Room was dirty. We told staff twice and nothi bff was done about it. The breakfast was nice and it was a convent location but I expected a much cleaner room.
Janice
The 2 bedroom suite was awesome. The hotel was clean. Wonderful stay!
Kaylie
The room was NOT clean and the concierge downstairs seemed completely indifferent. The hotel appears rundown and uncared for. The shower head wouldn't turn, there were black specks all over the bed, there was a giant urine spot on the mattress under the sheets, and the smell of the room was musty. The floor had not been vacuumed. Altogether not a pleasant stay.

no forks at breakfast. Breakfast cold. no clock in room. only half roll of toilet paper in room... bed hard

Should start breakfast earlier on Saturdays.
Michael
Took ten or fifteen minutes to find a person at the check in desk.
Luis
Staff was friendly, room was neat and clean. The breakfast however..didnt look appealing. We came down for breakfast at 8am and the eggs and patatoes were dried out and looked like they were sitting for quite a few hours and there weren't hardly any left in the trays as well. The rest of the breakfast items were good to go. Still give 5 stars for the fact that the room was amazing.
Ophelia
Room was clean, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was good.

Room and hotel were very clean and modern. Room was very quiet, although we were on top floor, so that helped.
Kristy
Clean room. Friendly staff. I loved the location of our room, it was very private.
Joycelyn
The hotel was within a 15 minute radius of all the locations that I needed to go to

Great place for location and services.

We had to call the front desk for hand soap wnd bedding for the pullout sofa bed. When we did the front desk staff responded quickly. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Only complaint was traffic noise from adjacent Interstate.

Great room, the rest was mediocre
It’s an okay hotel. The room we were in had a common area and two bedrooms on each side. It had enough space for all of us which was nice. The only feedback I have is the toilet in the room with the king was so incredibly hard to flush it went all the way back and then you had push with quite bit of force, they ran out of bowls at breakfast on Sunday and the staff just seemed bewildered, there were ants crawling everywhere by the oatmeal bar, and I saw at least a couple of employees walking aimlessly around doing nothing.

Great Place to stay close to Roanoke
Great location close to businesses in Roanoke. Lots of places to eat, grocery stores, etc.. Hotel has a nice outdoor area although on this trip they removed the tables and most of the chairs for some reason. The rooms are in very good condition and the hotel is clean.
Albertina
It was a good stay. The bed was a little soft for me but the room was amazing

Great Hotel/Area for Work Trip to Roanoke IN
Great location and hotel for a work stay. Really good Sushi resturant next door, a Kroger, BWW - really good area for business travel. Hotel is in like new condition. Try their cookies!
Hollie
They did not have the room that we booked. We booked the suite with two queen beds and a pull out couch. They were overbooked for this room not only for ourselves but for everyone in line. We were given a king bed with a pull out couch.

Stayed one night with family, staff super friendly very attentive
Courtney
It was simple nice that it has a kitchen.
Carolyn
Property was very nice. Rooms were not ready at check in time as prior days had been busy. Red light blinking on phone and front desk did not know how to tell me to access the message. They said they would find out and get back to me and did not call back. Breakfast buffet eggs and sausage were on the cooler side. Parking was limited. Lobby was very nice. Staff were pleasant and kind. Room was nice and clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Amazing room
This room was amazing! So clean and had everything i needed and more! I didn’t get to try the breakfast because of a family emergency and had to leave early. Hope to get a future comp to try the breakfast.

Very nice hotel
Everything was great except the breakfast. Eggs and sausage were not edible.

Not well run
We waited 40 min for someone to show up to check us in. A customer called hotel next door to say no one was there. They sent someone over. Very disturbing to us after traveling all day. Toilet was so low it looked like for todlers. No monitoring of breakfast area. Ran out of food and mot replenished
Jasmine
I come to this place a few times a year. Every time i come there is something wrong. This time, my room had no phone at all. The front desk stated that there should be a phone next to the bed. There was nothing. I had to call from my own personal phone to contact front desk because we werent given any blankets or sheets for the pull out bed. However they dropped me off the blankets and everything we needed after my call. So i appreciate the attentiveness. Thank you for having us
Tina
Nice place
Tiffany
The staff was outstanding— friendly and exceptionally helpful when our room didn’t match our needs. They were eager to help make adjustments and never made us feel like we were imposing.
CINDY
Food was horrible, coffee was weak like tea, paper plates were the cheapest you can buy. Scrambled eggs was the only hot food and they were dry and gross, no fruit and warm juice. For the 5 night stay we ate breakfast out everyday because the first morning there were no plates or silverware and no one around to help. Don’t stay thinking you’re getting breakfast. They clean every other day which was fine but you had to ask for towels daily. Definitely not going back.
Vivian
Diana at Front desk was exceptional. Thank you.
Connie
We had trouble with the room key, got replacements, didn’t work, they tried to fix it, work once, next time we went out for breakfast couldn’t get back in. There was 1 glass in the cupboard, no towels or sponges for the kitchen, just poorly supplies, furniture with bumps and gouges, curtain with a hole.
Michael
Expedia charged me and the hotel charged me. The sales manager of the hotel proceeded to tell me expedia prices and rooms are not guaranteed
Amanda
Great place!
Kassia
Kitchen faucet was broken, dishes were dirty in the room. Ladies at the front desk were wonderful.
Maria I
It was nice and it had a small kitchen. Very handy especially when kids come along. It was clean but not too clean in some parts. I think it should offer disposable plates and utensil as well.
Corinna
We checked in late and was told if needed a late check out we could get it so we eventually called and was told yes then again in morning and was told yes till noon but then kept getting knocks on door then calls from desk saying we couldn’t stay till noon and if we weren’t out before noon we would be charged again
Marvin
There was dog or animal hair all over the couch. Tub was dirty and the room was dusty. We requested a refund and left the property. Drove back home!!!
Dawn
Great and the baked Tchopstix was great and in the parking of the hotel.
Brittany
Eh
When we checked in, the lady was super sweet (young black lady with long crimpy hair). Everyone else was not my favorite. They all acted like they didn't want to be there and we were bothering them. Then, I asked a guy if we could have a hair dryer because we didn't have one in the room and he acted like he didn't wanna find one. I came out of the room and he was standing at the elevator but never said a word to me, and I never heard back about it so we just ended up checking out. Pretty sure I asked him about it towards the end of his shift, but still. We only had 1 TV remote for 2 TVs so that was fun. No exta TP besides what came on the roll. Neither phone worked in the room. Internet only worked half the time. Weird stain on the couch. Super small room to be a suite (I've stayed in other HWS before and the rooms weren't that small). They put us by the elevator and I heard every single beep from that thing all night long (don't know why you'd even put a room there to begin with though). I would stay here again if I needed to, but would definitely try to find a different hotel first.

First floor room was very loud. Appliances were quite noisy. Lots of people in lobbies and on basketball court outside our room. Tv was small and shower doors were quirky. Bed was super comfortable and staff was attentive though.
Audrey
Nice separate kitchen and living room space from the bedrooms.
Jasmine
This is our 2nd visit at this hotel. We had a great experience. There were some issues, but were quickly fixed...
-i got charged twice, 2 different prices. But without having to speak to anyone one of the charges were reversed.
-housekeeping almost walked right into our unit the next morning, but thankfully we had one of the locks in place. (Might want to wait till people check out)
All in all not bad for our 2nd stay.. we will most likelybe back!!

Good value
Overall, for what we paid, I think it was good value and would likely stay again. Our room was very spacious. My biggest complaint was the bed. It was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Ours was so firm that I woke up each morning around 5 am with back pain and couldn’t get back to sleep. They desperately need to update the mattresses.
Edward
Very nice, but a little pricey
Good, clean, nice and comfortable. Very nice breakfast.
Keriann
We arrived to find the hotel overbooked and, despite the fact we had paid, they had no room available. We ended up next door, which they arranged, and it all worked out fine. I suggest checking in closer to the start of check-in time to ensure room availability. It was inconvenient to change our plans however the manager on duty went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable in our new arrangements and for that I would give their staff five stars.
Charles
Suck very bad pet deposit was not covered in sign up .
ZHAOHUI
Had a lot of trouble signing in, staff did not accept expedia booking of room with 4 adults and 2 children at all. Staff was very aggressive and rude when trying to resolve the issue, making demeaning and racist comments several times about my accented english. He repeatedly threatened to cancel our booking while insisting we had to book another room before ultimately giving in. Terrible customer service

Awesome, clean room
I've stayed at a lot of hotels in the Fort Wayne area and this easily was the best. Very, very clean and spacious. You get what you pay for. And it costs more to stay at a nicer place. But you get peace of mind and a beautiful room.
Jasmine
I brought my family, and initially I put how many if us there are. We have 7. Our room was fine. However i dont feel that there was any planning in our stay. The shampoo and conditioner were empty, there was a blond hair in the shower. Not ours. There werent enough sheets or pillows for all of us. I thought that was the point in letting them know ahead of time there are 7 of us. But thankfully the front desk lady brought up a sheet set, blanket and another pillow. Otherwise we only stayed a night and it was suitable. We may try another place next time. As a side note, get to the breakfast early, because they run out of stuff quickly.

It was easy to find the room and for the most part it was quiet. My room smelled a little weird, maybe because it was a pet friendly hotel. Overall it was a very nice stay, room was clean and comfortable.

Stay here
Very good overall, good clean rooms friendly staff, and good breakfast.
Emily L
I liked the friendly staff! The room was decent. It was a little dirty and some of the furniture looked very worn. The couch had what looked like dog hair all over it and had white stains.
Angela
The room I got was NOT what I paid for or reserved! Hotel said I needed to discuss with Expedia??? If my reservation thru Expedia states a King room why did I get put in a queen room? I’m hoping Expedia rectifies this issue.
JAZZICA
I really enjoyed our stay.
Roxana
I booked a room suite that had 2 queen beds and a queen pull out couch for 6 ladies. We were given the last room at the hotel and when we got to the room, it was 1 king bed for 6 of us. The hotel blamed the error on Expedia saying that 3rd party booking sites don't get the reservation correct. We were checking in to the hotel at 11:30 pm following a christian music concert. Needless to say we were unable to stay and we drove 3 hours back home arriving at 3:00 am. I have not received a refund for a room that we did not occupy.
John
The property was well maintained on the outside and the inside. The problem was amenities in the bathroom were out and the staff was not very friendly. Other than that, the room was very clean and the rest of the hotel was clean.
Caitlin
I loved that our room was down it’s own private hallway, it had a kitchen and was as cozy as a house. My family and I loved it. The breakfast buffet was also very good and had a little bit of everything offered to eat
Verified traveler
The room was good and clean however the thermostat was not working properly and it was too hot in the room. The ceiling fan was not working. The bathroom fan made loud noises when turned on.
Edward
Nice staff and nice rooms for a great price
Michael
Poor cleanliness and attention to basic amenities
We booked a one bedroom suite because we needed the pullout couch along with the two double beds. There weren’t any linens or pillows anywhere for the pullout. We couldn’t close the blackout drapes in the bedroom because the were stuck/broken. The shower was extremely difficult to turn on once we were able to turn it we realized why it was so difficult, it dripped nonstop. The breakfast was refilled on a consistent basis, waited for coffee and hot foods. We took our bagel upstairs to toast and our toaster was disgusting. We also tired of waiting for a worker to appear so we could ask for coffee, we decided to just use the pods in our room, no big deal just grabbed a cup with creamer from the coffee area downstairs. Alas you guessed it no coffee pods in the room. I am very disappointed. We were excited to find this property as it’s hard to find hotels that offer room options like this, we prefer to stay in a suite instead of booking two rooms. We travel to this area often. We were hoping we found our new go to booking.

The room number plate was missing on a few of the doors including ours on the 5th floor. We had to guess which door.
Our heater was making a strange sound every time it stopped. It woke us up in the night.
The rest of the stay was great.

The room we stayed in had fresh linens and towels but the floor had not been vaccumed, we had a kitchen in our room too and the vinyl floor had no been cleaned in some time. I used a bunch of our clorox wipes cleaning the floor because it was sticky.
The breakfast was decent and everything else was fine but really had a hard time with the cleanliness.

Very happy with the service
Very comfortable large clean room helpful professional staff
Luis
Everything in the room was good. Except the bathtub was a little dirty and clogged.
Jozsef
The gym is rather small. The king suite, which is technically just one room, is really big and nice.
Josh
We were there just to sleep, but the hotel looked like a great place to spend a few days.
Lloyd
Friendly staff, good location. Rooms clean and a great breakfast.
Keyonna
I liked how clean it was everything was great until there was no communication made between the staff on me having a late check out and then the head housekeeping staff was very rude and even lied to the hotel manager and told her that I said I can check out when I felt like it. I never said that because if that was the case I would’ve stayed all day not until 1pm. But if I didn’t have any issues with checking out everything was perfect!
dave
Everybody was very friendly .the place was very clean .the food was awesome we will be back.

Excellent
Clean and spacious. Accommodating for our request for late checkout. Excellent breakfast.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!
Room was nice and big but DIRTY! Mirrors and TV had spray marks all over them, bathroom was dirty and counters in kitchen had some sort of black dust( pepper maybe) all over them. Room was not stocked! NO DISHES AT ALL ( room was supposed to come with stocked kitchen), not even a coffee cup or any plastic cups. Room had a keurig in it but no pods! The coffee pouches in room went to a totally different kind of coffee maker. I had to go get toilet paper at 11:30 at night (had to wait 15 mins for someone to show up at front desk) because room had no extra toilet paper in it. Shower head leaked and had to hear it dripping all night!!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There were several more things, like the breakfast was absolutely HORRIBLE! Cold and overcooked food. It was NOT even remotely a good stay!!

Great Stay!
Great place to stay with a group of friends. Celebrated our bachelor/bachelorette! Couldn’t have been happier.
Martha
The room was quiet, clean and spacious. Nice breakfast. Great value for the price. Would stay here again.
Kim
The rooms seemed to be further spaced apart than a regular hotel so you didn't even notice if you had \"neighbors.\"

Great getaway in Ft. Wayne
Our room was exceptional - extremely clean and well-appointed. The price was very reasonable and we would absolutely return for another visit.
David
Very comfortable beds. Check in desk clerk was very personable. Breakfast was good. No complaints.

The air conditioner in our suite leaked flooding the living room and creating a horrible Oder. Homewood said we wouldn’t be charged for the last night but I can’t get any satisfaction from Hotels.com.
Verified traveler
Terrible stay. Suite was not at an acceptable standard. Sink and showered drained were clogged and unable to pass water. Room did not seem like it had been cleaned. Just sheets were changed. There was a standing puddle of water by the air conditioning approximately 2 ft wide. Carpet was soaked. Bathroom vents had thick dust in both bathrooms of suite. Room had pungent mildew oder from standing water from broken air-conditioning. Very short staffed. After requesting fresh sheets we got nothing in our room refreshed or cleaned. Had to change our own sheets.
Verified traveler
The decor of the room was somewhat modern and the hotel amenities were satisfactory.

We booked a room that was supposed to sleep 5. From what we can tell, they expect 3 people to sleep in a King bed, which is possible, but not at all comfortable. The other 2 spots would be on the small sofa bed.
So if you need a room that sleeps 5, you would expect there to be bedding for the sofa bed as well. According to the front desk, they did not have any available bedding for the sofa bed - until we pressed the issue. They were able to find some in the washing machine. How do you not have bedding in a room with a sofa bed? And then, how can you not have it available, especially when some rooms are not being used?
The front desk personnel were helpful enough, but I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay.
