I made a confirmed reservation through Expedia in advance, but when I arrived, the front desk staff told me they had never received my reservation. They said they did not know whether it was a system issue, but since my name was not in their system, I could not stay unless I paid an additional $60.
It was late at night, and I had no other place to stay, so I had no choice but to pay. I showed them my Expedia reservation confirmation, and they acknowledged that the date and hotel location were correct. However, they repeatedly said they did not know why the reservation was missing and offered no real assistance.
I never want to experience something like this again.

Get what you pay for. My expectations were low and they were met, barely. A seemingly clean bed in a room that didn't stink with a functioning bath with water warm enough that I wasn't cold, and functioning AC.
Non-functioning security lock on the room door matched the lack of any lock on the inn's side entrance...which must be used as the front door is locked period.
Most travelers would consider this a dump. Many long stay residents. And a Showgirls next door for your entertainment purposes!

Think its time for hotels to post actual pictures instead of photos of rooms from years ago when they were actually good. Horrible smell broken furniture. I shouldn't have to take pics of the room upon entering and I definitely shouldn't have to purchase fabreeze to make my room smell decent. Also your service should void your no refund policy when things like this happen. Horrible stay and they need to post the current pics of their rooms.

upon arrival to this location, I was informed of hidden and added fees. the lady that owns this location then was extremely rude to me try to not rent me a room or refund my money, and then the police had to be called to this location so I did end up staying the night because the police told her she was in the wrong she couldn't do what she was doing, this morning I tried to extend my stay online because they have rooms listed I decided to go down to the front desk and ask the owner hey could I just pay you guys what's the difference in rates? the lady informed me that you guys are liars there's nothing online and she would not rent to us because you overbooked her hotel

I prepaid for a room at this hotel and was not informed of a CASH deposit required to start with, which ok fine, I can get the cash.
I called the property 1.5 hours before my arrival to verify that I could still check in, as my GPS was showing I would arrive 6 hours after check-in started at the time. I was told yes, I could still check in, and then I was informed of the CASH-ONLY deposit. Okay, I got the cash out for it, only to be told when I arrive, it is a different amount for the deposit. I went outside to my car to see if I even had the amount I was now being told was required. I walked back in to ask if I could give her the cash I had and do the rest on a card. She replied, \"No, but I looked when you walked out, and we are overbooked, so you will have to cancel.\" Mind you, not only have I already paid, but I just spent 15 hours on the road. I mentioned this to her, and she then said, \"You will have to cancel. I have no rooms, sorry,\" and walked away.
She did not inform me when I called that she was overbooked, which still would not have helped my cancellation issue, but would have at least allowed me to use the rest of the time driving into town to find another hotel to stay instead of having to drive to that one and then begin looking.

This place is ROUGH. Though booked & fully paid on hotels.com, was asked by check-in clerk to give $40 cash deposit on checkin. I refused, showed my online receipt, and was given my key. Guests have to then walk around to a blind alley entrance to access the rest of the building. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re pretty brave!

I just like that the location is back in a quiet area. The only thing I would say they should change is on the website it doesn't say anything about having to pay a deposit or anything when you get there or how much it's going to be and then they try to charge all kinds of different amounts.

The room was in terrible condition there was mixed match carpet tiles cigarette burns on almost every piece of furniture missing lamp even the shampoo had been partially used the room was ice cold so they could save energy you had to turn on the heat when you got in there you also had to go in a side door to go up to the room there was no lock on the inside of the door like a security bar also there was no phone in the room the only thing nice about the stay was being able to get out of the cold weather and the desk lady was very nice check in wasn't so easy it took about 5 to 10 minutes and you had to stand in the freezing cold lobby they did ask for a $20 smoking deposit but didn't even check the room before giving me the money back

I have stay in many Hotels over my years. This Hotel may don’t see the best from the outside or inside, but so far in a long time it was the most clean ever. You know when a place is clean when you go in a you gat that bleach and clean smell the moment that you get inside the room. Also when you go to the bathroom and you don’t see any piece of hair anywhere. No cockroaches or any insects. I have spend a lot money in name brand hotel that have insects issues and always gets scare and go true all reviews and make sure that is not even 1 reviews that have any insects in it. This place even is not an expensive one, but it was a good one to stay in it.

This is a clean place, in the middle of remodel. Room was nothing fancy, very comfortable in temperature and ambiance. The neighborhood appears a little \"rough\" because of the location but parking is well lit and easy to navigate. I needed a place to crash for the night and was out before 7 am so lack of things other places offer (coffee, breakfast, etc.) wasn't a problem. Bathroom was spotless and shower was hot. I'd stay again if I'm in the area.

I ended up staying at Fort Wayne Inn for over two weeks while searching for an apartment to rent in Fort Wayne. I lived in a clean and comfortable bed and room with easy access to my car outside the parking lot. It is a safe hotel, the staff are helpful and friendly, and no strangers loiter in the hotel complex at any time, day or night. About what you would expect from an economy priced hotel. Getting clean towels and comp shampoo was like pulling hens teeth. And tho she didn't believe me, even after checking herself my TV spoke only in Spanish. But overall it was fine.

Cigarette burns on everything. Toilet barely flushed. Stains on the ceiling. Cracks in the wall. Carpet was 30 different colors.The outside entry doors were taped open so anyone who wanted to could just walk in!! The other tenants were extremely loud with consequences. There were people cutting hair in the hallways. No vending machine. No Ice machine. No phone in the room. Completely horrible experience. Did I mention that the 2 closest buildings to us were Strip Clubs? Do better Hotels.com!!! Don’t advertise businesses as 6/10 star rating when they are literally dumpster fires! I will most likely not ever book with you again. I’m extremely disappointed!
