Our stay at The Bradley Hotel was fantastic! The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The location couldn’t be better—it’s within walking distance of several great restaurants, including Mercado, which was one of our favorite dining experiences.

If you’re visiting Fort Wayne, I highly recommend staying at The Bradley. We will definitely be back!

I originally picked this place at random for my eastbound trip on my way somewhere else; and liked it so much I deliberately stopped there again on the way back! The rooftop lounge was open this time and made for a very nice evening unwinding after an intense work-travel week! I'll be back!

When you pull up, there’s no valet even though they have valet parking. You have to go inside and then give your keys to the valet. I don’t know why they don’t come out. We had to request having our room cleaned and they said it was because we had the do not disturb sign on our door, but we took that off at 10 in the morning. The rooftop bar is amazing on Friday night and then super chill on Saturday night which doesn’t make any sense. Everyone was really nice, but I probably wouldn’t go back.

Fantastic boutique hotel with a cool vintage vibe and in a great location close to restaurants, parks, and Prana Yoga Institute where I attended a weekend educational program! My husband, our two energetic Labradors, & I loved that the hotel and staff were truly dog-friendly! Highly recommended for cleanliness, friendliness, ambiance, location, and 2 restaurants on site!

The room was pretty clean, though there was some unidentified liquid left in my sink (? cleaning solution) and I was left only one glass; in general the property was clean. The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and accommodating, including the staff at the rooftop bar. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant one morning, and it was great (though not cheap). Lots of good options.
The room was very comfortable as was the bed.
Lastly, the hotel is within walking distance of a large park on the river, the History museum, multiple government buildings, restaurants and nightlife.

The hotel was solid and very cute. Front desk and valet staff were nice. Rooms comfy, breakfast delicious. The only bummer was the rooftop bar. Although it was super cool and we wanted to hang out there, there was only ONE server who never came around in 20 minutes. The rooftop was the main reason we chose this hotel - so dang.

We really enjoyed our staycation at The Bradley!! We enjoyed the piano bar, the heaters on the rooftop deck oddly enough kept the whole deck warm and comfortable. It was cold and had rained all day but we were able to be outside and enjoy the evening. The food, I can’t say enough about the food! Phenomenal! From the Brisket to the petite Wellington, the breakfast hash brisket was surprisingly tasteful!! Every meal we had were excellent. The only thing we noticed, was our bathroom had toenail clippings on the floor from the previous visitors. Easily cleanable but I don’t think it was vaccines or mopped prior to our arrival. And it’s ok, with everything else that went great, it was just a small blip on the trip!!! We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Incredibly unique and fun! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and made us feel very special. The room was beautifully designed and had a very mid-century modern feel - as well as a New England vibe!

The bathroom was spacious, elegant and had terrific water pressure. The attention to detail in the entire room was noticeable and appreciated!

A note for older guests - the rooms do not come equipped w/ a phone. In order to contact the front desk, you have to communicate via text which honestly was a little strange. If you are not tech savvy and/or do not have a smart phone, you will need to go down to the lobby to connect w/ the staff.

The hotel also does not offer room service as one of their amenities which was disappointing. You are able to order food from the downstairs or rooftop restaurant, but you have to go pick it up yourself. The QR codes in the room that you must utilize for ordering food were experiencing technical difficulties so that aspect was not a user friendly experience.

However, we can not say enough about the extraordinary mattress and pillows in the room! It was hands down the best night of sleep I'd had an over a year. The front desk staff was happy to provide the mattress and pillow vendor information upon request.

Overall, a lovely and memorable experience!

Does not have the parking options claimed available on website. Staff only gave verbal description of the parking options, omitting the costly parking trap. Should have easily handed out a one-page flyer clearly marking the options on a map. Posting fines on a not-clearly-marked parking spot is a nice way of saying welcome to city.
The parking garage is on the other side of the road. Need to cross the busy main road, but there is no light for crossing and the cars are not waiting, so not very safe. City planning is poor in this area.
The facility is generally good, but with areas of accumulated dust and some dysfunctional equipment. Expect better for a hotel at this level.

We did get to check in early, that was nice. Evidently the room has been vacant for quite some time. The dust on everything was apparent. It smelled so musty we asked the staff to bring some air freshener, that did help for a little while. When we returned after dinner the smell was right back. He explained that it has been closed up due to winter and they haven't aired it out yet due to the cold. My husband is on oxygen, he couldn't breath very well. When we went out to the patio (the only reason I rented this particular room), when I went to sit down there was what looked like poop on the patio chairs. We decided we had had enough, we left.

Great hotel if you're ever traveling to Fort Wayne in the winter. Valet parking basically warms your car up for you before you leave each morning. Who else does that? The Bradley pays attention to the details!
