No Frills But Will Stay Again

Hotel was nice. No frills. Theres no breakfast or room service. But thrre is a kitchenette and refrigerator and microwave. The beds were comfortable. The front desk person was very friendly at check in. And it was quiet snd easy to find.

The TV that’s in the room had a different controller for it. The bag kept sliding off the frame and poor customer service skills. There is no way at the front desk when I called HR still took them 20 minutes after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes for somebody to come assist me

I called before I went to go check in because it was a late check in. The front desk said they never had the 2 double bed rooms from the beginning. You guy's said they did. They charged twice. I had already paid with Expedia but still had to pay more once I got there, so the price displayed is not correct. The staff was rude. They got mad at us for laughing at the elevators accusing us of sneaking people in when we clearly told the front desk how many people we had, along with the reservation with Expedia. One of our rooms didn’t have any type of water pressure to take a shower & the hot water on the sink was a trickle. The beds were dirty, you could literally see the dirt & nasty stains. Do yourself the favor & just spend a little bit more on a better hotel. Will never be returning here again.

The room was smaller then I expected, the bed was very uncomfortable, didn't get much sleep, I could hear everything going on around me in the middle of the night, the shower head was away from the wall, there was a hole in the bathroom door, the wall unit kept me up also because it beeped when it would turn on, and I had to flip the breaker on twice for the bathroom lights

Location was nice and convenient. Rooms were clean, beds were okay. The only down fall to this hotel was there is nobody who works the front desk overnight or early morning. We checked out early and left some items in the room. Both keys were in the room so I couldn’t get my items out. I called the number and no answer. I was t able to get my items, which was very frustrating.

Run far from this place. The outside of the place should have been enough for me to turn around. Went in anyways. Odd front lobby, but not horrible. Front desk attendant was less than welcoming. First thing that hits you is the smell though. I understand that extended stays have kitchens so there will be cooking going on. But it was awful. The room was clean. The mattress was not good. Sheets were clean though. Could see daylight all around the ac wall unit. People in the hotel were LOUD all night. At one point around 2:00 am I had to step out of the room to see the commotion. Looked like a block party going on in the hallway. This place had a very college dorm vibe. If you’re into that, then this is the place for you.

The staff when we arrived was very rude! It’s was cold and raining and we arrived 15 minutes early and they very rudely told me that we could NOT check in 15 minutes early! The hot water when we arrived was not hot, my daughter and grand baby had to bathe in like warm water!! My grandson vomited on my bed and I was told that I had to pay $1.52 a day to exchange my bedding AND I needed to wash them first! I will NOT EVER STAY AT WOODSPRING AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!

This location was totally unfriendly customer seevice. They have a very small fine print that says does not refund moneys for any reason. The place was disgusting with workers all around doors smoking. When I asked to pay one night and cancel the rest. They would not give me partial refund. None of the items you would expect. No soap, shampoo, hangers, luggage rack or shower curtain. Cooking and eating utensils only for sale. $30.00 for a pot and pan. Then what do I do with it as I am a flyer. I will not return as this is NOT business traveler friendly. As the computer was down I won’t even go into the checkin experience. Suffice to say the policy wall was impossible. The front counter staff tried very hard to take care of me but was frustrated by the wall. Even so far as telling me I would need to pay for my entire 2 week stay in CASH up front.

This was the worst stay, before I got into my room 110 I had a black gentalman try to sell me some pot, the laundry room was across from my room, he was there most of the night all kind of noise right outside my room when I went to the frount desk no one was around, I had the room for 2 nights but at 6am Tue morning I left again no one at the frount. I WILL NEVER stay at any of your hotels or will I recomend it to anyone.
VERYVERY disapointed and the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . Also the room was not cleaned very well. only one towel for two people, no soap shapoo aging the worst part was the drug activied right outside my room was discraceful.

There was no one at the front desk starting around 8 in the evening and there still wasn’t anyone at the front desk when we checked out the following morning at 7:30. We made reservation for a room with two beds and we got to the site, they told us they dinot have a room with two beds, so they gave us a room with one bed and a couch. when we opened up the couch there was ni mattress or sheets or pillow. we went down stairs to get some sheets, but no one was on duty. my son had to sleep on the floor.It really sucked. Never again

The manager on duty is very rude. I had lost my cell phone at hotel. Thankfully someone turned it in at the front desk. When i inquired about the phone manager acted as if i was inconveinence and proceeded to inform me that the phone that was turned in has been lost for two weeks. When i was able to describe the phone and ect. She was hateful and threatned to turn me in for smoking and i would recieve a fine. I was appolled that the manager on duty wasnt helpful at all. Made online reservations, but upon arrival, the after hours check-in phone didn't work and after 3-4 tries to no avail, I called corporate phone number. The rep was able to find the employee (explaining he knew the phone had issues) who was working the desk to check-in. The fact that there was no other way to contact anyone at the hotel, other then me thinking on my own to call the corporate number is unsettling for if I had needed any other services (ie emergency, room problems, other disturbances,). There were also several people loitering around outside and in vehicles at all hours of the night. This brought an unsafe and anxious atmosphere to myself and possibly would feel unsafe to others.

The room I rented was blocked off by hotel construction, mislabeled,the refrigerator was dirty with trash sitting on top of it and there was a pair of old socks in the bathroom, crusty socks at that...my spouse kept smelling something and it was the socks..the manager was rude, I understand it was a late reservation and they're remodeling but it's a service industry....and I expect some decent service. I didn't look at the rating on Expedia but it was an emergency situation,and not even that should matter....there were motels further down the road but my spouse had stayed at this place and had no problems before that. I was quite disappointed and so was he. Thank you

No staff at desk, had to call on the phone (after hours), when she did come the pizza delivery man was given the master key without hesitation to deliver his pizza to the customer, not enough towels, room had roaches and the sheets appeared dirty and had hair between the sheets. Water pressure was absolutely horrible. No shampoo or other amenities provided.

Run RUN RUN!! The true meaning of ROACH MOTEL!!! SOON as we opened our room door to enter the room we had to kill 3 roaches. They were in the fridge crawling in my food, they terrified my children I'd say about 30-40 roaches through the night and these people know they have a serious pest problem, and they refuse to refund your money!! So if you don't mind being a professional roach stomper you better go elsewhere!!!!

Looks nice on the outside but what a mess on the inside. Only allowed 2 towels per room so we had to take used towels back to get 2 clean ones so everyone could shower. Office only open from 8-5 so you cannot get any service outside of that time. Metal bed frames make a lot of noise and mattress are lousy. Toilet ran the whole time making noise. Overall stay away from this hotel.

It was beautiful building, very clean. The service road in front of the building was odd; when I tried to make a right turn from off the interstate, there were cars in the way that had come from 240 W, like they didn't realize it's a two way street right there.

I liked how close it was to the heart hospital. Thats why i booked it bc family memeber was having a bypass surgery. I didnt like how gross the room was. There were roaches in my room and that right there was enough. Had i not prepaid i would have left for sure. Kitchen was dirty from previous people. There were food stains in the oven. The top of fridge looked like it had never been cleaned. You couod tell the cleaning people dont care about their jobs at all. Dont stay here go elsewhere!

I stay there few week back I like it then. Then went back rented for two more day. The condition work not work and it got hot in there. I report the condition and replace towels and wash cloths. The Maintenance would not be there in tell Monday. They said they can move us to other room by have to wait 2 or more house that housekeep is still cleaning. We was not ever move to a other room. Then on top of that there were roaches. I will not stay there again.
