael
Everything was good. You can tell they updated the rooms.. Basically and old building with new stuff. Everything was clean and quiet. Staff was very nice.

Not the greatest
The front desk lady was rude, her name was Gracie, not friendly at all, the pool was old and falling apart, and alittle dirty. No one new how to do the breakfast they kept saying they wasn’t trained to do that, and the stuff wasn’t refilled at all, nothing stayed fresh. The bed was hard as a rock.
Sherry
Dirty tile floors!
The kitchen & bathroom floors NEEDED to be cleaned better!!!!
I don’t like my white socks turning brown on the bottom!!!!!!!

We stayed for a 3 night break, upon arrival we were greeted with several smashed lower floor windows…needless to say we checked out a day early!!
The young lady who booked us in & every other member of staff were lovely…5 stars for them
The Hotel is in need of a deep clean & refurb urgently

Exceeded expectations
It was nice and comfortable. We thought it was going to be really loud do to a golfers event and partying outside but the rooms was surprisingly quiet with the fan on! Breakfast was decent too!
Alfred
I only stayed one night but the staff was very friendly (the front desk person even called my room to make sure everything was to my liking), the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, just about everything you need for a good nights sleep.
Kenneth
Good Stay
The staff was friendly. There was a lady that worked the breakfast bar. She was very nice and respectful. She was pleasant to be around. The only problem was the water wasn’t getting hot enough when you showered. Other than that it was a good stay.
Jill
All of the equipment in the fitness room was broken. One of the beds in the room had broken box springs.
David
I would stay again, no problem.
Dorothy
Just here for one night while in town for a family funeral. Hotel is very convenient to several restaurants and there's a Walmart and a Kroger just down the road. Also looks to be a nice nature park with trails across the road that we won't have time to explore, but it's a plus.
Thomas
Good stay decent hotel.
Only problem was low water pressure in our shower.
