This place was wild. The pool was very warm, but unfortunately warmer than the hot tub. They seem to be pretty stingy with towels, but they did finally give us two extra (so all four people in the room could have their own towel.) Our bed was mysteriously moist—like the bedding hadn’t been dried quite all the way when it was put on the bed. We just slept on top of the covers because we were too tired to bother. The duvet cover wasn’t one though—just two sheets sandwiching the duvet between them. For the price I suppose it wasn’t the worst. Shower worked well, fridge was nice, coffee was not bad…

I've been there at least 6 times. No problem . 4th July weekend i was there . The breakfast they had muffins and toast. But, they had no butter or cream cheese. How bad is that. No fruit. That's the beginning of the nightmare. Got into a room. 115 Nightmare, toilet wouldn't flush, the sheets had not been changed the floors was a mess either a banana peel or avocado was molded in the corner. I was starting to get upset So went to front desk she was very nice. And helpful so she gave a plunger then sheets to change the dirty linen , then,! Sheets off then it looked like maggots that was my limit. So she said we could change rooms it took 3 trips, she said she couldn't give me discount people on days had too. Was put in an handicap room shower curtain didn't go to the floor, the toilet was so low. The sink wouldn't empty. Im a paying customer now, im really upset So I waited till morning they said have to co m e back at 4 so 4 they said come back at 9 . So im feeling they need to comp the room. So the assistant manager said to me they couldn't do anything because book it paid for the room. She says if I rent a room through them which runs ?????nightly . Book it ????Nightly. I said so id up not getting any discount. So I looked and I said really im never coming back here. So nothing not even a u. They are nasty and they have to follow some franchise rules. Im starting there I called bookit and im fighting that first night stay. I took a lot of pics of both rooms.

Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean. The pool was satisfactory. The breakfast was lacking some. It would’ve benefitted from some eggs and sausage/bacon. We only had two towels in our room. When I asked about getting more, housekeeping said that there was a shortage of towels and that they had no idea where they were disappearing to. She said there was a load in the wash and they would bring us some when they were done. We got three new ones for the next day.

The bed frame under the mattress was stained, 3/5 vending machines in the building don’t work, which only takes coins & 1 dollar bills, and the front desk will never be able to exchange bigger bills for you, The “continental” breakfast is tiny cereal boxes, yogurt & the same nasty instant biscuits and gravy every single day of the week. The front desk is NEVER occupied, every time I went to it I had to stand for a solid 10 minutes before seeing anyone, Staff kept coming in my room even with a do not disturb sign on the door, They only ever gave me one towel when I asked for a few extra. I do not plan to stay here again.

Room key quit working two nights in a row, hot tub was luke warm all weekend - never got hot at all, four pool towels only everyday... Room towels would only give 2 at a time for the four people we had in our room. Turned the air down many times to finally 61 degrees and it was still warm in the room all weekend. Breakfast was either cereal or waffles everyday.

Just overall not a great experience, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

The only helpful one here was Shawna. And the manager was rude didn't want to hear anything we had to say we couldn't even get into our room with key cause door was messed up it was super disgusting in our room. The manager also charged my cards triple the amount it was supposed to be I highly do not recommend this hotel its nasty and horrible rude people and the pictures on the sites are photo shopped tremendously.

Our room had a ton of ants that ruined our food. When we told the hotel staff we were told “sorry”. The Breakfast was awful. Only a handful of biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, and yogurt. The hot tub was luke warm, the same temperature as the pool. Overall very disappointed.

One of the worst experiences. When we arrived, our room smelled very strongly of cleaning supplies. Its was too strong. It bother my husband's. There was a dirty washcloth laying on the coat rack. The room just seemed dirty. We felm and got dinner came back about 4 hours later and the room then smelled like smoke. So they tried to cover the smoke up with sprays. I asked for a new room. Got one on the 3rd room, the door was broken and it wouldn't open. I had my husband go try and nope he couldn't get it open either. I had the front lady help amd she couldn't either so we got another room. 3rd room for 1 night. The last room was better. Looked cleaned and didnt smell. The mattress are terrible. The hotel definitely needs some updating. We won't be staying here again

Booked this hotel for a competition nearby. The pool was fine but the hottest had no real jets and just hit enough. The most disappointing thing was breakfast. The first day, Not a staff in site. Nothing refilled and I was there at 645. The 2nd day we got there at 9 and no cereal. One bagel. Not impressed to say the least.

Someone pooped in the pool and the pool was still opened without it being cleaned so we swam in it.
The breakfast was not great. Hard biscuits, salty gravy, no forks. The waffle was good.
Wasn’t the greatest but it was a place to lay our head for one night.

Although the check in staff was courteous and pleasant, it didn’t make up for the facility. The tile flooring in our room was dirty. It was nice that they had four pillows on our bed. However, all four were exactly the same so unless you like the big thick firm pillow, you had to have no pillow. I would not chose this hotel again.

Our experience wasnt great .pool never had towels at any point.hot tub was same temp as pool n way over filled. Adults werent with there children in pool area. So kids were running and jumping back and forth between the two. Laughed when we asked them to please stop. Same kids next morning were down at eating area i came down to a kid probly 5 sitting on the counter sitting in frount of fridge getting stuff no shoes on no adult. I dont recommend.

We enjoyed noting the two room had mold on wall in AC it smelled so bad of smoke and mold the sheets was so dirty me and my husband was given a fitted sheet to cover up i asked for a manager the room cleaners called manager on phone and i was ignored the back of the door had dried blood on it my kids room had dead bugs dried on the wall carpets so dirty when socks was off and my kids walked on the room floors socks turned black it was horrible we didnt even use the shower it was to scary we asked for bleach to shower told no when i say it reminds me of a run down new Orleans drug hotels thats what we got do not take your families here

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. A couple points to note. The security latch on my door was missing. It was evident that this door had been kicked in at some point, and I was not able to secure my door to the point of feeling completely safe. All of the hotel ice machines were broken. I was able to get ice from a staff member who retrieved it from the kitchen. As I said the room was clean, the sheets fresh and the room smelled fresh. The bath towels are old and should be replaced. Television, coffee pot, shower, sinks all worked well - no problems with the room other than the door lock. But when you look at the price for this hotel in the Auburn Indiana area this is a good option for the price.

I trusted the rating from Hotels.com. I’ll be much more careful in the future. Our room was gross, the Heat/Ac was inoperable. The plug and outlet had burn marks. The shower head was so corroded that water barely came out. The bed had indents where people lay. The bedding was 3 sheets. When we asked the front desk for help with the heat and a/c we were told they were full. She gave us a fan and told us to open the window. The breakfast was a joke, cold coffee, cold gravy with biscuits and not much else. I am normally pretty easy going, but the fact that not one member of staff or management attempted to make this right is sad. We will never be back, and I would be very careful if you choose to stay here.

The pool was enjoyable. Our suite room was nice in size and accommodated our needs. But more attention needs payed to certian things. The walls had food splatter on them. The jacuzi tub in the room has a return drain and it was covered in others hair we ended up unscrewing it to clean it off before using. The shower curtain is busted and barely hanging on which in return soaked the floor. The shower head was so full of calcium the water was spraying everywhere but in the tub(we also cleaned that ourselves so we could attempt decent showers. I assume they are very short staff because any time we arrived at the front desk even for something as simple as a towel no one was around to be found. They only originally provided 2 towels for the room that holds 4 people but when there was someone available to give towels they could not understand english very well and gave us 1 extra hand towel. Not a single ice machine in the hotel was working and available. The mini fridge was so overheated that we had to pull it out of the cubby and clean the back of it just for it to finally start getting cold. We were happy to have a place to stay on a last minute trip but this hotel could really use some more attention provided to it.

This was the absolutely worst hotel i have ever seen. Where do i start. First the key didn't work and had to get a new one. The room liked as if it had never been blended properly or maintained. The fridge was hot, and smelled so bad. The bathroom was cover in long black hairs on the floor and all in the shower. The TV did not work and the skirting around both needs had very questionable \"white stains\". When you turned the sink on, since the screen is moving from the faucet, the water went everywhere and shot black mildew on my daughter. It was so utterly disgusting we packed our stuff and made the 2 and half hour drive home at midnight. My family refused to stay somewhere like this and I advise others advise well. It definitely gave a low class, drug use, sex worker vibe hotel.

When we got there on Friday, we checked in, and our room lock was pushed open, so anyone could get into the room. At 2:30 am, friday, very loud banging on the door/walls. On Saturday after a cold breakfast, we left for the day. Was expecting our room to get cleaned, because when we checked in, there were crumbs on the carpet. We left at 9:30 am, and returned at 7:30 pm.
When we got to our room, there was a do not disturb sign on our door. We didn't place it there...we walked in, and there was a whisky bottle in our trash, NOT OURS!! and the pillows being moved from how we left them. Called the front desk, she came and got the trash, and could only comp us by giving us another room. Not happy with this, due to feeling violated and unsafe. She was leaving a note for manager, who wouldn't be in until Monday. Asked for a refund of one day, and was told no. We ended up driving 5.5 hours home.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, as well. I particularly enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. The staff were friendly and helpful--especially Jessica at the front desk. When we inquired why the pool, hot tub, and pool house were uncomfortably cold, they told us they were waiting for a new heater to be installed and offered our family a complementary upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. This allowed our kids to enjoy the water even though the pool was out of commission. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying here again soon!

This is a OK place for one night stay to come in late and go out early, but it was not comfortable enough for extended stay. The bath was small and isolated. The toilet was still set up for a kid at 12 inches, as pre-ADA couple it was very comfortable. The television was pre-2012 but it made an ok presentation. The breakfast was skimpy, and it was missing several easy things. It could’ve been due to the bitter cold, snow, and wind, keeping the attendant away for that morning. This was the first time I’ve slept with a ball like pillow it was different.

The waffle mix was watery, so you could not make any waffles; the soda dispenser did not work; the orange drink was a cheap mix; only sugar laden cereal was offered; a cheap orange mix was offered; and there was no butter. The hallways were not cleaned from day to day and I saw a bug in my room by the sink. The person that kept the breakfast room stocked/cleaned/etc. was also supposed to cover the front desk - too much at times; although the person doing this was as helpful as she could be.

Rooms are definitely dated, and need redone. You can trll its an older hotel. Breakfast was all but non existent, very limited.
Non smoking facility, but at the time of my stay the place had a strong odor of Marijuana on every floor.. I was disappointed to say the least.

Wouldn't stay here again. Security latch on door was broken. There was what looked to be blood on one wall. Room needed a good cleaning. Repairs needed in bathroom. Breakfast area was pretty pitiful. No fruit. No healthy choices. Only biscuits and gravy or waffles. There were some cereals, milk, and some juice. Not worth any extra for them offering breakfast. Coffee wasn't bad. That was nice.

Arrived late and left early. Breakfast menu could stand a better hot choice selection but hotel was clean, quiet and safe. Personnel was friendly and courteous.
