It was sort of stark. I had stayed there before but it was not the same. Sort of vanilla.
Hard to work tv.
Air blew on me directly and if turned down it was too warm.
May look for newer facility when I return to area.
Staff was excellent, it was clean.

Great place to stay!! Gave my dogs treats.
Regina
Great friendly staff. Room could use a good deep cleaning.
Talena
Rooms should be cleaner.
Ashley
Front desk was amazing!
Chelsea
We had a great trip to Fort Wayne, the room was great and clean and the fridge and microwave were super helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool but I do think a few more chairs in there would have been nice. The breakfast was worth it and we enjoyed it! Thank you for the staff for being kind!
Brian
Staff was awesome. With newer hotels as options in the area, ownership should look at a total rehab. The half assed rehab shows.

I have always been very picky about my hotels, and wasn’t certain about booking The Hampton, but I am so glad I did. This was hands down the best experience I have EVER had with a kind, friendly, and helpful staff. While it’s true that this Hampton is not the newest hotel building in the area, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and it was a quiet stay. I stayed several days along with different family members during a family emergency and visiting the nearby hospital. They got to know us and our situation, and anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had. I am so grateful to have had such a welcoming place to come back to during such a stressful time. This should be no contest. Stay here!
alex
Great spot with a great team serving the property. Room's were clean and fairly updated.

Beds were terrible. For A Hilton brand didn’t live up to their standards.
Robert
Staff very courteous and helpful
Jamie
Room was filthy, mold in bathroom. We left and stayed at another hotel over staying in filth.
Katie
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Paul
Everything was great the only thing was alittle disappointing was I have been to hotels that does not cost as much and I had more tv channels.
Gina
The staff was really nice, but we had to switch rooms due to a broken shower, which was a lot of work and they did not offer us a discount
The next room had a crooked toilet that looked like it was gonna break

Staff all very nice. Breakfasts good! Bathrooms need updating. Only one chair in 2 queen bed room.
Lisa
Clean and nice staff. Room was shower only. False fire alarm went off in middle of the night. Neighbors in the halls and above us were extra noisy but the room was clean. The hotel was clean.
Skylar
Friendly, quick check-in. Clean amenities
Kelly

Very nice stay
Kelly
The room itself was fine, a bit outdated and worn. We had to switch rooms due to another guest smoking pot and it wafting through our ac/heating unit. The employee at the counter was very kind about it and did not make a fuss over switching our room, was apologetic even though he had no control over it. The pool was chilly, not as cold as most hotel pools however. The real disappointment came from the temperature of the hot tub. That was cold! Felt like a Luke warm bath that sat for an hour. As with most, there was an abundance of chlorine and our eyes could only tolerate about 30 minutes of pool time. Staff we encountered was all very friendly, breakfast was mediocre at best, and the rooms could definitely use an update. Location was wonderful and convenient. Close to many great restaurants and things to do.
Joshua
Great stay! Clean room and the suite was spacious. Free breakfast was great!
Jody
The room was clean and the staff was very courteous! We had an issue with both bathroom outlets not working, but the front desk gave us an extension cord because we didn’t want to change rooms.
Cierra
Affordable for long term stays and nice staff!

ROBERT
Didn't like that the tv remote battery was dead.
Didn't like that the alarm clock was unplugged and the time not set.
Didn't like that the ice tray was frozen solid and encrusted with days of ice.
Staff resolved the issues, and we were very happy with the atmosphere.

Donna
Very clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Some noise from ice machine room.
Dustin
Bed felt like it was about to collapse, every time you move it was like an old school water bed. The room smelled like chlorine and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a phone was ringing. Staff was very polite and friendly though.
Danielle
The Staff was good but the room was dirty, sticky drawers, hair in the clean towels and the room smelled terrible.
Jeanine
Hotel is outdated and desperately needs updating. Not worth the price paid. Will stay elsewhere in the future when in the area.
Anthony T.
Room was very beat up and in need of renovation. Carpet was dirty and the furniture was in poor shape.
Toni
Appreciated being recognized as Rewards member. Very pleasant experience at registration.
J
The staff was excellent! Our tub didn’t drain, so it slowly filled as you showered, which was gross to stand in 2+ inches of water that probably wasn't just my own.
Michelle
Friendly staff
Staff was fantastic. Elevators were down for part of a day but fixed quickly. Pool & hot tub was nice. Location is very close to 69/469, hospitals & restaurants.
Galen
Ft Wayne’s best
We stayed one night with 6 people in two suites. Great service, easy check in, great breakfast. Their staff are very helpful, friendly, they even recommended a dinner restaurant. We returned on our way home and had the same great service.
Maria
Everyone was sooo friendly
Michael
So far so good, looking forward to a good night’s sleep.
Shawn
This hotel was not bad. Weird check in, seemed like the front desk did not believe I am who I said I am. She questioned my name. Then the fire alarm went off at 7:30pm due to excessive weed smoke and again at 1:30am with no reason why. Breakfast was good and the manager was very respectful to guests and staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I am on the fence whether I would stay there again.
Susan
The suite was perfect for my stay with 2 young children. They had plenty of room to play and move about. We used the indoor pool frequently and it was kept clean. The breakfast buffet served hot food and had plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
Kevin
Excellent quality
Very clean and easy to get to from Parkview Regional Med. Center
Molly
Very calm peaceful and nice
Angela
For us, it was situated in the perfect spot. Food was near by. The road to our family and the church was right out front. It accommodated our many family members on short notice and everyone was extremely nice and polite.
Beth
All staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. Our room was clean and inviting.
Erin
Pretty clean, hair on the toilet seat and carpet did not look vacuumed, but rest seemed okay. Noisy. Room near elevator so people in halls running, yelling and slamming doors until about 1 am. Thin walls and could hear everything next door. I took a picture of the door in the dark and you can see from the light in the hall that there are huge gaps around the door which probably contributes to the extra noise and coldness. Pool was warm, hot tub a little warmer than pool, seemed clean enough. Breakfast fine.
Gary
It is a convenient location to visit our son and his family.
Teri
There was not any hot water, it was just warm when turned all the way to hot. The sheets did not fit/stay on bed. The comforter was dirty/stained. The heat in the room was set to 90 and it was just barely warm in the room. They did not keep the hot food stocked for breakfast. It was very disappointing.
Michael
Great stay. Close to my event, and very friendly staff
Marian L
The staff really cares about making sure you have everything you need.
Tracy L
Never again!!!
We got to the room and the refrigerator was dirty inside and damaged. The room was so cold. We tried to turn the heat up but we still had to sleep with our coats on. The beds hurt our backs. So we didn't sleep well at all. I had to be at the hospital is the morning for a biopsy. I had problems laying on the bed at the hospital do to my back hurting so much from the night. Before. I will not be staying at the hotel ever again. I travel a lot and do not have much problems with Hamilton Inn.
Jimmie
THE PEOPLE WERE NICE AND THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING

Hotel and furnishings were older than expected but fairly maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfulwhich was definitely the best asset for this hotel. Beds were not very comfortable but sufficient for the 3 night stay. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Clean room and staff was very friendly.

An older property that could use some updating.

The girl at the front desk was amazing 😁

Room could be cleaner

Given a handicap room. Hand held shower broken. Had a real nice view of the back of the marquee 🙄

We rolled in late. The front desk person was happy and welcoming. It made our evening stay easier and our check-out the next morning was also quick and easy
James
Excellent friendly staff
Eric
Pool and Hot Tub were out of service for the entire 5 day stay.
George
The beds were comfortable, the staff friendly. We never ate the breakfast because we were either up too late or left early but it smelled good. Rooms were clean.
My only complaint is getting towels and having the trash emptied. We ended up putting dirty towels and trash out in the hall and had to ask for clean towels and trash bags.
Other than that it was a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay
Nice big room for our family. Really great breakfast buffet. Stocked and lots to choose from. Really welcoming clerk at front desk.
Mike
Everything about the room and our stay was Excellent, including the breakfast options. Our only complaint was coming from the room above us, whoever was there seem to be running a relay race back-and-forth across the room lasted often on for nearly an hour. Was going to call down to the front desk, but the telephone was not connected and about that time the noise quit. Other than that very clean very convenient I would recommend this hotel. Thank you.
Abby
Upon arrival of the hotel room, we noticed a pungent smell and that the toilet had been used and not flushed prior to us arriving. The beds were very uncomfortable and the noise level was absurd.
David
Great place and location. Friendly staff and convenient to restaurants, gas station and shopping.
Edleslie
I didnt like dirt and stains on bathroom floor, unremoveable dirt stains embedded on the edges of bathtub, area around fridge dirty and extremely worn. The looks of this room is a major downgrade from previous stays i had at Hampton hotels.
Marlene
The price per night was perfect!
Marlene
We enjoyed the quiet room, the friendly check and breakfast available.
We were concerned when we found left over food in the refrigerator!

Check in was great and GM Mustafa extremely kind and helpful. Small error with the room but it was handled quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was very good. Room was nice and clean. Great stay!
Kassie
Pool could have been warmer
EUGENE
The toilet seat is loose in room 325, also the toilet paper holder is coming out of the wall.Breakfast bar was good. Over all the room was clean.
Brittany
It was very relaxing very clean very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable the shower was clean. The only thing I was displeased with was the pool/hot tub there were constantly too many people in there and no type of rotation for other people to get in and enjoy it.
Jason
Very clean , quiet and updated room . Will stay again
Doug
Dated and just a slough of people at the pool that were not patrons of the property. Room had a slight odor of mildew to it. Breakfast was decent. Lots of noise transferred to the room from the road traffic.
Susan
Good hot breakfast, pleasant staff. We’ll-kept fitness equipment.
Andrea
Location was good for us.
Jaime
Clean comfortable stay
Lauren
Clean, comfortable room in a convenient location. Hot tub was wonderful. Also appreciated that the shower had a non-slip surface. Breakfast was great. The workout room had decent equipment, although I didn't get around to using it. Would definitely stay again if in the same area.
