Stayed on the second floor which immediately smelled terrible after getting out of the stairwell. Something of mildew/rot. Room obviously had it lingering inside, had to go buy air fresherners to at least be able to sleep. Everything inside the room looked like it had rust/water staining. Bed was okay, room was okay otherwise. Only interaction with staff was when I checked in, the only thing the front desk person said was \"I.D.\" then gave me my keys, no direction no friendliness, straight to the point. If you need somewhere to sleep its fine. But other than that. Not a very comftorable feel.

It’s okay if you just looking for somewhere to rest for a night or two at a cheap price. But overall the room was outdated and there were stains on the comforter, floors and walls and on the outside of the refrigerator. Plus size it did have plenty of parking and staff was friendly. Having a kitchen and stove was convenient.

I enjoyed the staff working at the hotel except one employee. She smelled like alcohol all the time, was grumpy, and rude at the front desk. The rooms look old but were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook, clean, and store items. Do recommend more cabinet space for those who stay there on a monthly basis. Recommend putting poop bags out in the area where dogs go potty. The area is full of poop and garbage. Somewhat clean area around the outside of the hotel. Could use some stray garbage pick up in some areas outside.
Locks on doors need updated and fixed. Sometimes cards don't work on doors. Also poor keys. Always having to go to the front desk to get the keys reprogrammed.
Housekeeping is fantastic! Always making sure your room is cleaned and that all guests have toiletries.
Overall I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

staff, rude. BOTH MANAGERS. Christopher screamed at me, being very rude, threatening me, belittled me about needing a key card. Telling me that I'm spoiled. The African American lady at night didn't even know I was in the system until I waited for ten minutes for her to hold my phone, looking at it -i had to ask her twice to hand my phone back. Took 30 minutes to get clean towels and blankets. When I brought them back, she made a joke to another customer about me. And stood laughing in my face. I caught her standing by my door, listening to me talking on the phone. Very extra. Room was disgusting, NO CASES ON THE PILLOWS??!!!

The room was good except for an electric outlet in the bathroom near of the sink was loose and out of place that's I'm scared to be shocked while I'm washing my teeth and face. And the first staff person was very rude, because we arrived at 2am due to a flight delayed and it looks that we interrupted her sleep and she didn't like it.

The bed was rock hard, the blinds were broken, there was blood on the bathroom door, and pubic hairs around the toilet. There was a large brown smear on the wall up near the top of the shower that was unidentifiable but looked like feces and toilet paper smeared together.

The only staff I actually dealt with was the lady who checked me in at 3:00 in the morning. There was a mess up with my booking and she was so sweet and able to fix it for me. She's the only thing there that deserved a five star rating.

Room key had to be reset every single time I left the room. The stair wells had a large amount of dead bugs. Staff smoking in the stair well. They’re sure to collect a deposit but argumentivr about the return of the deposit. Doors propped open at exits due to locks not working properly. An extremely unsafe environment with what seemed like homeless people at all hours in the parking lot. Stay far away from this place.

I like it almost 100% but the toilet makes a whistle sound like some kind of alarm. It's a typical residential toilet with an elongated bowl, but the floater only goes up about half-way and shreaks that pesky whistle noise.

Carpet was so dirty, my flip flop kept pulling off my feet when I walked. Shower curtain rod was off the wall. I had to prop it up with a drawer from the kitchen. Other tenants playing loud music until midnight. No one at the desk at night to complain too. It was a beat up place.

The night was so bad I received verbal approval from the GM Natalie VanArsdall-Williams for a full refund. But since I booked through Hotels.com I had to request the refund thru them. Now Natalie has avoided response for over a week. I am truly disappointed in her as a GM and in the whole experience.

This place was terrible. They didn’t have a working keycard machine—which they failed to mention until after I paid. As a result, the only employee on duty had to personally let every guest into the building and into their rooms. Each time I left my room, I had to wait to be escorted back in, but only after the employee had helped others who were also waiting. I went out to get pizza and had to wait again to be let back into my room; my pizza was cold by the time I finally got to eat it. The poor woman working was doing her best, and none of this was her fault—but she should have informed me about the keycard situation before I paid for the room.

The room was nasty and smelly animal hair was all over the carpet. For 2 days i didnt have a key to access my room and the clerk was not trying to help solve that problem. I ended up staying with family due to not having access to the room until daylight because the clerk who was so unprofessional shut down at 11p. The first room we were given smelled horrible and was filthy and didn’t have any linens on the bed. Front desk gave us a second room and although it had linens we ended up sleeping on top of them and used our own blanket. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room but the shower lever was stuck preventing you from taking a bath and the bath drain wouldn’t hold water either. We stayed but only because we were exhausted from travel and our eventful day. I will never ever book a room a this property again.

Overpriced rooms and low quality. Public hairs on top shelf in bathroom and little hairs in bedding. We were grossed out and didn’t stay the night. Clean otherwise. Rooms need some major updates. No amenities and room cost wasn’t justified.

We were unpleasantly surprised. We didn’t know this was a log term nightly rate hotel. Reminds us of a halfway house from a bad movie. Security cameras were out of order along with towel service due to broken washing machine. I wouldn’t bring my family here. Weird property bordering unsafe. People hanging out in the parking lot at night. Kept my shoes on in the room. One thin small blanket on the bed covered with a sheet. Think twice before starting even if it’s a good deal.

We checked in and made it to the room. That was it. Checked out immediately after! The room was nasty! We stay at hotels a lot and are very low maintenance and with minimal expectations. But cleanliness is one thing we look for. This was by far the worse hotel we have ever been to. The walls looked like they had literal crap on them. The beds had actual pubic hairs on the sheets. I was actually afraid to touch anything! The only good thing was that we were refunded for our stay before checking out. We were willing to spend the night in the car verses taking our chances sleeping in one of their beds. I honestly don’t see how this hotel passes health department inspections.

The front desk guy was great. That’s the only good thing I have to say. This place is a dump. I’ve stayed in “extended stay” places before but they were professional and clean and up to date. This place was dingy, outdated, disheveled rooms with damaged equipment. Gross wood floors and basically fold up cot frames with cheap mattresses. I ate the cost and got another room elsewhere for only $50 more dollars than this cost. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money the first time. And did I mention the horrible food smells! Don't Be Fooled By The Nice Facade

This hotel is a disgusting disaster. The entire hotel smells like skunk pot. We had 3 rooms and only one was barely usable. When the key card finally works and the door opens, 2 rooms had refrigerators covered in rust. \"Suites\" right, 2 burner stove and nothing else, no glasses, dishes, silverware, nothing and no shampoo. All the furniture is used office give away press board. The elevator stinks like pee. thought $71 per room was great but would not stay for free.

Overall, not a bad place for the price. The halls smelled like smoke in some areas, and they smelled foul in others.

I came in very late one night and my key didn't work. They were able to assit within 10-15 minutes and I was able to get in.

For a low cost place to stay, it works. I'd stay here again.

A lot of the outlets didn’t work. The guys room above was up all. We called the desk and he continued to be heavy footed ALL NIGHT LONG! The second night had same thing with heavy footed on the floor above us and then a man and women fighting sounded like they broke the door down in the middle of the night. It was horrible!
