The hotel was pretty meh overall. But the service provided by the day time front desk staff, especially Jordan, was horrendous.
We stayed a few days and then our transmission died so we were waiting on a vehicle, and to get into our Airbnb, but check in was a couple of hours. So we needed to stay in the lobby and out of the 91 degree heat due to our 12 month old baby.
The earlier lady was permissive, but it wasn't until Jordan threatened my wife and called the cops on her claiming she was loitering. No options were given, no additional days, rental of the pool, or anything. Just very rude antagonistic anti service. She was breastfeeding our son and Jordan woke him up with the loud threats and then he gawked at her as she sat exposed on the couch. He claimed it wasn't his fault and he didn't care.
No compassion, no consideration.
Really awful.
I've never seen service this horrible personally before.
The rooms themselves were less than ideal, with strange red stains on the walls and near the sockets, the shampoo kept dripping in the shower, and the overall level of maintenance was just low for the building.
I didn't realize it would be worse then staying at a cheap motel. A motel 6 would have been better.
The pool was supposed to be open, but had a maintenance sign saying it was closed.
There was a torn up and derelict ceiling in the lobby.
And the breakfast was awful. The second worst continental I've ever had.

The only good thing was how close it was to Ray's BBQ

Staff was not very pleasant. They were arguing with another customer in the lobby about a receipt. They said they would clean the rooms every other day and never came to clena our room or refresh towels etc. Pool was closed for \"maintinece\" workers on their phone and not paying attention to guest we waited 5 minutes for him to look up from his cell phone to assist us.

I’m not even sure where to start, honestly. When we got into our room, I noticed there weren’t any towels. I called the front desk, but there wasn’t an answer. My son then told me that the bathroom door wouldn’t shut; I thought that was odd, but went to check it out. Sure enough, the top hinge was loose, so we had to lift the door in order to fully close it! I walked down to the front desk to report both items (towels and door), and was assured they would be taken care of when we returned from our graduation ceremony. We returned to our room around 9:30pm, and neither situation had been handled. I tried to call down to the front desk, but no answer (again). I walked down, and this time was told there were towels in the dryer and to come back in 40 minutes. My son and his friend walked down at that time, and were told they had all been given out. Excuse me, what? They told the person working that I had requested 2 towels; apparently he was extremely rude to them, but eventually gave them 2 towels for the room. The door was never fixed during our stay. I find it frustrating that I could never get ahold of anyone via phone, and that the front desk staff were all rude and dismissive of my requests. AND, to top it off, the pool was closed! 0 ⭐️, would not recommend!

It was an adequate stay for one night and would stay again for the favorable pricebut…the pool was closed and I assume also the gym because the key pad didn’t work for it. .i was near an outside door and the key pad didn’t work so I couldn’t come in and out the door. There were no large towels or floor mat in my room, only hand towels. Finally and most importance… Expedia advertises that the checkout time for this room is 12 PM and all of my Expedia documents say 12 PM. However, as I was getting ready at 11 AM, first the housekeeping, and then the front desk came knocking on my door and calling through the door for me. They informed me that checkout time was 11 AM and when I told them that all of my documentation stated 12 PM they said they had instructed Expedia to change the time. I told them that I would get ready as quickly as I could and vacate the room, but I did not love this experience of a nice easy morning getting cut short by being abruptly asked to leave before I was ready. Either Expedia needs to immediately update their information or the hotel needs to allow Expedia guests to stay until noon. This was an unpleasant surprise.

Little bit older but a good place to stay. The staff were friendly. We did have a loose handle, the lock side, in our bathroom and did inform the front desk staff about it when we checked out. We didn't break it! We stayed here for the Luke Combs concert. Breakfast is available in the mornings. We definitely would stay there again if ever in the area again.

Never ever stay here. Disgustingly filthy, dresser drawer handles broken and falling off. Door handle plate dirty dried liquid not wiped. Pink bacteria ring in the bathroom sink. Bathroom counter not clean or wiped down. I wiped it down with a paper napkin and was brown with dirt.
Dead bugs in stairwell and walls filthy. Deplorable!!!!!!! Could not stay left in a hurry!

The pool was out of order- one reason I picked it. Mini fridge was in dire need of defrost. There was dirt on the curtains- like someone flung ketchup at it. Coffee maker in room did not have a tray for the packets. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, price good for my budget.

I paid for a hotel room online with my virtual card due to my card and wallet being stolen. I had nowhere to stay. I had already got this room in advance and they wanted me to show the card. I didn’t have the card. I asked them if I could give them any other proof and they said no so I paid that money and I still didn’t have anywhere to stay got stuck out there had to find a different hotel room didn’t have the funds on my card anymore because they already got taken out.

I chose not to stay at this faculty and had to book a mother room elsewhere. The furniture was old and stained. The cushion covers zippers were broken and the rest of the furniture was old and worn. The carpet was torn in a couple spots. I stepped on the carpet tack nails. There was a tree air freshener stuck on the return vent of the ac unit and the grille cover had not been cleaned very well. Not as advertised in the ap pics. Wish I could get my points back.

Quiet and pretty clean hotel. Great area. The heater was on 90 degrees when we arrived! The one and only outlet in bathroom does not work. There was leaking shampoo all in bathtub and only 2 towels. Beds were nice. Good closet and full length mirror. Great mirror lighting in bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Very friendly front desk guy.

I took a shower and then the bathroom smelled of urine badly.air conditioner sqeeked or whined the entire time there.
Head board had thick dust along the entire length of the headboard.

There was a rodent in the room, yea I was given another room but was uncomfortable and at that point unable to relax and return to sleep. I complained to the manager and was told I would get a refund for the inconvenience BUT that was a lie and now the manager is avoiding all my emails and calls. I will never stay here again!

Room was disgusting. Roaches in multiple places of the room that we killed. Bathroom was dirty and stuff was broken. The ac unit box was broken. Drove 13 hours through the day and picked this place close to the college, arriving in middle of night. Will not be staying there again. Guy at front desk wasn’t even gonna tell me what the incidentals hold was. I had to ask multiple times. He just kept demanding my id and card. Was $100 for half a night staying there. When most all hotels are $50 and we didn’t arrive until close to midnight and checked out at 10 am. Just disappointing place.

Everything has been great, until this evening. I had a bike stolen from me, so i went and got the bike back, but it was just a frame and two wheels. I was told i had to leave my bike outside with no way to lock up to be stolen again, by two guys at front desk. Said they dont allow working on bikes here. I have no tools to do that. But your boasting how close to campus that you are? I really hope my bike does not come up missing again.

No cold water, fifty carpet, no towels or toilet paper, no coffee could not take a bath or shower only hot water even the stool had hot water. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, making us feel welcome. The cool temperature in the room added to our comfort. Although the housekeeping staff diligently cleaned during our two-day visit, they overlooked making the bed, which could enhance the overall experience. While the TV was on the smaller side for enjoying sports or movies, it didn’t detract from our stay. However, finding the driveway was a bit challenging due to a large dumpster placed near the road, next to the construction site of the restaurant in front of the hotel, which could be easily addressed for better accessibility.

Check in was great! The guy who checked us in was nice and the process was quick and easy. When we got into the room it smelled like smoke, mildew, and BO. We were in a hurry to get to where we needed to go so we couldn’t take the time to address it then. When we got back, we noticed that we didn’t have any towels to shower and the hand towels and wash cloth that were in there were dirty. We went down to get new ones which they gave us. But even those had stains all over them. Terribly kept place (I’m not even sure they cleaned our room, probably just made the bed).

I only had a couple of complaints. The filters on the a/c was very dirty, they only gave us 1towel, 1rag and 1 hand towel. They did give us more when asked. They also did not provide shampoo. But they switched me to a different room on the opposite side. Place needs updating as it is old and pretty run down. I needed a place to crash so I stayed.

The man at the front desk had to get off his phone to check us in. I felt like a big distraction for him. He only said the lines that he was taught and did not respond to anything that we suggested or said.
Breakfast was standard breakfast food, but served with broken items.
These stay in the hotel itself was good. Nice hot water for showers in the morning with good water pressure. Comfortable and clean room.

Check in was easy buy there was an unexpected charge that was not listed and I'm thankful I had it otherwise I would have been out of luck. At check in there was a 100.00 charge that I was told would be returned 48 hours after I check out.

I understand it's for damage and just in case but was a surprise. When we got to the room, everything seemed good and clean but at 2 am I found a baby Scorpion on the bathroom floor.

The breakfast was basic but available and not the worse part of the stay. On the day of check out, we were awaken by someone cleaning the window units and we were on the ground floor so it was not nice to be woken up that way.

I will more than likely stay at the place next door!

So many broken or non-functional items in this hotel. Bathroom fans, not working toilets loose on the floor sink faucet just attached from the sink, broken furniture in the bedroom desk leg glued together, barely able to hold weight numerous outlets not working in the bedroom. The overall condition of the hotel in general was in disarray. Air conditioning, not turned on in the hotel hallways. The staff was great and pleasant but the owners really need to invest in simple maintenance and upkeep
