The whole stay was great. The only thing that was a downfall was the pool. It’s indoors and it was freezing. I figured it would be heated or something. It was so hot out that day too but the pool felt like icicles. The kids still had fun with it but it was def hard on us adults. The room and hotel itself were amazing.
April
So disappointed , stayed on second floor , smelled like mildew and it was so hot in the hallway, not sure air conditioner was working, ice machine was broke , WiFi was down. Needs work
Marilyn
Staff was friendly, first room assigned was not clean, but they quickly re-assigned us a different room and it was clean. Breakfast was ok, they had eggs, sausage and potatoes, they just didn’t have much cereal options or pastry options. Overall it was good.
Charles
I would love to stay here again.
Donald
Clean rooms and Helpful staff
Lacie
Great location, breakfast and staff. Easy check in and check out process!
Matthew
Room was clean, the staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was better than other higher priced hotels I've stayed at. Would definitely stay here again!
Ronald
We had a handicap room but the bathroom was not accessible the toilet was so low I had to help my grandparents off the toilet and there was no grab bars at all

Average business traveler hotel. It was clean and had everything I needed
Daniel
Clean and kind staff
Don
Breakfast had healthy choices
Sherrie
There is a good location near shopping and restaurants
Charles
Very nice hotel. Good location. Breakfast was good except for no bread for toast and no meat, only a sausage gravy.
Laverne
The room was exactly as pictured, spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
Jason
Everything was spot on but the breakfeast materials. Scrambled eggs, bacon, the non stick spray for the waffles, & the hard boiled eggs were not of what one person would call good taste. Only complaints I had besides the juice machine being broke and making a mess filling your cup with apple juice while at same time spraying yourself.
Andrew
Breakfast was terrible.
Melanie
Front desk was super nice! The hotel is great! It is in a nice area.
However....
We did have a lot of kids running around on our floor and it was after 11pm.
A car alarm went off around 2am also.

Mattress was old and too soft.(high in the middle). Noises from room above.
Sandra
Clean room, courteous staff, allowed to check in early
Randi
Clean, comfortable
Thomas
The only thing i didn't like is the fact that the glass bathroom door in the suite is directly in front of the bed so it woke me up whenever my girlfriend used the facilities. Other than that it was great. I mentioned this because I've never seen this room orientation before.
Brooke
Clean room, updated, friendly staff.
Ryan
Everything was great.
Shontae
Right across from the hospital, it was clean and nice
Pamela
I loved the set up of the suite to accommodate 3 adults. Two nice queen beds, with sofa/daybed. Nice walk-in shower. Very clean. Away from city noise.
Jeanne
Great place
We were happy with the cleanliness of the room & the bed. But the water in the shower only came out hot. No cold, just hot.Same thing with the sink. Not happy about that & told the front desk.
Derrick
Very good
Clean, good value for the money.. would stay again
Stephanie
Overall good stay
Susan
Getaway
We took my boyfriend’s son to see a friend.
Janet
This hotel was aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Top notch customer service and very helpful. The ONLY Thing I want to make sure you know is to book DIRECTLY through the official hotel website. Booking through this yellow app with the arrow (cause we cant say names in the reviews) caused way too many problems and they tried to take the full amount of my bkg for themselves leaving me AND the hotel nothing to show for it including the rooms. Yellow app is full of it. If it werent for the staff at the hotel, Yellow App wouldve scammed me real good.
MATIK
Clean and beautiful establishment, very polite workers
Anjanette
Money well spent!
It was decent price on holiday, and very good condition hotel.
Stephen D.
All staff were on point. Great place to stay.
Greg
Nice facility. Very friendly staff. Clean. Quiet.
Tony
This was a pretty basic stay—property had some minor quirks—but the breakfast put it over the top and into 5-Star territory. I’m still thinking about those biscuits and gravy…
Jared
Over all disappointed in our stay.
Pictures of pool are very misleading
Rooms are poorly maintained and bathroom gross.
Front desk staff were very apologetic and helpful.
Breakfast wasnt very fresh.
For being a newer hotel on the block. I expected better. Had to move rooms

Very nice and clean hotel!
Victoria
The hotel was fully booked due to an event which should have necessitated additional kitchen staff to stock the breakfast area. One person did as good as she could with many hungry families digging in.
Melanie
Nice place. Great rooms
Max
Very nice property. Would go back!
Nanette
A reliably good option when in NW Fort Wayne.

My tv did not work and they were unable to fix it. They offered to try to find a different room but at that hour i declined.
Charmaine
I loved everything about it
Emma
My son was home on a break from the Marines, so it was some much needed rest and relaxation for the whole family. Thank you!

Extremely great hotel
Chelsea
10/10 recommend. I'd you don't have kids.
I met SOOO many amazing workers! Everyone was so friendly but I was a little upset with our "neighbors" who could under that we had YOUNG children. Made the rest of the night frustrating trying to keep our BABIES calm.

Richard
Great stay. Clean and friendly staff
Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy. Very nice breakfast. Staff were very friendly.
Amanda
Lovely holiday stay
The room was really nice! Only issues we had the entire stay was the trundle bed was too firm for mine and my husband's back, the bathroom sliding door wouldn't close all the way/lock, and the shower doors weren't leveled properly so they'd open randomly while showering. None if these were a big issue, honestly it made us laugh.
I come from a construction and restoratio background so I notice little annoying things.
Beds were SUPER comfy. Shower was amazing. Sink was really cool. TV options were great for the whole family. Breakfast was always a hit with my kids. We didn't get the ability to use the pool. It was on the small side and smelled really strongly of chlorine it hurt my eyes too much.

Comfortable bedding. Nice size tv. Gym was clean with a good amount of space to work out. Breakfast was alright. The staff are very friendly. Only downside was tile floor in bathroom was cracked, a bathtub instead of a walk in shower and the A/C took awhile to cool the room down. We stayed in room 205.
Julie
We have stayed here a few times for me and my husband’s anniversary! It is near everything we like and very nice hotel! Very clean and love the bathroom/shower
Carissa
Great stay. Breakfast was enjoyable. Pool was extremely cold and small.
RaShonda
Clean. Easy check in. Spacious rooms and bathrooms and closets.

Many other choices in this area
There is a LOT of noise. Neighbors had TV so loud and the doors are LOUD. I was on 2nd floor and above me was constant walking around that sounded like stomping. My window screen banged in the wind. No bar, breakfast was not good or sufficient.
Debra
Clean, quiet and great location.
James
Clean , modern hotel. Better than most . Great room layout. Like a new condo, it was comfortable. Pool is small but good enough .
Staff were professional. Issac at desk was courteous and professional. No complaints with this one

Stacy
Great !!!
The front desk clerks was very nice and helpful. We had to stay over because my grand son went into the hospital. We were offered a discount rate for the rest of our stay. That was very gratefully appreciated. I would recommend Springfield Hotel to all travlers that is in the Fort Wayne area.
April
Wr loke that it was a smaller hotel. They kelt hit food for breakfast available.
Ed
It was comfortable

Just Passing Thru
Quick overnight stay just passing thru Fort Wayne on our way to Toronto. Family of 5. We chose a double bed suite with sofa/trundle. Room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The large walk-in closet would be great for any family going for an extended stay! Bathroom was long and spacious, but does not have a water closet or door to separate the toilet/sink/shower area.
Breakfast was mediocre but would not keep me from staying again. I think the waffle maker was broken, cooking only on one side. Oatmeal needed to be tended to as there was only a small amount left in the bottom of the pot and it was thick and dry. Decaf coffee was ice cold. There were quick service croissant sandwhiches and a packaged soufflé that were not very good. Regular coffee and a toasted bagel was about it. The staff were very friendly.

Everything was wonderful. Would recommend to others. Will definitely return.
Sophia
Paid in full online, refused entry because I didn’t have my credit card on hand. Refused to refund me the money, however Expedias customer service went above and beyond in the late hours of the night to help. Unfortunately, as I didn’t even step foot in a room, I didn’t get my $200 back.
Rich
Very new like and clean!
Ryan
This was a delightful stay all around. Clean, modern room with great TV and very comfortable bed; friendly service, guest laundry. Safe upscale area surrounded by medical campuses, dining options nearby.
Gary
Easy to get too and clean. Breakfast could be better very limited rated as one of the worst of all Marriott’s I have stayed at.
Sarah
We always choose this hotel because the area is so nice. It’s also convenient to anything you need close by. We have stayed here several times. We love it.
Kylee
Loved it
We loved our room and the hotel itself!
Sally
Nice hotel, but tiny pool
Loved this hotel. Very nice and clean. But the pool! So tiny. I have traveled for work, 48 weeks out of the year, and I’ve never seen a pool this small!
Sarah
Quiet and clean
The ladies at the front desk were friendly and even remembered what are plans were when we checked out and asked how the trip was. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. Would stay here again!
Verified traveler
The hotel is cool, but the rooms need more cleaning attention.
Sheryl
I will stay again. Very nice.
Amy
The room was clean, spacious, and looked nice. There were plenty of options for breakfast. The pool was small but our kids didn’t mind. Would stay here again.
John
Great location on NW side of Ft.Wayne, Quiet and set-back yet very convenient to shopping, restaurants and Parkview Medical complex. Very clean room and facility, seeming pretty new.
Allen
Wonderful.
Nanette
This was my 3rd stay. Everything was as expected. Will stay here again on next trip to Fort Wayne.
Amy
Nice rooms, very large with sitting area, really nice bathroom, comfy beds.
Dave
Had a little issue with the bathroom but it was taken care of right way. I would stay at here again
Paris
Everything was absolutely great! The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the bed was a great great sleep. Nothing to complain about. I wish it was closer to Toledo Ohio it would be a awesome getaway spot.
rose
Nice hotel.
The hotel and room were very nice. The time had two queens as well as a couch. The beds were really comfortable. My only complaint was the water in the shower only got luke warm. That was very disappointing and the reason for only a 3 star for comfort. I did not want to take a luke warm shower in March.
Michael
Very nice.
Very nice hotel just off from the beaten path.
Amber
Love it!
My husband and i love staying here. We always choose this one.

Was a great place to stay. Good area that is close to shopping.

The only argument I would have against this place is that the breakfast is a bit sparse. We would have liked some hot oatmeal. Otherwise it was very good.

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff, clean building and rooms. Pool was a little cold for our liking but we toughed it out for the kids to have a little fun. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the hotel. It was nice, clean and quiet. The staff was nice and accommodating as well.
