This was definitely one of the most sketch hotels we've ever stayed at. They don't even allow people into the lobby, but the room, while looking worn, was clean. The bed was comfortable and clean, as well. If you just need a place to sleep and have nothing of value attached to your vehicle, it's a good, cheap spot. But, if they won't even allow people into the lobby, it shows it's a rough neighborhood.

I made a reservation with this motel because they said that they would accept people coming in at 3 AM in the morning. I paid for a Friday Saturday leave Sunday. We didn’t start our flight. I tried calling them multiple times they hung up on me. And then I called orbit to let them know about us missing our flight and that we wouldn’t be able to check in until the next day and told them that whoever answered the phone at the motel hung up on me twice. That guy proceeded to call. He called me back. He said that they did not answer and he would have to call me in the morning and let me know. Nobody ever call me back in the morning. When I was finally able to get to the motel, the lady proceeded to tell me that we have no reservation for you guys and that she never hung up on me two times so she took my money and didn’t even let us stay one night under my reservation. I find this very rude. She was rude. I’m upset with orbit that they didn’t get back to me. Neither I’ve lost so much money on this trip I would not stay at a motel ever again.

When I arrived I had to set in the parking lot for well over an hour waiting for a staff member to show up so I could check in. Then I get to my room to find an extremely outdated room that isn't fit for much more than an hourly rate motel. This is in fact a motel so I wasnt expecting anything great but this was beyond a bad experience this has all the makings of a stephen king novel.

It was in a rough part of town. We never had to put a deposit on a room at any motel 6 till now. Deposit was $60. We also got a knock at the door at 10:30 asking if we were checking out when check out time is at 11. Like we were being rushed. The wifi never worked for us. It was very disappointing

I already knew this places wasn't the best from a previous stay but this was bad. The front desk lady provided awful service including trying to tell me that my room was on the first floor because she called tbe first floor the \"ground\" floor and then the second floor the \"first\" floor. Then not having the room I had reserved and paid for. She then gave me a downgraded room for no discount. After getting in the room I asked for extra towels and pillows because there was early the minimum amount and I was told no. After the first night I realized the room had roaches. I then called a few days later to check on why my deposit had not been returned to my card and the same front desk lady couldn't even find where I had a room and paid for it.

No Need to Complin

There was a constant alarm sound. I ask the front desk to change my room. The attendant came to the floor below ,1st, and said he could not hear anything. I told him to come to my room and he would hear the sound. He said it was most likely the smoke detector. he told me to remove the battery. I did not feel safe, so I did not remove the battery. I ask for another room. He said he did not have any other rooms. I had a 6am flight out the next morning so I stayed for the 5 hours. Did not feel like the voice of the customer mint anything at this Motel 6.

Clean but extremely bare bones.

Got off to a lousy start. The lobby was locked, so I had to check in via a pay window, like I was ordering a hamburger. Also, the area I had to stand in to use this window was in a sunroom-type of area, with direct sunlight and no ventilation, and a foul odor. Then it took the clerk at least 3 tries to run my card for the deposit, so it was an \"extended stay\" in the hot stinky sunroom to check in.
The room itself was recently redone, clean, and fairly pleasant.
BE WARNED: There is no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. And the wireless internet did NOT work.
Glad I was there less than 12 hours.

Tried to charge me for my room and had to argue even with receipt, ac did not work and took 2 hours to get another room. Second room the floors were so dirty my feet were black walking from shower to bed. Had to were shoes constantly. My Cousins room (319) had dirty sheets, was dirtier than ours and had a black widow infestation in the bathroom. The dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Also rate I paid was higher than if I would have just showed up. This place is a joke and there will not be another stay ever. Motel 6 is trash never again.

The room was not up to par, the bed was weak. The sheets were not clean enough, the comforter had cigarette burns and we were in a nonsmoking room. The AC unit had an unwelcoming smell, so much that my clothes had the smell and I had to wash them when I got home, including ones I did not wear.
We found hair and dead flies around the bed. Not enough bedding or pillows. The comforter was very thin.

The bathroom was pretty clean. The bathroom faucet had so much pressure you had to be careful not to spray yourself.
The floor was sticky in places.

Our room faced the highway and you could hear every car going up the on-ramp.

The picture on your website looks better than what we got, that is why I initially picked it, plus the cost and location.

There was a homeless man in the bushes. No real pet area to let the pets potty. The shower was filthy on the bottom. Glad we wear sandals. The TV didn’t work. Yes we tried changing the input/source. The final morning as my fiancé was showering there was a roach on the floor. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. For a cheap stay that’s exactly what we got. Most other Motel 6’s I would rate better this place was the worst Motel 6 I’ve stayed at. We usually stay because pets are free.

First thing the lady at desk could not find our reservation. She said come back in 3 hours...Hotels.com resent it and we checked in. Had to pay a $50 deposit and was threatened that if our service dogs left 1 hair we don't get deposit back. So she found a hair. Hmm imagine that..no deposit back. Room had dead bugs and dirt on floor. Bedspreads had holes from smokers size of quarters.. No ice machine that was on due to Covid!! Seriously! No fridge or microwave. 1 big towel for 2 adults and 1 child. No shampoos or soap. Half roll of toilet paper no extra roll. Holes in wood floor. Very outdated. Rude Rude staff. Not worth my time taking pics. Glad it was for 1 night only..slept and got out. These people are not about the Oklahoma Standard. We treat people better.

You certainly cant expecr much for 50 a night but i wish the staff wasnt rude. I went to check in and tbat guy started demanding more money for deposits which is annoying when any hotels do it except he made me go find an atm because that part they wanted in cash. I had 2 rooms 50 extra dollars per room. The next morning they only tried giving 50 of it back and i had to argue for 20 mins to get all of my 100 dollars back . the room was ok. But the shower is only meant for short people had low water pressure in it. Its literally 5 mins from the airport which i loved but these guys need to get their acts together.

When i checked into the hotel, it went smoothly but that was the last positive thing I can say.
The room looked clean upon arrival but shortly after entering the roaches appeared. Asked for a new room and was given one. The next room had roaches as well as bedbugs and water from upstairs that fell from the bathroom light fixture. Again asked for a new room and was given one. The 3rd room was also occupied by roaches and bedbugs. At this point i just checked out and went to another place. Overall, i was very unhappy with the lack of cleanliness and appearant lack of sanitization.

It was a motel 6, so they do not provide Shampoo. The internet signal was intermittent. But what I did not like the most is that they asked me to sign a document in which I agreed that motel 6 was NOT liable if someone cause damage to my car. This made me to be worried that maybe something happened in the past; therefore, the parking lot was unsafe.

We were moved to 3 different rooms, them my husband had to physically move a refrigerator so we would have one that worked. The room did not have a functioning smoke detector, there were bare wires all over the room even at the restroom sink. I also went to go outside to smoke at 1145pm and the door handle came off in my hand it took less 30 mins to get out of the room. I went to take a shower while there alone I could not lock the door because the door lock was installed with the lock to the inside of the room. There was a ajoinging room to our room that at first look was locked but when knobbed turned opened the door to the other room and there was no way to lock that door so the people in the other room had access to ours. When I spoke with Carlita the manager at the property she yelled at me as if it were my fault. I will never rent at a Motel 6 again and I will follow up with the inspector to make sure these things are handled. Terrible experience.
