Jonathan
The hotel is recently refurbished and in really good condition.
The breakfast is not brilliant - no hot choices like other hotels, and no bread for a piece of toast, only bagels. They did have a yoghurt machine though, with toppings, which was quite nice.
I couldn't understand why they wanted a $100 hold on my card when I checked in (for \"incidentals\", she siad). There is no bar or restaurant to rack up any \"incidentals\".
I stayed for four nights and my room was not serviced once. I make my own bed anyway, but I would have expected checks to empty bins, check towels and supplies. I had to empty my own bin a couple of times and I don't think this is appropriate.

Clean, cost reasonable, great comfy beds!

Nice new clean motel. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was a very good yogurt bar
Lisa
Very comfortable hotel that even has shampoo, conditioner, and soap with zero artificial ingredients! Excellent, I would definitely go back!
Dorian

Easy check in. Breakfast was all that we needed.

Nice staff, clean and had everything we needed, great place to stay

We were told the incidental fee was $25 then they charged to charge us $125 which was not what we were tld from the beginning. The apps on the tv were not working correctly and the breakfast wasn’t anything but stale cereal and bagels. We had to warm everything up down stairs no microwave in the rooms not worth the price.
Susan
We had just checked out of another hotel because it was horrible and found Spark. We were a bit skeptical due to its location, but it was great!! The staff were super nice and helpful! The rooms were clean and updated. The bathroom was clean and the walk in shower was awesome!
The environment was quiet and everything was comfortable. We weren’t able to take advantage of the breakfast, but it looked good. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in the Fort Wayne area.

Staff professional, clean fresh room, nice breakfast. Worth it!!!
Marie
I booked a king bed accessible room with roll in shower, but upon arrival they said there were none available, so I got a king bed accessible room with tub. For me, that is ok, but not for those who need a roll in shower.
Upon entering the room my wheelchair tires were sticky to the tile flooring. At one point early in my stay I had to wipe up some water off the bathroom floor and the towel was dirty afterwards confirming that the floors had not been mopped in a while, or were mopped with a dirty mop.
The room is not very spacious for an accessible room. There was only one place I could park my power wheelchair. I had to drive past the bed, move the desk furniture out of the way, do a tight turn and then back my chair next to the far side of the bed.
The bathroom door would not shut with my wheelchair inside (see photo). The setup with where the main door and the bathroom door are located is not very conducive for a wheelchair user. The main door to the room is very heavy, and the hinges on the bathroom door were so loud I'm sure my neighbors could hear it every time it was opened or closed.
The bathroom setup has plenty of grab bars, but it's not as helpful when you can't even get your wheelchair fully into the bathroom. The soap and shampoo dispensers were above the fold down shower bench, which are difficult to reach if showering independently. They do have a magnetic detachable shower head, but both these are on the opposite side as the shower bench.

Kevin
This place was super clean. Perfect location for coming into town. The cost was good.
Mark
We were only there for one night, we just needed a place to stay after a concert. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was close to the coliseum so it was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay there again.
Lyle
All OK
Phyllis
Every thing excellent for the price.
Steven K
There were not a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. I did drive to a nice craft brewery nearby.
Danika
I will never again
Michael
Would be nice to have coffee maker in our room and a microwave in the room would make it easier for us Senior citizens
Rachel
Our room was really clean and well maintained! It was a good value!
Irwin
Everything was perfect…no complaints & I’m very satisfied
Dana
The staff was very helpful when checking in.
Roy
Room was a 10, staff was great. Breakfast was a 3, not good, overripe bananas, only hard boiled eggs, no meat, not many options. I would recommend the stay just get breakfast elsewhere.
Billy
The breakfast was not great but overall I would stay there again.
Fred
It was all new. We had a nice quiet evening. The location was great.

We loved our stay! We were in town for a rubik cube competition for our son and it was great to stay at Spark! Our rooms were clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again! Beds were super cozy!
Alexa
We had a nice stay. Our room was super clean and the property is quiet. Great location, easy parking and check in. Updated room with nice cold air. We would stay again!
Amy
The outside looks dated, however they did re-do a lot of the inside (I believe it used to be a Baymont). If you've ever stayed at Tru, there are similarities, however it's definitely not the same 'vibe'. It has been updated, which is nice. No clock/alarm in room. I was placed on the first floor and the lights were so bright from the parking lot, which made sleeping rough. Ask for a higher floor. The sink is separate from the toilet/shower area which I normally like, however the toilet/shower area is SO tiny it's hard to even move in there. If you are very wide, going to the bathroom may not be very comfortable. They do have a small fitness room--- an elliptical, treadmill and some free weights. There is an ice machine and water station, which is nice. Breakfast was ok but nothing hot. Basically a yogurt machine, instant oatmeal, cereal, bagels, and hard-boiled eggs. The coffee kept running out, but they eventually replaced it. If you get a good deal, I'd recommend staying here. Nothing to walk to in terms of food, but there's plenty in the area to drive to.
Kathleen
Clean and quiet hotel. Nice sized rooms and comfortable beds
Kalandra
The staff is very nice and professional especially Ashley. The property was clean and everything is up to date. 10/10!!!
Jennifer
I could not hook up my PPS5 and the staff told me it could not be done Even though I've stayed at many hotels and hook my PS5 up to all of them very disappointed
Victoria
The room was clean, confy and great condition. TV with steaming options. Shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion and wipes makeup remover are great quality

Robert
Super clean and reasonable price. Great staff.
Andrew
Breakfast was just a small selection of items.
Ashley
Great location. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Shopping and restaurants near by. Would definitely stay again
Shelby
Hotel and room were both okay. Clean and well kept but I would definitely say the price reflected the amenities and the hotel itself. Wouldn’t say that anything was above and beyond and the whole stay was just fine. Breakfast was bagels, cereal, and yogurt. Again, no real complaints, nothing was wrong but it was just a pretty basic hotel in my opinion. Good for what we needed it for while staying from out of town for a concert.
Derek
Very nice hotel for the money
Michael
Breakfast was subpar
Muhammad Aftab
Loved it. Nice rooms. Good basic breakfast. Please provide electric kettle and microwave to the families who have kids.

Sharyl
Very clean, extremely comfortable bed. I want that mattress!
Karita
I like the speed of checking in and the room, the breakfast was bare basics, but overall a good hotel and aesthetically pleasing
Bianca
When I walked in I feel unloved with the smell I wanted to know what cleaning supplies the staff used because it was an amazing fresh clean smell. Once to the room 108 to be exact the room it self was clean and also smelled amazing. Now there was blood stains around the bottom of the toilet in the bathroom. House keeping needs to do a more deep clean but other than that our one night stay for my daughter cheer competition was ok
Debbie
Will not stay here again rude staff
Lorna
The room was clean and tidy with lots of towels and toiletries. Front desk was very helpful.
Kathy
Staff are very attentive and willing to help. The rooms are clean and very spacious. For a continental breakfast it was quite appealing.
Jacqueline
Clean, smelled amazing
Sharon
Very. Clean. Pleasant staff
Kelly
The room was a little loud
Mary Jo
Amble parking, rooms clean, nice breakfast. Plenty of restaurants around the area
Kelley
There was very little to choose from for breakfast.
The staff at checkin have no experience or customer service knowledge. I complained about constant floor noise above us which never stopped in 3 days.
The room was pleasant but the bathroom toilet was so close to the wall that you couldn't sit down easily.
Cleaning staff friendly and helpful.
This will not be my first choice to stay again.

No frills hotel. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The heater in our room was a bit loud. Breakfast was very simple, bagels, muffins, bananas, apples, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. No scrambled eggs or meat available so not great if traveling with athletes.
Overall it was a decent stay.

manuel
Very pleasant stay!
Julie
Staff were friendly. If you’re looking for a great value this is very a good option. Breakfast was good for a continental option.
Lucie
Clean room, nice bed, overall a great place for an overnight stay.
Joseph
The room was very nice and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The shower was the nicest shower, too. The only issue we had was the toilet area was too narrow. Shower and bathroom wall were too close. The price was exceptionally reasonable.
Patti
Texas Roadhouse is right across the street and other great restaurants nearby.
Robin
Clean room, easy parking, staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.
Dion
Nice location and rooms
Alliyah
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The parking was very spacious yet finding the correct turn to get to the hotel was a bit confusing. The only downside to the stay was that 10 minutes before it was time for checkout, they were knocking at the door to remind you.
Yuriy
Hotel is renovated. Rooms very small. Breakfast very poor. No bacon, no scrambled eggs, no hot oatmeal. I would not recommend this hotel.
Andrea
Parking was crowded. We were welcomed into the lobby by a huge group of drunkards with liquor out on the tables, and we were half greeted by the hotel desk staff.
Andrea
Room was nice and clean. The lobby was clean, open and inviting. I think one thing I was bummed about was no hot breakfast. Only cereal, toast/muffins etc. Check in was very quick.
Krista
Have stayed at this hotel now 5 times for work and love it. It’s always clean, nice breakfast and comfortable.
Erica
Very friendly staff, great for a short travel!
Gregory
a few more gluten-free breakfast options. A GF bagel or muffin would be nice.
Debra
Hotel fairly new, very clean, hallways smell clean, nice welcome gift, room clean and roomy, bed had a nice soft mattress topper, comfortable bed and soft pillows, clean bathroom, reasonable breakfast, good parking, good shopping nearby, 5 minutes from Concordia Theological Seminary. The only bad thing is there is a noisey highway right next door, but it did not bother our sleep. We will be back!
Robert
Fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, etc for breakfast was a nice change from meat and eggs. Hotel was very clean and staff were nice.
Beds were comfortable, we slept well.
Rooms could use a microwave.

Clean room the heat was going cold and then we had to turn it up and it was really hot. We needed better pillows. They were too soft.
Joyce
Our room was nice and clean. Staff was kind. It was everything we needed for a quick stay in town for a concert.
