Everything was excellent but we went to check in a little early and was told that it would take 4 hours before our room would be cleaned and ready. I had a cheer competition to attend that same day and we ended up having to check in a little bit late instead.

The staff were really friendly except for a couple were kind of I don't know judgmental prices I don't know but you can definitely feel a vibe from him that was not friendly the breakfast for as much as I paid we should have been something like way better than what it was the waffles were horrible the coffee tasted like an ashtray you know and I thought I was going to sleep and I most definitely did not get to sleep for the amount of money I spent the Wi-Fi should have been on point the food should have been on point and yeah that's a good hotel but like you better

The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was easy, and check-in was quick and smooth. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast team were all friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.

Our room also had a great kitchen setup with a stove, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and even plates and utensils, which was a really nice bonus. The breakfast was great, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel stood out.

Everything about our stay was convenient and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again.

The
room needed some improvement
-There was no room to conferrable watch the TV on the sofa , you had to watch tv with your head twisted to the side.
-in the Bathroom you cannot close the stoper in the sink.
-the bed's center had collapsed witch made two people using it to roll to the center of the bed,

The pool was clean and there weren't many people swimming during our stay which was a plesant surprise. Our room was comfortable with the exception of a questionable stain on the curtains and the bathroom wall across from the toilet being dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable as well. Complimentary breakfast was good and there was plenty of food and drink available. The breakfast attendant the morning of Saturday September 6th was amazing! She was not only very friendly but knowledgeable about the local attractions. She kept the breakfast area clean and stocked nicely. She was super nice to each and every guest that entered the dining area greeting each one with a smile and \"good morning\". You don't often find people like that working to provide service with a smile and a bit of welcoming conversation.

Beautiful Fort Wayne

I was looking for a cheap and comfortable lodging in the suburb of Fort Wayne. I found here very friendly staff, very comfortable room with a complete kitchen!! , wonderful breakfasts. Very quite place. Excellent bus connection to the downtown - 10 minutes driving for $1.50, service every hour in the morning and evening, every half hour during the day. Great parking lot as well. Clean and comfortable coin laundry, wonderful ZOO in neighborhood ..... I was here for one week at the scientific conference in the downtown.... and so beautiful, clean, friendly city.... oh!! I suggest this place to everyone.

I stayed five nights and was very very happy. My only complaint was actually with Expedia and not the hotel at all. I had booked a King Studio room which was not actually available, so the hotel gave us a double Queen room with a kitchen. I was ultimately happy to have the extra room, and the hotel was as accommodating as anyone could hope. My only complaint was slow internet. Would definitely stay again.

9/10! Excellent stay but breakfast was iffy!

Great hotel in a great location! The room was ready for me when I arrived. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Parking was great, had no issue there. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was superb.

Only cons I have:
-I wish the bathroom light was brighter, 2/3 light bulbs were lit a bit darker.

The continental breakfast was not good. The sign on the table said quiche was one of the options but it wasn't there. There was scrambled eggs which didn't look or taste like real eggs, pork bacon (I don't eat pork), small cinnamon muffins which were dry, and plain oatmeal with topping choices, a few bagels and a few cereal choices. There was orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice, coffee and chocolate/regular milk and yogurt and bananas.

I ended up getting breakfast somewhere else because there wasn't much there that was appetizing unfortunately.

-During check in, the front lady said I owed $20 for incidentals which is standard and fine but she mentioned that if I buy snacks at the stand, it'll come out of my incidental fee. I asked if I spend $5 out of the $20, will I get the remaining back and she said no I wouldn't but she wasn't confident about that. Not a big issue as I had some snacks from the road but just watch out for future customers.

Highly recommend. Wonderful staff.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the most pleasant professional, and just downright hospitable host, we experienced a great stay.
Every time I heard any staff member speaking to a guest, I was blown away by the over, politeness and courtesy they extended with their congenial conversation and willingness to help with anything needed.

Whether it was in the pool, during a breakfast encounter or just passing in the hall, every staff member went above and beyond to be courteous.

Upon check out, I thought I might have left something in the room and called after I left. The host on duty was amazing and sent a person up to the room to double check if I had left an electronic piece of equipment up there. And then she promptly called me with the results of the search. I have never stayed at a hotel that met and exceeded , my expectations the way our stay did this past week. I would highly recommend this hotel for any future stay in Fort Wayne Indiana.

Property not maintained. Doors to stairway hard to open, handles wouldn't work properly. Carpet coming off in stairs. Holes in the walls that were not repaired. Garbage in hallways from guests rooms was left there all day. Rooms were not cleaned, no where to put our trash, just had to leave it piling up on countertop. A/C was not working in our room. When this was brought to the hotels attention, they just said the thermostats worked by motion sensor. Never heard of this before. So if you are sleeping and not moving, how is the A/C supposed to work. It ended up being very warm in our room. Breakfast was lack luster. Cold hard waffles and greasy bacon. Not even enough to feed all the guests.

The stay was great and super convenient. However, I did not understand why I set up for payments and still needed to pay for the room upon arrival. The front desk stated that Hotels.com sent a card to them that was not valid and requested that I pay for my room at the time of stay. I am not sure who I will need to speak to in order to resolve the double payment. I appreciate any and all help. Have an Amazing Day!

Bait and Switch

Was a little disappointing to book a hotel for a pool and find out that their pool was closed for \"renovations.\" Quite the bait and switch. Also, the breakfast is made with the absolute cheapest ingredients. There were bits of bone in the sausage patties. The staff is helpful and the place is cheap but you also get what you pay for.

We chose this hotel partly because the pool looked bigger than that of the other comparable hotels. It did seem slightly bigger than a \"typical hotel pool\" and was very pleasant. The water was nicely heated to a comfortable tempurature and the room was very warm to make it pleasant in the winter.

Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Never use Hotel.com again

I will never book a room with Hotels.com again. When I’m on business and pay for a king room I expect a king room . The hotel changed my room to a queen room because the hotel was booked . They said it was policy when booking thru a 3rd party site. I stayed on the phone texting thru hotel.com app and then at the hotel arguing with them and listening to them lie about the reason we had a queen room. From now own I will book my rooms direct with the hotel where I can talk to a person and not talk thru texting .

Nice stay

The hotel is way better than anything nearby. There aren't really any restaurants within walking distance which is the biggest negative. During my stay there was some kind of water leak near the laundry room so some of the carpet was wet but it was easy to walk through. The hot water was not hot enough in the morning so don't expect to be in a sauna. Breakfast was pretty simple: cereal, juice, yogurt, bread, and a packaged hot breakfast sandwich.
