This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately after pre-paying and driving 12 hours that day I was simply too exhausted to try another hotel.
Upon walking in, a woman (another guest?) was sitting by the counter with a huge dog and she didn’t think to move him to make room for me at the counter. The floors look like they haven’t been vacuumed for many months and the elevator was just as dirty. In the room, the stovetop was corroded with rust and the fridge was very old and dirty.
However, the bed was clean and all I wanted was a few hours of sleep before heading out again.

The room we were given was dirty. Food crumbs on the chairs and floor. Trash not emptied. No toilet paper. Stained towels. The beds were comfortable enough and the room temp was nice.
Would not stay there again or recommend to others.

Very dirty. Front desk staff was nice at check in but when we got to the room it was so dirty that we left and went to a different hotel. Hairs in the sheets and pillows on both beds. Hairs in the sinks, dirt on the table and chairs, etc. contacted the hotel about a refund but no response.

The room was dirty when I arrived and smelled like cigaret smoke. I purchased febreeze and Lysol room deodorizer spray and nothing killed the smell. My window was off the tracks I don’t even think it fit properly. The shower and sink were painted with something not natural tub and shower finish I asked them to clean the room and they did.

Room needed repair-no drain plugs in sinks or tub, bathroom sink & vanity stained & gross needs to be replaced as no amount of cleaning will improve it, tub faucet not secure on wall & shower spout would not go down, much of baseboard not attached to wall, floors were not clean, toilet seat very loose. Breakfast was coffee, tea, a few pre-packaged muffins & granola bars, instant oatmeal with no milk that was on a small credenza at the front door across from customer service counter. That’s all. No fruit, no yogurt, no juice and no tables or chairs to sit. Staff provided good service & were nice. Owner needs to do better. Won’t stay here again.

I should have realized this property was more for construction workers while working in the area! I was fine since I was with my husband but would not recommend for a single woman!
It was clean and was able to get shampoo etc. at the front desk! It was not a planned stay since our flight was cancelled. We had nothing with us!

I arrived at 2:55 for a 3:00 check-in on 2/13/2026 to set up the room with Valentine flowers and ballons for my fiancé's arrival at 4:00, but unfortunately, the room as not ready. (?)
The lady at the counter (who was pleasant enough) said the room would need a few more minutes. I waited till 3:20 and went back in, once again, the room was not ready????!!!!
It was 3:50 before I got into the room that has a 3:00 \"check in\" time!
The floor was still very wet from mopping and sticky once it dried.
The shower curtain was filthy with brown steaks and blotches.
The entryway and hallways were muddy and the carpet was worn out.
The \"boot cleaner\" was rusted off and missing, so workers could not clean their boots.
The room was clean enough.

Arrived back at 12:45 and they had reserved my room for “another” customer…very very inconsistent communications - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - besides my wife and I were greeted with a poignant pungent smell upon getting into the room. I Got What I Paid For

This was my first stay with Extended Stay America Suites. I didn’t pay much and I got what I paid for.

The name is misleading. I was in a room, not a suite.

I would describe this property and my room as utilitarian, in a Spartan sort of way. It was clean and functional, but not anything more.

I won’t stay with this brand again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool at night. However, the rooms were not the cleanest in certain places. We found a used ear plug in one room and in the other room we booked there were quite a few hairs in the tub and sink. We didn't complain to the front desk because we were only there for too nights and it wasn't anything we couldn't get passed. Overall though it was a great weekend!

Frugality at its finest

A few hours before check-in, I was told they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for me. I was later told, they just needed to clean a room. Once I got into a room, the kitchen faucet had a very steady and loud drip… all night long. The bathroom door was heavy (for a handicap room) and did not stay open on it own - I had to drag a heavy chair in front of it, just to keep it open. The bed and pillows were comfortable, however, the fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress. Coffee would have been nice, but it wasn’t available until 2 hours AFTER I checked out. The staff was friendly.

An adventure! Parking was terrible -the lot was full with no handicapped parking. Had to wait for complaining customer before we could check in. Sent to room 325 that wasn't cleaned at all! Back at desk we were told nothing else available, then she remembered room 307 and sent us there. However, the key she gave us didn't work. The new key worked on the 3rd try. Room 307 hadn't been used in a while, and knob was missing from stove, refrigerator was beat up, one window was partially out of the frame, shower curtain was missing, and tub faucet would not do bath - just shower. However, the bed was clean and we were very tired, so it wasn't until the middle of the night that we found out that we were missing TOILET PAPER! Thank goodness I carry tissues! We were given TP, shower curtain and apologies at the desk the next day. The second night was much better, and we were thankful to have a place to stay.

Located in a business park along with a few other hotels, this one is at the end of the road and closest to the highway. Building is old and in need of maintenance and repair. The cleaning team isn't very good--we had to replace all of the pillow cases because they hadn't been changed from the previous guest. There was a disgusting wad of spit in the corner of the room, too. Check in staff were pleasant but inept--had to run our credid card three times, charged us a room fee that had to be refunded because the stay was paid through expedia and we constantly had to have our room keys reprogrammed. The bathroom is tiny and dingy. The floors bounce as you walk and we heard every step of the elephant man staying in the room above us. It seemed to be a safe area so a good choice if this is all you can afford, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Not Clean At All!

Allow me to begin with the two positives:
1. The staff allowed us a 2 hour early check-in. And Reggie at the front was amazing, kind and super helpful!
2. The sheets had been laundered...that's it!

The AC was on, but the room was wet with humidity and had the smell of a dirty wet locker room. The floor had not been swept or mopped in a while. And the surfaces were not clean either. We chose to leave our clothes in the car because there was no clean place to place/hang them. The bathtub had plenty of hair from the previous guest(s) left behind. We couldn't even use the refrigerator because of fear of contamination. We ended up driving around and only coming back at bedtime and left first thing in the morning leaving without a shower. Breakfast...nah, we passed! Beware!

I liked the accessibility of the motel. Higgway,shops and even hospital was close.
I liked the room size and the kitchenette.
I dud not like that the room needed repair (baseboard coming loose or missung). There were no assessories for the kitchen. And the bed was not frim enough for me. My back hurt everyday.

This is a cheap motel with an Extended Stay costume on. There no decent amenities. There is a kitchenette with no dishes, nothing to use if you actually needed an extended stay. Very dusty, beds are horrendous and uncomfortable, “free breakfast” is muffins and granolas bar and weak coffee. This place is the worst. It’s owned independently and not a true Extended stay. Awful!

Our room was dirty. Mold in the shower. Tub and walls dirty. Floor boards peeling away from the walls. Smoke detector hanging by a wire from the ceiling. Once we called and asked where the dishes were and we received them, we had no coffee filters, soap, scrubber, etc. Had to purchase it all. The dishes barely made it possible to prepare a meal. The elevator wreaked of maijuana every night around 10pm. When I called down for TP and trash bags I was greeted with, “sure, come on down and get it.” The kitchen was dirty. The coffee pot had layers of residue - clearly had not been washed before wrapping it in plastic. The staff hung out in the comfy chairs in the lobby instead of behind the desk. Overall it was a less than ideal situation but we were stuck with it and made the most of it. I would NOT recommend this hotel and would like to get a refund, even though that won’t happen. Gah!

My room was adequate. I loved the flooring- no carpet. However the floor could have been cleaner. There was really nothing around to judge- all hotels and apartments. The was plenty of shopping and restaurants on the west side of I69. It was good for the price. Please do not expect breakfast. They offered a little muffin and coffee.

Well....the first room i was given, when i opened the door there was someone sleeping in it and there were personal items on the counter.
I was then placed into an \"out of order\" room that was just being renovated. It smelled or fresh adgeasive from the new shower. Room was filthy. There was food in the cabinets. Dirty toliet and sink in bathroom. Oeraon at counter assured me it would be deep cleaned the next morning.
Well....it wasnt. Contacted hotels.com after 30 minutes on hold went down to discuss with the gal working thw counter.
She was EXTREMELY hlepful and refunded my stay. I went to another hotel.

I dont think the staff has any idea what is going on. Also, i feel they are severely overbooked, as i was leaving there was a gentleman who was being told thwy disnt have a room for him.

The price looks good, but remeber you get what you pay for.

Room was clean. Several maintenance items need to be addressed. Signs of neglect. Shouldn’t advertise breakfast. Just coffee/muffins (which were gone) and snack bars(which were gone). Coffee urn was empty but staff brought a full one on request.

My room was dirty. The trash can had not been emptied after the last guest, and it was full of food waste. Molding was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and main room, and the beds, which were up on risers, had dust and debris under them. The \"free breakfast\" was coffee, packaged muffins, and Nutri-Grain bars. I would not stay here again.

There is only one person on duty at a time, the room was awful, wasn’t even swept or mopped. Counters and fridge were sticky. We had asked for clean towels after day 3 and was told that they had to wait to wash dirty ones until they had a whole load. The bathroom had several different types of hair everywhere. Thankfully they had Walmart delivery for cleaning supplies. The “breakfast” consisted of a few packets of oatmeal, and some nutrigrain bars. The pot of coffee and hot water were out and we were told that there wasn’t anymore, it’s limited to one pot of each a day. We will definitely read reviews next time and book somewhere closer to a food establishment.
