The staff was very nice. My stay was quiet, only negative was the room couldve been a little cleaner some parts of the room had dirt and hand prints you could tell it had been over looked. But overall was happy with my stay.

Hotel common areas and room was not very clean. Only half of our room had electricity. They offered to move my family of 4 to a room with a king bed instead of granting us a discount. Switches in the bathroom room were broke.

The entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke—rooms included. There was dirt and grime on the floors, yellow/brown stains along the baseboards of the walls by the beds. The sink stopper didn’t work and when I finally got it open, the sink didn’t drain. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The curtains were filthy. Noisy all night long. Awful hotel; don’t recommend. Definitely find a different property.

It's a good place to stay for a night. Staff was kind, but each time I needed assistance, I had to call the front desk number to get the staff attention to come to the front desk. The rooms were cleaned well, however there were a few stains in the bath tube and hair on the sink counter. The towels and shower curtain could be changed out.

I was surprised the lobby did not have a public restroom for guests.

Room was filthy - dirty floors - we walked around with clean feet which became dirty almost instantly - debris all over the floor - drains that drained extremely slow and dirty sinks & toilets! Left over items from previous stay in the refrigerator! This was by FAR the dirtiest hotel Ive EVER stayed at and im 43! Would never stay here again!

They put the few guests all near each other. Someone wake and baked from 6am to 8am. Window was broken. Tv had no premium channels. Old everything. Pillows stank or covers werent clean.

Overall, it wasn’t horrible, I’ve certainly stayed in worse hotels. My biggest issue was the door to my room creaked really loudly as it opened and closed. And it closed quite slowly which made the noise even more obnoxious, because it was long and drawn out. I felt sorry for the guests in the rooms adjacent and across the hall.

I almost never take time to give a bad review, but in this case, I think it’s fair for potential customers to know information.
Firstly, I’d like to point out, there was a very nice young woman who did try to help. Other than that, we were disappointed in our stay and will not be going back.
The room smelled of smoke. The mattress was covered in cheap plastic, so the thin sheets slid off easily. The bed covering was very very thin. The air conditioner worked, but was loud and covered in dust. The cleanliness overall was subpar. The bathroom was pretty bad as well. Yellowed shower curtain, dirty looking tub, and no toiletries provided other than toilet paper. I went to the front desk and was given 2 extremely small bars of soap and 2 1 use packets of shampoo, but ended up going out and buying my own at the dollar store. They continental breakfast was minimal and the area just didn’t seem clean, fingerprints and smudges were obvious on the stainless steel surfaces. We decided to forgo it. OVERALL, it was a place to stay and parking was convenient, but unfortunately a good cleaning and a little attention to customer satisfaction would have made a huge improvement. There was a phone at the front desk, customers had to call for assistance, which gave the impression that there was no one there to help.

I was attending an event at the Allen County War Collesium and this property is within 4 minutes and easy to get to. The property itself is fine for an overnight. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors in my room. The air conditioner did not really work so I opened the window. Also, the room had a stale cigarette smell and the hallway reaked of Marijuana both nights I stayed. Staff was fine but it felt like I was bugging them both when I checked in and checked out.

The microwave didn’t work , didn’t have a turn table plate in it and the door wouldn’t shut . The in room phone did not work to call anyone about it . The bed was very loud even just sit on it and was slightly leaning to left side . I know it was a nigh of a concert but the next morning at 7 am someone was repeatedly slamming doors and being very loud outside our door for over an hour . The hotel was loud and noisy unitl 3 am and then the door slamming began at 7. I did not get much sleep at all . I will not stay here again .

The hotel is run down. The rooms/beds were dirty. My daughter found fake eyelashes under her pillow.

The breakfast is not really a breakfast , it’s just cereal with a gallon of milk that everyone shares.

We got there late and had to stay one night, we left early in the morning. The staff was nice and refunded me my money for the nights we didn’t stay.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I had it booked for two nights and canceled the second night due to the poor conditions. There was black mold in the bathroom shower along with black foot print marks in tub. There was dirt smears on the wall, even on the ceiling and one part clumps of black sludge in all the corners of the walls. The mattress cover was covered in large brown and black stains. The electrical outlets in the bathroom were black, I was afraid to even use them. The smoke detector was gone several places the furniture had broken pieces off of it. The bed was like sleeping on a boxspring. The smell of the hotel was awful and there was no soundproofing. You could hear everything from the walls and other guest. I took photos of everything and submitted them to Expedia.

The heating was adequate. It was a lifesaver in the morning that a Panera was right across the parking lot. This hotel serves it's purpose for people in town for jobs but they have their own \"working girls\" hanging around. If you are a couple, family with children find somewhere else to stay. But hey, no bed bugs!

The staff was nice and try her best to accommodate. The first room had a strong smell like of old sweaty moldy towels. The water in the bathroom shower had black little particles coming out. The shower head was rusted. Also it didn’t drain. The phone did not work. The bed was very horrible. The second room was okay but not clean the floor was not mop has sticky stuff on the surface counters and floors. It was just unsanitary. The light fixture didn’t work so couldn’t charge anything.

Room was decently clean and in decent condition except for the bathroom sink. We couldn’t get hot water from it, It was stained corroded with rust and the bottom was rotted wood that had been painted over. This could be relatively inexpensive to fix and would make the room great instead of decent. We had plenty of towels and hot water for showers so that was nice. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff other than check in and out but they were friendly. For the price it was an overall nice place to stay.

The people working were very friendly and helpful loved them! The housekeeping can be improved, I’m positive that the sheets had not been changed and we found needle caps behind the bed- very scary! There was no coffee maker in room and it was just very dirty and dingy could use an upgrade! The customer service made up for the other things- kind of……

There were people wandering around outside upon arrival obviously in an altered mental state from drugs or otherwise. The mattress had a giant stain as well as the hall carpets on our walk to the room. The last straw was that the toilet wasn’t even bolted to the floor. We were gone before our luggage the floor. Horrible.
