Sadly, I can’t give this ES a good rating. The floors all look and feel terrible. Seriously gross. The tub was so gross I had to use all the towels to clean it. TV didn’t work so they had to bring another in. Expedia messed up reservation and I spent two hours fixing their mistake. They have a lot of trees around the property and didn’t mention how bad the birds poop on your vehicle. Need more non-tree parking. Had to pay to have car washed every morning. Staff were all nice and professional. But you can tell the building needs refurbished or condemned.

Didn't like the property at all. Homeless and vagrants all over the property inside and out, room smelled bad, oven was stuck "ON" so room was hot and there was a haze in the room from it. A/C barely kept up, beds uncomfortable, and front desk could not change the room for us because they were "booked full" for the weekend. Absolutely the worst and scariest stay at a hotel we have ever experienced. Our advice is to STAY AWAY!

When we went to book our hotel we were looking for a clean family friendly place. The pictures of this hotel totally differ from what the room actually looks like. When you walk to the elevator it immediately smelled gross. You get in the elevator and the whole thing shakes going up and down it. The room did not make things any better. The room smelled and felt grungy. The couch had stains all over it. The counter in the bathroom look dirty but we think it was just stained that way. The bathtub had a chunk of it missing. There was dust caked on the sprinklers in the room, the aur vents and on the dresser. The air kept kicking off and on all night. There was no way to keep the street light out of the room as it came in through the top of the curtains, and the street noise made it hard to get any sleep. We left more tired than when we got there after a day of driving.

The process for checking out dishes was a bit weird. It would have been better to provide the dishes and give us dish soap so we didn't have to keep exchanging dirty dishes for clean ones.

The rooms are great, as is the staff. My only issue was when they mopped the floors. They don’t ring the mop out and it’s super slippery for at least a half an hour. Another odd thing they had a sign posted that said if you smell like marijuana for any reason, they will ask you to leave the property. Just thought that was super weird.

The room was not very clean though, it had a really bad, mildewy smell and the rug felt wet, the shower had dirt, the bathroom sink had hair in it, there was a hairball on our rug, and our bed had a few crumbs under the pillow. We were also on the first floor and our window was facing the parking lot and the cars & people outside were loud all night.

Horrible! There was constant noise of children running from the ceiling during the day. I work nights, so I got very little sleep. There were also hairs in the shower, and a battery lying on the bed under the blanket when I arrived. It made me wonder if they actually changed the bedding.

The room itself was fine, clean. The neighbors above had kids jumping off furniture like elephants until 11pm every night! I called to front desk nightly who said oh we've had complaints for 2 weeks! And most of managers or staff out sick so no one had authority to do anything about it.
Also next to zero breakfast, a couple granola bars, oatmeal packets on a coffee bar was a joke to say breakfast included.
I'm not a complainer but yeah this wasn't great for those reasons.

The only set back is the way into the parking lot is a bit confusing and the lot is slightly dark and a bit ominous…lots of people walking around with their dogs so it kept it lighthearted.

When we arrived for our son's wedding reception we should have just booked another hotel. Lots of people are smoking and drinking out int he parking lot. We arrived in our rooms which were dirty and smelled of mildew. We had to go and purchase cleaning materials because the floors were dirty and sticky. The carpet was stained and the couches were ripped. The tub was so dirty! We would have tried to find another hotel, but we couldn't find one. This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff here is absolutely amazing! I’ve never had anyone at any hotel make me feel as at home as they do here! The DM and Kami are wonderful and made this stay way easier than I thought it could ever be! I absolutely recommend this establishment for anyone, whether single or family, it’s a home away from home! Thanks yawl💚

Pretty decent property, nice room... Half the price of all suites hotels... Kitchen wasn't equipped with anything and the stove and microwave had seen better days. But all in all it was a good value.

They don't have good cooking gas I went to buy at Walmart to prepare our meals. They collected $100 as caution fee and promise to refund it after my stay. Till now I have not gotten the refund. That means I paid more than what was in the site ads. Not good.

It was overall ok. I was a lil disrespected by the lady at front desk after a manager waved my security deposit. The ad on expedia and hotels said there was breakfast when all they provided was some granola bars and bagged muffins. The room overall was clean, wifi sucked, and the tv barely had 20 channels. For a weekend it was acceptable but a week or so someone would get tired of it. Hope this helps in ur decision making.

Good place to stay.
Almost everything was good except that the tv remote didn’t work properly and the shower water pressure was low. The staff was friendly and helpful and within minutes we were in our room. It was clean and comfortable and we had a very good sleep. Definitely would recommend it and stay here again.

Avoid at all costs!
The room is smelly and had clogged bathtubs. The associates are not helpful either. The hotel advertises breakfast but do not get fooled unless you believe Nutri grain bars, oatmeal packets and coffee are enough. Will never stay again here and may avoid the brand altogether.

We were in town for one night and stayed here as a family of 6. The beds were standard but the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The hotel was old, but well kept. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very spacious room as well. My only complaint is the elevator was missing an inspection paper inside of it and it made a lot of noise and shook. I didn’t feel safe in the elevator. But other than that it was a good hotel.
