Overnight stay with two teenage sons. Stayed in a suite room with two queens and the twin platform couch bed, which was firm (which worked great for us). The staff were great. The breakfast included hot food, which was nice. The only thing I would caution is if you are looking for a pool, the indoor pool is VERY small. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved how welcoming the staff was. And the breakfast was pretty good. The waffle maker was a hit with our family. They need more options for pork less dishes. Now when it comes to the room, I wasnt a fan. Not enough towels, the shower door would close so it kept sliding open during the showering process and wetting the floor. No extra toilet paper, the garbage cans in the room had no bags. The layout was not desirable at all. Terrible layout. Half of the lights in our room didnt even work. Now im sure if I wouldve asked for all the things I needed I would have received them. They are very accommodating. But we didnt want anyone in our room while we were out. But I most likely will not stay there again only because it just doesn't work for my family. Gratitude

The front desk guy who checked us in, he was friendly, funny and kind, he explained everything about the hotel including the pool being closed but if we wanted to swim they would take us next door to go swimming at that hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, roomie, the breakfast was so good, my kids really enjoyed the waffles. If we needed anything the staff on duty would help and were always friendly towards my kids and myself. Overall a very good weekend! It was nice everything was close by the hotel. Made it easy to get food or even have fun with the kids.

Didn’t have time to use the pool, but the room was very comfortable, clean, and the staff at the front desk was seriously some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The sofa trundle bed was huge! My 6ft 14 year old slept on it and fit great! Would def stay again!

We did not take advantage of either during our stay.
Only suggestion is to expand your luggage cart number by another 2-3 carts. One (1) cart is NOT enough.

Room was clean & comfortable & the hotel was very quiet. Pillows were not great but that seems to be the case across the board with hotels in general. The door to the bathroom is a big pane of frosted glass and there's a tiny light in the light socket near the sink that shines when the light is off so the bedroom was pretty lit up all night which not preferable as I like it dark.

Staff was nice & courteous.
Room cleanliness left a little to be desired - hair on the floor and in the shower as well as toothpaste in sink (all not mine).
The conditioner canister (wall pump) was empty.

The room could have been cleaner - it wasn’t vacuumed well, there was pink mildew in the corners of the shower, portions of grout in the bathroom that weren’t clean. Cigarette butts litter the parking lot diminishing curb appeal. Bed appeared clean but didn’t smell clean.

Room was quiet, comfortable & clean. I liked the workout room. We stayed 2 nights. Trashcan in hallway outside of room was overflowing until the day we checked out. Breakfast items were few on Saturday. Only 1 carton of milk in fridge, and no bacon or eggs. Sunday breakfast was much better. Yummy biscuits!

Spacious room. Nice staff. Clean lobby. Sink was a little small in bathroom for two people to share, but bathroom was spacious.
