The room had many areas that were visibly dirty : the outside of the the refrigerator, the bathroom vanity, parts of the closet.
Worse than that was, after I had settled in for the night I realized that the roll of toilet paper had 3 little squares on the roll. There was no extra rolls any where in the bathroom.
I tried to call the front desk, I could hear them but they couldnt hear me. The phone cord was very damaged where it attached to the reciever.
I went down to the front desk and had to ask for a roll of toilet paper. I felt this was unreasonable.
I also talked to the front desk the next morning. All that was said both times, oh sorry we will let house keeping know.

I have stayed at residence inn before. I have noted they are the lower end of Marriott hotel lines. I have never experienced this level of what i consider to be pretty gross place to stay. I will not be staying at those any more.

We had until 3:00 am to check in coming in from a different state and they canceled our reservation at 1:00 am. They canceled the whole reservation not just 1 day and it was booked 3 weeks in advance. We also asked if we could just book it again once we got there to check in and they said no check ins until 3:00 pm.

The Marriott was outdated. The room was clean but gaudy in appearance. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was less than average, but made the grade. I saved $20.00 by not eating at a Dennys. For $117.00 i slept in a 1 bedroom suite and had plenty of room. I will return. The Marriott was very cost-effective, and they care about their guest.

Stay was a nightmare, had to have room keys replaced 2 times because they malfunctioned had to wait for over an hour for someone to help get into room. There was ice cream in the freezer when we checked in. One of the beds was wobbly. One of the bedroom doors was broken you couldn’t close the door. The breakfast sausage had hair in it. But overall it was very roomy. I will try another location next time. Getting in the front door is a hassle if you have multiple suitcases because there is no sliding doors.

First room, plugs next to bed didn't work. Moved to second room. No towels, no waste basket, one plug next to bed didn't work. No stopper in tub for bath. Went to front desk, said out of towels, check back later. Also mall next to hotel has been vacant for years. Everything in area has closed except Texas Roadhouse. They charge $10 to park next to vacant mall with a thousand empty parking spaces.

The staff made the stay more bearable. Marriott needs to pay attention to this location because it seems like there hasn’t been any renovation or repairs done to it, since the place was built. Broken and missing appliances in the room, the laminate flooring was coming up in multiple places. Half of the downstairs floor, by the rooms, had no carpet and just that brown paper taped to the floor. I stayed on the south side cause it was close to my friends’ houses, but I won’t stay there again.

When we arrived we were told the key entrance system was down and staff jad to let us in with master key, which staff was sketchy, the entire hotel had missing sheet rock and exposed pipes. Inside the room the place was so gross could even set stuff on the floor. We did not stay in hotel and was refused a refund.

The amenities in the room were great. I was not happy that I booked a king room but got “upgraded” to a full room when I arrived but not charged any different especially when my receipt showed what I had booked for and the receptionist told me I was wrong. The second night my room key stopped working and I had to have it rekeyed.

When evening came the sound of the air conditioning was so loud that it was unbearable. The stay ended at that moment because the front desk could find no room in the hotel that did not have this level of noise and bother. It was a terrible experience, mostly because the stay ended-who could stay in a place in which sleep was impossible?

Rooms were obviously not cleaned thoroughly. Had to ask switch rooms as there was black mold in the bathroom and no working air. Next room has dirty wash cloth hanging on shower rod in with fold off curtain.

Room was dirty, area around the hotel is desolate other than a Texas Roadhouse. We got locked out of our room, and had front desk re-key our room 3 times, before the front desk agent finally came up with us and opened the door. Keys still didn’t work after that, meaning someone HAD to stay in the room to open the door when taking the dogs out.
Every employee at this property seemed to be ready for a new job.

I'd lay my head there again

The staff was generous enough to upgrade my room at no charge due to unforeseen circumstances and I was very grateful for that. It was difficult keeping the rooms warm, but it wasn't bad. The only bad thing about the place is the location. There isn't much in that location anymore, but it isn't a deal breaker. I would consider staying there again.

Upon arrival, the exterior of the hotel was poorly lit, with almost no lighting in the parking lot. The check-in clerk was rude and unwelcoming. Inside the room, the carpet was stained, and the closet doors were missing. The fireplace was nonfunctional, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. The curtains were visibly dirty, with dust accumulated at the top. The bedding consisted of only a thin sheet and a flimsy top cover, with no blanket provided. The pillows were equally thin and offered no support.

The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The night check in people were both new and it took a bit to get it done but they nice about it. Only real complaint was that the elevator got stuck when we were leaving and we couldn’t get out for several minutes! The size of the room was huge. The bed and couch was comfortable. The water pressure for the shower was good. The main hallways and elevator rug wasn't vacuumed for days. Had to request rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags from the front desk. The room had a kitchenette with a dishwasher. If you ran the kitchen sink to long it would leak by the dishwasher. Most of the staff was friendly. Very surprised that a hotel of that size didn't have more than one luggage rack. I think i seen it once the four days that i was there.

This is decent budget hotel. Everything is kind of right in the middle of average. The Breakfast is horrible, its so had they shouldnt offer it at all. The laundry facility's washers and dryers are out of order. This is my 2nd stay in 3 months and they still did not repair them. The rooms are decent but there are signs of visible water damage and they smell musty. The real upside is that they share a parking lot with the Texas Roadhouse. You can walk 200 feet to a great meal.

After check-in and arriving at my room I noticed an odor. It originated at the kitchenette sink. The garbage disposal was broken, apparently for some time. The smell was terrible! In addition when I opened the microwave door spoiled molded food was in it. This also emitted an offensive scent. Also there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the room. I have stayed at this Marriot brand before and had great experiences at them all. Shame on this Owner for being allowed to operate this property in such a deplorable manner!

When I checked my, the toilet in my bathroom was clogged and has to wait until the next day for repair.

While sleeping the fire alarm went off in my room alone. Front desk said it was a short from control board, this can't be true from a Connells m controls understanding. It seemed to be intentional.

Won’t book again.

They charge for parking without even knowing if you have a car or not, and to make matters worse, they don’t have enough parking. We reserved the two bedroom suite which in itself says that there should be enough dishes for 4, but it barely could do 2 people. No ice machines around and the ice maker in the fridge in our room didn’t make ice (ice maker didn’t work). For winter you would expect blankets on the beds but the “blanket” that was on the bed was thinner then the sheets. We couldn’t sit in the living area of the room because the furniture was badly stained and there was a weird smell in that area of the room. We were on the ground floor and the windows in one of the bedrooms had nothing stopping the windows from opening fully which was a safety issue, not to mention people frequently propping up the side door nearest the steakhouse. We booked for 2 nights but left early because even though I hate driving at night due to vision issues, I’d rather do the night drive home and sleep in my own bed then stay another night there.

The location was in a weird spot due to a lot of shut down businesses, but right behind a Texas Roadhouse, which was really nice because I could actually walk to the restaurant!!! The staff was really helpful, friendly, and very aware of safety! Example was when I was sitting out in my car, it was late and I was out there for a while, but when I came back in, the front desk person made sure that I was alright and if I needed anything!!! I appreciate that, a lot!!!

Upon checkin, our room had food items in the refrigerator, trash cans had trash in them, and the room had no pillows on the bed, no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom, and was missing several kitchen items (utensils, pottery). It took ~24 hours, but we eventually obtained most of those items and were ultimately moved to a different room that had everything and was an upgrade. Some of the staff were professional and sincerely trying to improve the operations of the location.

What a disappointment, we never expected a Marriott property to be in such poor condition and lacking almost all amenities. It is near an abandoned shopping center, so the area is dodgy. The room was ok but we found the window unlocked (on the ground floor), hair in the bathtub and a used towel hanging on the door in the bathroom. Breakfast was hot or cold cereal or granola bars. The pool and spa were cold. When we checked in we were told that normally there was a $10 parking fee, but the employee said she'd waive it - there was plenty of parking, it was hardly as if we were in the middle of the city. We were told that the facility is going to be renovated soon - good thing, it sure needs it!

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel layout was great. I chose this hotel in particular because it had a two bedroom suite. Upon entering our room it was noticeably hot. Over the couple of days we stayed it was apparent the thermostat was not working properly. We could not get the room to a comfortable temperature. When attempting to open a couple windows to cool off the room we noticed the screens were halfway missing or not there at all. With a toddler, and being on the third floor—safety was an issue here of course. Tile in the bathroom and flooring in the kitchen was in disrepair. The shower water would not reach a warm temperature even when left on for several minutes. The hot free breakfast advertised was not available and we were offered packaged breakfast items as a replacement. There were three televisions and only one remote to control all three. In conclusion the hotel staff were amazing but the hotel itself was lacking on several levels. A huge disappointment.

I WOULD NOT STAY HERE.

We wete greeting when we first walkin in. Got to the room and the heat did not work. The assistant manager was able to put us in another room. The room was a down grade from ehat we paid for, so my husband asked for a room like the one we paid for. The manager was able to get us in a room.

My brother had someone knock really hard on his door and run away which was really odd.

The room was really out dated. It did not have any hand/wish towels, but at that point i did not want to call bacak down for anything. Paint coming off walls, everything looked dirty.

The breakfast that was paid for was not any type of hot breakfadt like stated.

Also, I noticed that i was charged for parking and I called and advanced that we did not even have a car and they do not esbt to refund my account.

I would not stay here again and being a Marriott member I was definitely disappointed.

This hotel is awful! I feel like I got robbed. I had to pay $10 per nights to park. The breakfast was a disaster, all they have are a couple of refrigerated sandwiches and a refrigerated waffle that you have to heat in the microwave. The battery in my door was dead, they knew early in the day Wednesday and did nothing about it. I got back to the hotel at midnight and asked if the clerk could let me in, his response was that he couldn’t leave the desk so if there was someone inside, call them and wake them up to let me in. I ended up waking up my 3 year old as well. I’d hate to think about what he would have told me if I hadn’t had anyone with me. Worst customer service ever. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

Not a normal Marriott

This is NOT a typical Marriott Residence Inn. Its the Motel 6 version of a Residence Inn. The people were very nice the property was certainly not as nice as the personel running it. I stayed for a week and it was adequate. Don't stay here if you are not willing to pit up with a less than par Marriott Experience. Do stay here if you want a bugdet room with friendly personal. They do not have breakfast! The pictures do not reflect the location but rather a vision of what it could be. All said, for the price, I would return.

Not sure if we would stay there again

So this was our first time staying at this location… We knew there were some renovations going on Which was fine there was no extra noise being made with construction… The tub was in need of some tender loving care or replacement lol the comforter on the bed was more like a sheet… Not sure if we would stay there again
