Clean and quiet. O was only there one night and didn't use the pool. Rooms had a fridge. Staff were nice. I didn't try the breakfast, but regular coffee was available all day and there was a coffee maker in the room.

Air conditioner worked fine but it was extremely noisy. Our last day (5/19), we had our vehicle broeninto. (Not your fault), but security cameras do not cover the entire property so the criminals got away with it. While we were dealing with this, the staff closed up and put away the morning’s breakfast, knowing we could not go elsewhere for breakfast. I will not recommend this site to others.

The hotel was clean but very dated. The shower heads are very low so if you are any taller than 5'5 you may struggle. The shower did have plenty of hot water but made alot of noise in the plumbing when turned on. Staff was super nice, a ok hotel for the price.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! We checked in on a Thursday, the \"manager\" was VERY clear that this is a no smoking property and asked us if we smoked. We don't so no big deal. We get up the elevator, which had dead bugs in the fixtures, and a foul smell hits my nose from the 2nd floor hallway, my partner didn't smell it so I tried to ignore it. As soon as we unlock the door, we notice a lingering smell of cigarettes in the bathroom and cigarette burns in the sheets. We let the front desk know so we can keep our deposit. Friday morning we get up and go downstairs at 6:15a as breakfast was served from 6a-9a. The sausage and eggs were left uncovered, were almost frozen and the orange juice was spoiled. The night \"manager\" was sitting on the couch just scrolling on his phone not paying attention to anything and didn't seem too concerned about his food being spoiled and frozen. We had somewhere to be so we didn't bring up our concerns until later that afternoon with a different staff member. When I came back from running errands, I went up stairs and tried to open my door but my key card was not working so I went downstairs and talked to the staff who continued to imply that I was lying to them when I told them that the key card never touched the back of my phone because they were in separate pockets the whole day so it was impossible for them to touch. She informed me that because I booked online through Expedia she could not issue a refund and they declined to provide a refund as well.

Overall, our stay was decent, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved.

One safety concern we noticed was that the back door was never locked. It was always unlocked, so the key card wasn’t necessary to enter or exit. This felt like a security issue that should probably be addressed.

The pool was also extremely cold, to the point that we didn’t end up using it.

Breakfast was good with a nice selection, but the morning we didn’t see a breakfast attendant around.

On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The night attendant at check-in was fabulous — we needed extra shampoo and conditioner, and she was quick to help and very kind.

The soda machines were unfortunately not working during our stay. We didn’t try the snack machine, so we’re not sure if that one was working.

Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff, but a few maintenance and safety items that would make the experience better.

My husband and I were there for our honeymoon. At first it was quite noisy, there was a worker in the room next to us sawing and hammering at 10pm, my husband asked him to stop and he did. Never heard anything else our entire stay.

I love this place is so cute! It’s grown so much over the last three years. I am a local and use Quality in as my cheap, close to home staycation. And it’s affordable. Upkeep and maintenance needed

Not the happiest when owners don’t take the time to keep the property in good condition. If you don’t care about proper maintenance, items being reused to save money, but change you over $112 per night then this is the place for you. Cross contamination with picked over eggs being put back into a fresh bowl of eggs and put into the microwave. Made my own waffle and it was good. Coffee downstairs was good.

There was no food or drinks in vending machines. The facility was not very clean, ex shower, the beds were wrinkled like they hadnt been changed, the bathroom floor tile was cracked in two places. The bathroom door was coming apart. The outlets for usb charging your devices didn't work.

Upon checking in, I was checked into the hotel by a pre-teen that was playing with his friend. They could not find my reservation and properly check me in during my entire 5 day stay. I had to have my entry card re-scanned daily. The first room was not level between the entry to the room and the bathroom. The room was clean, but the towels did not seem to be the cleanest or had permanent stains.

Not a Secure Hotel, We Won’t Be Badk

I can’t recommend this Quality Inn at all. There is no security here - there’s a ground floor room with a window out! Anyone could climb into that room and walk right out into the hall - not that they would need to as THE BACK DOOR DOSEN’T LOCK!
Our room itself was acceptable. Worn, but not ratty. The bed was very comfortable. On a rather comical note, there was absolutely nothing in the room that could have been helpful to the customer - like a listing of nearby restaurants, or a TV guide. Maybe you needed to ask for them at the desk.
One of the more disturbing aspects of our stay (in conjunction with the lack of security) were a few people milling about the back of the hotel that appeared to be long-term residents. One of the individuals was sitting on the curb outside the back door smoking (not cigarettes) as we were unloading our car and moving luggage in. Later on I heard a ball bouncing right out our window (not something you normally hear in a hotel parking lot). It was another individual kicking a ball around, then walking into the fenced off trash area and moving items around then just generally loitering in the parking lot. Odd, and not something your average traveler would be doing.

This was the first time I was actually concerned that our car could be broken into. I went back and got my guitar and brought it into our room.

If this hotel is serious about attracting travelers, they need to 1) Secure the hotel 24hrs 2) Remove long-term-stays

Old property. Needs ALOT of TLC. A whole bunch of sinks just lined up in the pool area? Garbage piled up in back, looks like chairs and couches and pallets. They need full time maintenance. Front desk friendly. Breakfast sufficient. The rest subpar. Please spend a buck to make a buck. Chairs and sofas were gross with stains. Our room 111 smelled like cat pee and was extremely moist. Husband had allergies like crazy going. Bathroom had major issues- door stuck, caulk job needs redone, no plug for tub, ceiling bubbled and paint peeling. Shower heads are too low and corroded. No remote in the room. The one given to us finally was missing the volumn button? Clock didn’t work.

Spent a few nights here. Not recommended due to various concerns. Side door was not secure, seems to be in middle of refresh but rooms have seen better days (dated furniture, dent/ hole in wall, noisy AC, sketchy elevator). Staff was friendly but often front desk was not staffed. Breakfast offering was sad. Only carbs, no eggs, meat/sausage, coffee was low end of drinkable. Fire alarm chip in hallways. Our family prepaid stay, or we would have moved to another property after first night.

For one night, maybe, but long term no way. Competing properties on either side. For 100+ per night I expect more than this motel offered. The pictures online were expertly crafted in color, reality is in black and white.

Arrived at 3 and was told the room was not ready. Okay, not a problem, 10-15 minutes later it was ready.

Sheets on the bed were dirty (like sticky), refrigerator still had old food in it, mold in the fridge, dirty towels, microwave splattered with food…

The door leading to the back parking lot didn’t have any type of lock on it.

Our bed was comfortable & the room was clean and quiet, but condition of the hotel is a bit run down. It appears to be run by a family, and it took a while for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Our room had mold stained curtains and a crack in the window pain (fortunately double panes glass and break was on inside.). The side door entrance had no lock, so anyone could get in the building. The elevator was very creaky sounding & no certificate of safety was posted.

We didn't have running hot water in the bathroom vanity. Broken tile in bathroom and loose ones too. The shower didn't work right. Turning on the water and shutting off to go to the shower never shut off and the shower head stream was a small stream. Then bed sheet (top) was very thin and a worn hole in the top edge. The property was very clean and well lighted.

Upon check in I was told that they wanted $15 more for my small dog. I asked why there was no mention of the extra fee before I paid for the room. She said Expedia never tells you about extra fees. I know this is a lie because I've booked other rooms through Expedia and after pet friendly it will tell you how much the pet fee is.

The tiles in the bathroom were broken and loose. They kept coming out of place. When i got out of the shower barefooted the tile popped up and put a little cut on my foot, noth serious just uncomfortable. The coffee maker was on the bathroom counter, right next to the toilet. The bathroom counter face had what looked like dry blood and old tooth paste on it. Looks like it hasnbeen wiped down in a while. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable.

The bed was firm and very comfortable. The property is aged and tired, but it appears the owners (new?) are working to improve the site. The owners are extremely pleasant and helpful, and were it not for an extremely stained piece of furniture in our room, I would rate the stay higher. I wish the family good luck in updating the hotel. Also, Quality Inns would do well to replace their nasty coffee machines with freshly brewed coffee served in vacuum pots.

My stay here was awful. The rooms look nothing like the pictures, ceiling above bed looked like it was gonna cave in. The first night we woke up to bed bugs biting us at 2am, went to the front desk and they moved us to another room. The cable in that room didn’t work so my kids were not able to watch tv at all. The air conditioning unit didn’t want to work at times. The next night my daughter got attacked by bed bugs all over her legs.I have pictures and videos of the bugs crawling on the sheets. Our first room smelled like smoke really bad. We will never go back to this place again.

While staying here the staff are amazing. Some of the most helpful I have ever met at a hotel stay. I will give them props for the pool being right in the view of the service desk. If a person is traveling alone and was walking along the pool falls in and bumps his or head head the service desk can see the issue and call for help.

My issue here was the curtains in my room were ripped to shreds. The air for cool air barely worked. I had no water pressure for the bathroom sink at all. It was just a little flow and not a full blast. I found a spot of blood on the floor in the bathroom and even on the bedding. There was also no stopper for the bathroom.

My toilet seat was missing the bolts, just gone. If that toilet is being cleaned, why is that something allowed to stand? My room had a huge hump and soft area on the floor that you couldn't walk around, made a horrible noise. Elevator sounded like it was coming apart. Not enough handicap parking (the parking in back is great, except the back door is broken, you have to walk around to the front...at night, its sketchy. Room was average.

Very quiet I enjoyed my stay very much so that I've been back twice. Handicap accessible rooms they even have a lift for the pool so if your wheelchair bound you are still able to swim

Bad leak under sink first night leaking all over floor. No cold water in sink. Called front desk twice with no response so went down there. They came with towels and bucket and said they would fix next day. Bucket was overflowing on floor next day. Room was on 3rd floor so had to be leaking to the room underneath. Late the next day when I came back to the room after attending the OU football game, they showed up to fix it.

Was a major letdown, breakfast was late both days, AC barley worked(overnight person didnt care) beds were as hard as a rock, sheets were stained, keycard stopped working after first day had to have them fix it. check-in took forever. Wi-Fi kept dropping after 20 minutes of use it would disconnect.
