Clean room, nice jetted tub, good breakfast food
Kevin
The air sounded like a semi coming through the room. And the toilet didn't flush right?. Other than that was pretty good today
Mary ann
Great day. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. People were nice.
Phillip and Candace
It was pretty quiet and comfortable for our quick getaway. The fire alarm did go off a couple times on our last morning there. I'm not sure why but it only lasted about 10 seconds each time. The jet tub drained very slow. Very helpful staff.
Jamie
Great property and amenities

The check-in process was degrading and a horrible experience. My significant other and I drove 4.5 hours in the rain and arrived around midnight, only to be greeted with attitude and disgust. The service clerk was extremely rude and racist during check-in. I said three words when she asked for my debit card ID and if I had a reservation—simply, \"yes, I do.\" The staff immediately told me to leave. I had to de-escalate the situation and explain the importance of my prepaid reservation, especially since it was past midnight, and they wanted me to find another hotel because they thought I was being rude. I was not rude to the staff. Staff also made a hurtful comment about \"you people,\" referring to Black people. This was very hurtful, discriminatory, and I have never been humiliated this much in my entire life. I travel all around as a professional and respectful person, and I did not deserve this. That was my experience. I will never return there again..

I will return my grandkids love the indoor outdoor pool
Anne
Our room was very nice and VERY clean. Would definitely choose this place again if staying in Fort Wayne.
Solitaire
The only thing missing is shampoo and body wash in the showers....usually book same room type but they have different style of that room and love the variety
Darvel
I planned to use the indoor/outdoor pool due to the excessive heat yet the pool was closed during the duration of my stay.
Carla
Good breakfast
Anna Lee
I think the property is more a long term hotel.
Elizabeth
Breakfast was amazing! Not to shabby at all. The pool super cool indoor to outdoor pool. The gym is like brand new renovated it’s super nice and clean and lots of good equipment! The tub was draining weird so it got dirty quickly and there was something else that was a minor thing that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would gladly come back for another.
Duane
Yes but the coffee in the dining area was not too good.
Melissa
Pool was clean. Breakfast wasn’t great but we did find things to eat
Nicole

Denese

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and efficient. Although they were nice, I personally find that rings in the nose are inappropriate for workwear. It is off putting and un professional. I believe in personal choice, but also in work standards.
Diane
It was a bit dated but clean. It's a popular spot for contractors. Staff was extra nice!
Eric
Everything was great. The indoor/outdoor pool was not open as it was repairing a broken light. Otherwise it was perfect for an overnight.
Jennifer
Room needed updated & carpet needed cleaned. Breakfast wasn't very good
Jason
Staff was helpful and respectful. Clean room, pool is open and very nice. Great breakfast, would stay again
Heather
Everything was fine, a little dated but it was fine. I’ll try something different next time as there are options in the area
Emanuel
Complimentary breakfast was above average with pancakes by no waffle maker. Rooms were clean and cozy.
Serghio
The hotel is really nice, kind of on the expensive side of things for what it is and where it is. The pool was closed this time around so couldn’t enjoy that. One good thing though is their breakfast, different variety of hot and cold choices every day. The staff is friendly and professional.
Steven
Both pools were unavailable.
jennifer
Overall this property met our expectations. We were a little concerned because it appeared the room across from ours had been broken into at some point. The little hole you use to look out the door was not there. Other than that everything appeared ok.
Bryan
Nice place, comfortable bed and nice ahowwr
Mark
Expensive for what is really a so-so motel. Pretty mediocre.
Jessica
The first room (on the ground floor) had a broken window. We were reassigned to another first floor room quickly and without issue. The bathroom towel hook was broken, there was no hand soap and there weren't any towel racks to hang towels. The breakfast was ok but not elaborate as other continental breakfasts.
Mark
I like the space of the rooms and that they have a bar.
Kendall
Clean, hotel, nice place to stay very comfortable. The staff is very inviting very helpful and very courteous if you want a nice place to stay in Fort Wayne this is the place where you would wanna stay very comfortable.
Kendall
Clean room the staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. I haven't had the bar yet. It's too early, but I'm sure it's happy hour somewhere great place to stay very quiet very clean and smells nice. Very comfortable.
Lora
I got 2 rooms for 2 nights, the staff was great, breakfast was great, but we had our hearts set on the pool it was the biggest part of our stay other than my husband going to the wrestling event, however unbeknownst to us the swimming pool was being worked on and not a drop of water was in it. They moved my sister to several rooms due to broken pull out beds, and to throw in the towel she found a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom. I'm not sure if they reported it to the front desk we were so aggravated!

Pool was unavailable. Kids were upset, wish they would have said they when booking.
Debbie
We were pleased to have an updated room although bathroom fixtures need to be replaced to go along with updates. Bed was comfortable & room was quiet. Pool was being renovated which we knew in advance. Missed breakfast as we were not aware the dining is closed at 9:00am on weekdays. Friendly staff. Overall, nice stay.
Anthony
Great place to stay and rest
Derek
We booked at this hotel so my grand daughter could have a pool to swim in and we checked in and discovered the pool is closed. No where online or on the website does it state the pool is under construction. Also, the air in our suite bedroom did not work and we were told sorry we are full cannot help you. The service in this place is horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone!!!
Jesse
Prior to making the reservation I called the hotel and asked about their pool and hot tub they said they had both. We got there and the pool was closed for reservations and the front desk lady said they haven’t had a hot tub since before Covid. If I would’ve known that I wouldn’t have reserved that hotel.
Kevin
Bathroom was a disaster. The shower wall had a huge crack going down the middle of it. While showering, the shower head sprayed water everywhere leaving a huge puddle of water on the floor. Exhaust fan in the bathroom not working at all. TV streaming app they asked you download, did not work. Pool was completely shut down.
Kaelynn
Room was clean, breakfast was good, nice staff. However, the jet tub wasn't working great and there was black stuff coming from the jets themselves along with the tub peeling which was no big deal. Pool was down for maintenance, completely understandable with weather transitions.
Abran
Great for the price and location
Renee
Very bright & clean. We were well taken care of!!
RandiMarie
I was very disappointed in this property and the pool was temporarily closed, and the staff was not all that good, I didn’t like the management either!!!!

Our room was an extremely long walk to the elevator. We were way at the back. We used the stairs a few times...even the stairwells were 55 long steps away. We would not stay there again.
Breakfast was very good.
Breakfast was very good.
Karla
Hotel was easy to find and at a great price. It could use some updating- painting and deep cleaning,
Breakfast was not as good as what we've come to expect when traveling. Front desk personnel A+.

Clean room, friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast bar.
Staff adjusted the breakfast hours to accommodate our large group. (Opened an hour earlier when they became aware that we needed to leave at 7am for a conference).

Beds were very comfy. Room was clean. We appreciated staff having breakfast ready an hour early to accommodate those of us attending extraordinary women convention.

Stacy
On Saturday we slept in late when we finally got out of the room I told the lady at the front desk to let house keeper know that they can come clean our room. When we returned at 11:30pm our room was not clean we had no clean towels. The two ladies on night shift was very polite and they said they were sorry about what did not get done. Due to the fact that Sunday was Easter house keeping will not be in until Monday. So they gave us some clean towels. We will not be staying there anymore when we come back to visit our home town.
Ashley
Clean and friendly. Ended up staying an extra night cause we were happy.
Lyle
Low toilet w/ peeling paint, low light in bath & no fan. Thin sheets, insufficient cover. Eggs like cardboard.
Sonya
The breakfast menu was good. A lot better than just a continental breakfast. Room was awesome! Will definitely will stay here again.
Rochelle
The breakfast was really good. I was nervous because we came down at the tail end of breakfast, but everything was clean, hot, and tasty. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was clearn and water was hot and good stream. Great bang for the value.
Christine

Easy parking and a great staff
Mark
Our room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a real treat, with a great variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. I can't recommend this hotel enough and look forward to my next visit!
Clifton
Budget friendly perfect just to sleep for a few hours.

Elaine
Clean room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.
Mark
The staff at night was rude. The lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. I told her my toilet was not flushing. Her response was do I look like a maintenance man. Never have I encountered a more rude and unprofessional staff.
Denise
Room was not spotless , brown box spring covering was stained. There was mold around the garden tub tile around the floor . The bathroom door was damaged .
Michael
Friendly front desk staff at check-in and check-out. Breakfast ran long enough for us to get some extra sleep after a late night out, so that was nice.
Tracy
Nice clean room and was ready when I arrived.
Joe
Clean but old
Jeremy
Ok
Morning staff was rude. Did not know night staff had me down for a late check out and said “I need you to get out.”
