Very nice, can’t get a better deal
Chris
First got there power just come on. Was told would have to run water about 5 mins. Water ran for awhile still a brown color after 30 mins. Older building. Staff ok
Caden
Over all nice place to stay at, cheap as well. Room was clean, everything was nice especially with taking a trip from Michigan, stopping in Ohio and staying the night in Indiana.
GUS
The location was convenient (off I-69). The price was very reasonable. The room was clean. The A/C worked well. It was quiet. You can't find a better hotel deal in Ft. Wayne.
Richard
Good for pets
Richard

Staff are great. You need to fix parking lot
Right before entrance on rt side of bldg to get to rooms.. There is broken concrete. I stepped up but then caught my shoe, and fell on face. Have painful swollen, bruised, purple left side of face, bruised lip. Left knee bruised, swollen. As well as some neck pain. My bookbag saved me from getting hurt worse as it took the brunt of it.
I had it on the front of me. Going on two to my.. Was going to stay again but prob not now..

This is my favorite place to stay, it’s always clean, and very laid back.
Steven
All of their rooms are No Smoking rooms and I love that because I don't smoke and I don't want to inhale someone's second hand smoke. The room was clean, smoke free and cheap; it was exactly what I needed.
Carol
We didn't use any of the amenities, but was happy to get a room at a late time. Thanks for being there.
david
Great stay for an economic room . Great location next to a nice diner.
Michael
Overpriced. Maintenance of renovated room lacking. Nice renovation as far as furniture but beaten up a bit. Front desk staff was great.courteous and helpful.
Jeffersson
I liked the stay at the excellent hotel
James
Be careful with your belongings!!! The manager opened my door while I was in the bed!!! Never knocked!!! I got up she closed the door then asked if I need service!!! Never again will I stay or recommend anyone too. Because if I wasn’t in my room no telling what she may have stole or even planted in there
kodjo
Could do better
Melinda
The safety measures at this hotel were horrible. 1st- we checked in and the front desk person announcement the room number of the couple in front of us and also announced our room number while other people were in the lobby. Secondly, the door to the outside would not lock and anyone could have access to the rooms in the hotel. We did not feel safe at all and ended up not staying and losing out of $155.
Richard
I stay here whenever I can. The staff is always kind and quick with the check in and out. But above all, they allow my dogs and I’m so grateful for that!
Richard
Pet friendly with returnable deposit. Will definitely stay here again. The stay was fairly quiet and pleasant.
Jamie
The whole stay was horrible. Housekeeping never came the entire stay and cleaned the room .I slept in the same sheets and blankets I did when I first stayed there . I had to do most of the cleaning myself. And there were bugs we got bit by and we constantly had to go to the front desk for towels and cups and such
Dawn
The room itself was ok except for the nonstop pounding noises coming from above me. They were renovating the room above me so I got to listen to that every single day. And...I complained nicely about it twice and absolutely nothing was done. The whole place smelled like marijuana! People were literally just sitting outside smoking it out in the open. So if you're into that then this is the motel for you.

Very easy check-in very late arrival time!! Professional and courteous night staff.
Very pleasantly suprised with the beautiful up grades done and that shower was devine and safety as a priority was acheived and so apreciated !! Like what was done with the pool that was closed but pots of beautiful flowers placed all around. You definitely "kept the light on for us!!"

The area looked a little “rough” with two strip clubs in walking distance. I realize this is not fault of Motel 6.
Tony
Pleasant stay for the weekend. It’s clean and safe, no pet fee which is a plus! It’s quite but I think it needs more lighting in the back and there’s an odor smell but it didn’t bother me much.
Jorge
Looks Great

Shady area, located between several strip clubs.

Couldn’t make it (car trouble) tried to cancel no phone number on reservation, tried email.
Got charged. When I finally made contact they said no refund.
I disagree.

Great... except for the fleas. (Hopped on my dog, soon after arrival, had to order flea spray from Walmart) Could be coming stray cats in the area. Other that great location, nice people, cozy room.
Jeffrey
Nice room and did not charge a huge sum for dogs
Charles
Value plus
Value was great. Don’t pay much and you don’t get much. But it was clean safe and comfortable. A good deal all around
Patrick
Standard, nothing special
The room was standard, high priced for a deluxe room. Nothing special. The part that hurts is charging for soap and shampoo, $1. Sounds cheep but this should be included, part of doing business. Same with extra towels. Again nothing special, I would try to find something else in the area. Had new flooring in the room, but was installed over the existing, just odd

Nice

I wish I would have known they asked for a $50 deposit. I got it back the next morning.
I liked that pets stayed free. Other pet owners do not pick up their pets poop, that’s why I marked the outside down.
The staff when I checked in was very nice.

Kindra
No common sense
I was charged 70.00 dollars for getting blood on the sheets and under cover for the mattress and 5.00 for 1 wash cloth I used before I left the hotel at 11:30am and was told that 70.00 has to be paid before I could stay at the hotel again told the lady working the front desk that amount was equivalent to 1 nights stay she said your correct told her I might just walk in pay the 70.00 and then leave for another hotel I will not want to stay here anymore because of the high price to buy new everything instead of just simply washing it
Kindra
This sucks
I started my period and accidentally got blood on my sheets and bed cover and 1 wash rag was told by employee at hotel he spoke to about it to bill me for 70.00 thats the price of 1 nights staying at hotel because they had to throw it all away
Morgan
I will stay again
Nice hotel and we even got a pretty good deal , pet friendly also.
Kindra
To loud at 1am
The people in room 111 woke me up before 1am knocking on the door so loud I checked my door went to bathroom shut the door and heard them say open the door called front desk to complian about noise

Stayed out of necessity
The rooms were clean. The hotel was refreshed with paint but still dated an worn. Big gap around door to hallway and bathroom door. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Stayed cause there were no affordable hotels available.
Nate
The staff and residents were very welcoming and polite.
JULIA
We had a great stay. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was an excellent diner right nearby!

Staff are very pleasant. Rooms are clean but you can still smell the cigarette smoke on the hallway. Other than that I have no complaints.

Fred

My room was pleasant to walk into air-conditioning was at 68 degrees
Elinor
Great reception staff!

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. Check in and check out were easy and quick. The neighborhood around the hotel is a bit rough, but the hotel and parking lot were well lit and secure. Just spent a quick overnight. My son said his bed was comfy, and I thought mine was fine. If you’re looking for a clean, no-frills place to stay, this hotel is fine. The Liberty Diner right next door is a diamond in the rough.
Kindra
Nathan was at the front desk and he greeted me and checking in was fast and easy. I have enjoyed my stay at motel 6 the staff and maid's are friendly and very helpful. I always stay at motel 6 and look forward to coming back.
Kindra
I booked a second night's stay at motel 6 and had the front desk person knocking on my door are you staying or leaving I said I'm staying I booked through hotel.com she said sorry I closed the door. Hotel staff should check to see if someone is booked before they knock on a customer's door.
