It needs an update for the decor. Chair had a rip in the arm. Couch was not comfortable.

I was charged $14 a night for parking but had to parking almost a block away. Note:
it was in their huge parking lot but had to complete with the convention center. If I pay for parking there should be be a paid only parking area.

Hot tub was out of service, 2 of 3 elevarors went down Sunday morning while the whole hotel was trying to check out. Lack of carts to service guests during peak times. Got scolded by staff for wandering into the breakfast area after breakfast times.

Clean overall, very nice room with a great view of the airport and the East side of Norman.

Packed hotel this weekend. Not a place for a quiet retreat, but it has great amenities on site and is in a great location.

Nightly parking charge is a bit much and out of step with the region.

Overall positive experience.

Disappointing stay at Embassy Suites. Checking in went well. When got to the room it wasn’t well maintained. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was mildew on the bathtub grout. No blankets for the pull out bed. The first morning of our stay we attempted to use the breakfast provided which ended at 9:30am. Went down at 9:10am and there was barely any food left. Just crumbs of bacon, fruit and yogurt gone, no pastries, etc. We then tried to get coffee and that was completely out. I walked around trying to find a staff member to ask to make more coffee. When I finally found a kitchen staff member, I told her the coffee was out and could she make some more. She said “Yeah, I’m not gonna make any more”. I said “you’re kidding right? It’s not even 9:30 yet” She looked at her watch and said “well it’s 9:25 and takes 7 min to brew so I’m not going to make any”. There were 5 other people waiting at the coffee area trying to get coffee too and they found it empty. They witnessed her talk rudely to us and then she walked away. We all looked at each other in disbelief. The hotel was completely full due to University of Oklahoma graduation weekend and there was only 1 pot of coffee for a hotel that probably had 750+ people staying there. An hour later I received a text from the front desk asking if I needed anything and told them blankets and the bathroom door to be fixed and that I would be leaving soon and gone till late evening. 10hrs later got back-no blankets or door fixed.

I booked my reservation through Expedia. When I checked out, I asked for a hard copy receipt and when I got home I noticed you didn’t have my home address correct and I am worried. Please let me know how you came up with a Las Vegas NV address for me when I have been coming to your hotel for over 7 years and the entire time I have lived in Fort Worth TX.

The room was outdated looking with a broken lamp.The bed, sheets, blankets and pillows were uncomfortable. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and got a suite with 1 bed and a pull out sofa that my kids slept on. The pull out sofa had dirty sheets that were stained. The staff did bring up clean sheets right away. The free breakfast looked and smelled amazing. The staff was top notch and really went out of their way for guests.

The sink in the bathroom leaked when turned on and the mattress sagged quite a bit in the middle. It needed replacing. Went to the bar for a quick drink and limited options for happy hour specials, 2 types of beers and a couple of mixed drinks. Bartenders passed us several times before waiting on us. Very disappointed in Embassy Suites @ Norman.

The carpet in our room was duct taped to the floor and the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off. In the hall, there were hugh wrinkles in the carpet. On the first floor there were bugs in a light fixture hanging from the ceiling. The carpet in and around the bar area was very badly stained. The breakfast selection was minimal.

My stay at this Embassy property was very disappointing. I had reserved a premium room, but upon check‑in I was given a room on a lower floor that did not match what I booked. The room itself was not clean — the bed sheets had stains and the comforter was also dirty. When I brought these issues to the night manager’s attention, he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He stated he only had one person working that night. On top of that, the beds were hard as bricks, making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not stay here again.

The pool/hot tub room smelled strong of chlorine, it was soo bad that my friends and I eyes were BURNING and we didn’t even get in the pool. We are sad we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub but it was spring break. Breakfast ended very early at 930. Overall the stay was great and the staff were amazing. It was close to a lot of places so it was nice. Would definitely recommend

Beds were sunken in and not comfortable. Breakfast was continously empty. I felt like I worked there as many times as I had to track a worker down and let them know something wasnt working or things were empty. Despite the noticeably long lines of people looking around for help. I chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Both were closed down on night of our stay and then the hot tub was still closed the following morning. The advertisement of sound proof rooms are a joke. We were next to the staff room and another family. All we heard were the slamming of the staff door and their loud conversations, and the shenanigans of the family next to us. The kids kept running up and down the hallway knocking on our door then running back into their room and banging on their own door almost every 5mins. We finally got tired of it and knocked on their door asking to speak with an adult, the oldest one told us the parents werent there and they had been left in the room (which explains why they were being disruptive). All evening this occurred. We asked for an extra blanket while checking in and waited 3hours for it. During that 3hours i called down twice and front desk called up twice to see if it had been delivered which it hadnt. We also requested towels as we were only given 3 when the room was booked for 4. About an hour and a half wait for those as well. The tvs also kept turning off and resetting in both room during the entire stay. Very unpleasant stay

We booked this place due to the pool hot tub and location! And none of those disappointed. The rooms were also cleaned. We were on the10th floor and really appreciated how quickly the elevators moved! We never waited for more than a few seconds. There were a lot of people during breakfast so food was not kept stocked but just meant a couple more trips. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We didn’t really use anything but our room and ate breakfast. The breakfast was buffet with lots of options. Our room was nice. The mattresses were ok. The only real complaint would be the shampoo bottle was empty but wasn’t discovered until I was already in the shower. Other than that everything was ok.

All in all I recommend this property, because it checks all of the boxes. The location is in the middle of multiple restaurants, shopping stores, and various other amenities. I had the suite, it was very clean, was not noisy at all and the scenery from inside of the hotel is nice! Staff was very helpful with suggestions of where to get certain things with great customer service, kudos to Allen.
