Nothing about this place screams I should stay here there was blood on the wall the room stunk the towels were stained(which we got blamed for and they refused to give us our deposit back) the bathroom door was boarded up with some random wood from outside the TV did t work every part of the bed had burn holes in it the vent in the bathroom look3d like someone took a hammer and smashed it in the wall the carpet was grimey and disgusting just dont stay here ick

This facility needs a new management and complete house keeping people. There was no toiletries, TP, soap and shampoo and the TV didn’t work at all. Charged an additional $23 when checking in, for unknown reasons. Would not recommend this place to anyone.!!!

Bathroom door knob was damaged, sloppy. Cheap construction of roomso a very noisy with people above me. Just walking you could hear them wand I still.
Don't have a receipt, what did you charge? Why do I have to go to my credit card account to find out what you charged me and they wanted 20 bucks cash.
What the clerk gave me when I checked out was barely readable. But it looks like the $20 is going to be credi.

The first room someone was already in there, so I unlocked the door and saw two people having sex, the 2nd room had A LOT of roaches, the 3rd room wasnt clean so the bed wasnt made and there was a vacuum in the middle of the floor and had a terrible order.. the 4th room seem ok until I pulled back the cover to check for bed bugs😳😳 there was hair and other things in the bed so housekeeping never changed the sheets, they just made the bed up nice and neat smh

The night clerk that checked this in Kirk was an amazing guy and had great customer service skills. He was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean and smelled like cigarettes and even though it was a non-smoking room and the swimming pool was closed on a Saturday Because of chemicals that they had put in the pool, which you would think they would do that during the week and not on the weekend

First glance was the lobby area had their air condition off in the middle of the day. Having heart problems, this made the beginning dreadful. They also want a deposit for their rundown dump of a property. If I had known this was a 2 star hotel, I'd chose somewhere else. There was blood on the curtain, cigarette burns in the sheets, and none of the plugs worked upon arrival but later worked again when the manager flipped the breakers. Roaches crawled on the walls and ceiling with cardboard covering a towel stuffed hole in the bathroom. Found out their \"free breakfast\" was just honey buns, oatmeal packets, and granola bars. Apple Juice they had in the machine tastes fermented. Least the coffee was decent. The residents who pay monthly to be there constantly ask you for cigarettes and look creepily at the pool. The management attempted to move us to a different room with much of the same issues as the room before. Their explanation of the curtains was a deflection of the issue saying, \"the owner will be removing and replacing next weekend.\" It does nothing for the three days we stayed. The only good part was one housekeeper, who did everything he could to help our stay, and the air conditioner was cold and crisp. This motel, using Wyndham name, should be used as an example of how not to keep your property. If you have service animals, be prepared to show your paper because management demands it, which is illegal. Avoid at all costs..

It was very dirty, the room had a terrible smell, microwave and fridge didn’t work at all. Bathroom was dirty. I woke at 2:30am being ATE ALIVE by BED BUGS! My husband went to eat his pizza from 3 hours prior and opened it to tons of ROACHES. And to find under the beds was full of trash and it was absolutely filthy!!!! Was NOT worth the 75.00 we spent!

Was bummed pool was closed the first day I got there but other than that love this hotel not a fan of the room service or the breakfast option but not every hotel can afford the luxury that that can be definitely would stay again. They were nice to have clean towels and trash empty when I got back Saturday night as well but had to make my bed myself which I don’t mind either love that there are fridges and microwaves in the rooms as well. The owner is horrible and will treat you like dirt. Then get his employees to do the same. One 2 employees treated me with respect. My son and I had horrible bites from I don’t know what. But because we were staying to get away from a situation I went to work without do a full search myself and throughout the day the pain and agony from

I had paid for 3 days and ended up staying in my vehicle the last night. They said they would refund me half of the “last” night I was there. The hotel doubles as a low income residence. All rooms for one night hotel patrons are on second floor and no elevator. Requested pet friendly room. Bed was raised off floor and box frame cover was shredded. Had to keep cats in bathroom to keep them from getting in bedframe. Free breakfast was packets of oatmeal and hot water. No milk, bread, bagels, eggs, yogurt, etc. Cops showed up at 4:00 am. Beware of this place!

The room smell like urine. The carpet was so dirty. The bathroom was half cleaned. I didn’t even sleep under the covers. I took a sheet and put it over the bed. I will never stay at this hotel again. The front desk man kept my ID after making a copy and I had to contact them to get it back instead of them contacting me or trying to come to the room to return my ID they forgot to return. Also, it took five days to return my deposit. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, but I guess you pay for what you get never again.

When we showed up to get our room, the lady didn’t know how to do it so she had to go find somebody that could do it and it took about 20 minutes and then when we got to the room, we didn’t have any towels in the room and in the morning at 7 o’clock the person next to us was blaring loud music and being very obnoxious outside

I wish I took pictures but I was so ready to be out, as soon as we woke up we got dressed and left.

We needed a room for the night after a business event and at 11:30 at night, not much available that isn't going to break the bank ($200+). If I wasn't so tired and soaking wet from benig rained on that I just wanted a bed so didn't expect it to be as bad as it was.

The floors were filthy (your feet would stick to it if you walked without shoes on) and it literally would only take mopping to take care of this.

Bedding was stained and had burn holes all over it, beds were hard as the floor. A dog bed would have been more comfortable.

The dresser was literally falling apart, as was the shower with some of its pieces sitting on the bathroom counter.

There was holes in the walls, the headboard that was supposed to be stuck to the wall was falling off.

Lamp shades that were there (one lamp was even missing one) was broken.

Only rooms where you can see your vehicle from your room are on the same side as the office, so maybe 5% was acceptable, the rest was not because you have to walk quite a ways from the parking lot to your room and it is ONLY outside entrance to rooms. THAT FOR ME IS UNACCEPTABLE and for women traveling alone, EXTREMELY UNSAFE!

I could keep going and going. This place needs shut down 100%. I will also be posting this review on Google so the company can't manage to get this review hidden.

For anyone above those running the place, the room was 112.

Look, this place is cheap. And and you get what you pay for. Theres bed bugs on the property. And theres a real problem getting deposits and refunds back. They say it'll be 1-5 business days, and it never happens. I use cashapp, and cashapp deposits the money to your account as soon as it's released to them. Youll know when it hits, and youll definitely know that it hasn't. So, annoy them, or youll never get your money back. So, yeah. Unless you have no other choice, run.

Filthy. Toilet had pee on it and it was discolored. Shower door couldnt shut and keeps swinging open. They used a towel over it to conceal it from opening. No drain cover. Towels had faint excrement or blood stains. Comforter smelled like BO. Microwave has to do 3 times the recommended cook time. Ice bucket had filth and hair on it. It was generally filthy. TV had no settings to add captions. Cable was grainy. Easily one of my worst stays.

I Pitty the foo

While waiting in line to check in, a cockroach kept running across the desk counter. When I entered the room I noticed the huge dents on the back of the door besides the the carpet being terribly stained. Bathroom was definitely needing to be updated, paint was peeling off the walls, shower door was all messed up. While taking a shower I noticed the shower was not clean at all- tight long curly hair was everywhere. The towels were covered in hair as if Mr. T was shaving his pubes over them. Thankful I always bring my own towels when traveling

I reserved online and when I arrived it was vacant I asked to view the room before I checked in and she still checked me in before I was able to view it….. when I viewed the room I instantly noticed the windows. Booked online and nowhere did it inform you that they also required a $20 deposit once you checked in that was probably my biggest complaint overall the receptionist waved it which was nice and it wasn’t her fault but it would be nice if the online source would report that so a customer isn’t blinded when they go into check-in. This hotel got average enough reviews and I wanted an inexpensive place to stay, but I wish I hadn’t booked ahead because as soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I knew I had made a mistake. I don’t want to know what made the stains on our carpet. Or what happened that left a hole in our bathroom door. And while I really just wanted a shower after a long travel day, it ended up being awkward because the shower head wasn't even five feet off the ground. The only upside is that the bed was comfortable.

This place is gross. It got average enough reviews and I was traveling with a dog and didn’t want to spend a lot on pet fees but I knew as soon as I pulled into the parking lot that I had made a mistake. I wish I hadn’t booked online because I would have kept driving if I’d known how run down this place would be. I’ve never stayed anywhere where other guests were scavenging for cigarette butts that were still smokable in the parking lot until this stay. And I cannot fathom what made the stains on our carpet. Or what went down that left a hole in our bathroom door. Even the shower was unpleasant, the shower head is barely five feet off the ground. I could not check out fast enough.

Only booked because power was off in our city. Worked all day and needed a cool place to sleep for myself and family. Waited 30 minutes to get to the desk because the small wait room was packed, keys not working, rooms filthy, transients cooling off. 1st room smelled of human feces,urine, and wet dog. AC didn't blow, and no TV due to power and cable down. Second room, AC blew ok, but room smelled of mildew. Went to dinner, got the text power was on, so went home. Was refused refund due to booking online. Would not have brought my family here, had I researched more, not ok with dope heads, drunks, and transients. Didn't feel safe at all.

Dirty Room, but Relatively Good Service

The room smelled like someone had wet the bed. I asked for and got laundered sheets to cover the bed because I was I was collapsing with fatigue and they were really busy checking in other guests. The flat sheet she gave me was heavily soiled and torn; I covered it as well as I could with the fitted sheet and then passed out on top of the bed with the two dogs and slept for about five hours. The clerk had to retrieve a tv remote from another room for me, as well. The clerk was very accommodating and nice, but she seemed a bit harried. I'm usually traveling on a tight budget, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Had 3 people in the room and only allowed 2 towels. No TV remote. Dead bugs on bathroom floor and window sill. Had to buy an extension cord to plug in CPAP machine because the only outlet was by the TV.

Not a good choice

The room was very tiny. It was a handicap accessible room could barely even move around in the room. Don’t think that it fit ADA approved. It was so loud with the people above us till almost 3 o’clock in the morning. The toilet was less than a foot off the floor, definitely not handicapped. The light switch was stuck between two towel racks and the sink leaked on my feet as I brushed my teeth. There was no shower chair would not recommend this room to anybody. Also the bed was so small for two people was a tight fit.
