Overall, the hotel was mediocre a 1-2 star the furniture (Couch) in the room was filthy I had to put a towel on it to sit, I was on the 4th floor, and I could not connect to the WIFI, so no WIFI as advertised. the refrigerator had a small freezer and in it was a solid block of ice needed to be defrosted which show management is clueless. The towels provided were small and rough as sandpaper, the nightstand top was dirty and sticky. There were a few decent things like the shower and bathroom were okay good water pressure poor towels as mentioned, good air conditioner, and TV with plenty of channels two-night stay and no maid service the second day to at least takeout the trash. Outside parking lot was dark towards the back of hotel and the area is a bit sketchy with homeless. I will not being staying here in the future. Breakfast was okay no meat; coffee tasted burnt but other than that decent for a continental breakfast. This is my opinion others may feel different, I would recommend stay next door at the Garden it's another Wyndam not a five-star hotel but nice plush towels no questionable foam on the swimming pool surface either, and WIFI.

My one positive is that the airport transport was on time at 2:30 am. The bed was hard and worn. The sheets were stained. the carpets were stained and frayed. The bathroom floor was slick, like it was covered in a thin layer of oil. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the floors because they looked dirty. I needed to leave my vehicle in the parking lot for a few hours (I left at 2:30 am) until my son could pick it up. They wouldn't allow it without paying a special parking fee. I saw several of the other people staying in the hotel, and it honestly looked like it could be a homeless encampment - rough looking crowd. I purchased a nonrefundable night, so I couldn't get a refund. It was rated as a 3 star hotel. The rating should be a 1. This hotel needs a serious remodel. I wouldn't recomend.

When arriving there is the very strong smell of chlorine because of the pool. Entering my room a very strong chemical smell . Spoke to the manager they stated the lavender used must not have been diluted. They moved me to another room from there everything was great . I appreciate them trying to accommodate me 😊

We had a great stay as a family of 5! The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff helped with towels for the hot tub and checking in, the breakfast was very good! The pool area and hot tub area were clean and relaxing.

They charge a $7 daily fee and place a $50 incidental hold on your card. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during my three-day stay, so I had to head to Starbucks to get work done. On the bright side, the hotel staff was fantastic, and the shuttle drivers were great. My main concerns were the poor internet service, suspicious homeless people in the area, the hot water being excessively hot. The highlights included the friendly staff, a functional swimming pool, proximity to bus line EMBARK #11 that goes to Walmart, restaurants, and Downtown OKC, a clean room, and wonderfully cold air conditioning. Plus, there’s a Sonic, Subway, Chili’s, and a Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

The ceiling was falling apart in my room from a previous leak and I'm sure there was mold in it. Stains on the walls. Missing cover on electric socket. Bathroom floor was slick like it was covered in grease. The tub was filthy. In the hallway the fire alarm was hanging by the wires from the ceiling. I will NEVER stay here again.

DO NOT COME HERE ! Horrible horrible horrible. We came as two mates doing route 66. We had a sofa bed and normal bed which is fine. Came in room and sofa bed had blood covered on it and so did the sheet, photos attached. Asked for another room. Went there and had no sheets, pillows or blanket. Had to go back downstairs (from the top floor) to as for this. In the meantime there were random public people walking in and out swearing, with spliffs and all sorts (you get the jist). Got given the sheets and then find out we don’t even have any towels for a shower ! We had to use face towels. Horrible horrible. Went downstairs and said I’d like to make a complaint, she said okay and get a pen and back of a leaflet. I said is there no official eat for this ? She just blanked me and didn’t even try to explain and resolve anything. Breakfast was awful, every ring looked dirty, our if dare and tasted like dust. Be avoidance, we really regret wasting our money here !

We checked in at 5 and went to get something to eat. We left from there to the WCWS game that ran late. We arrived back to the room at 12 and found hair on and in the bed. The room was nasty and we found a bed bug in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and they said complaints about the room need to be made within 30 minutes after check in to receive a refund or get moved to another room. We checked out then and left. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. If I could give negative stars, I would.

For starters it was a relatively cheap stay, but I got what I paid for. The hotel was very clean and appealing. The hotel has a pool and hot tub. The rack that is supposed to hold clean towels was always empty. Not a single person filled it the four days I stayed there. I always had to ask for towels and got a pretty judgy response when I asked. I asked for house keeping three times. It wasnt till the last time I asked that the receptionist asked if I could just put my towels in a bag and bring them to the front. She said the same for the trash. I didn't get my sheets changed till Wednesday evening. I stayed there from Sunday at 3 till Thursday at 10. The location was in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops. The parking was decent and the hotel was easy to get to.

The Motel was budget friendly and relatively close to restaurants as well as stores for shopping.

The building appears to be in need of some repairs. The handicapped door opener did not work. There was a safe in the room as advertised. It was locked, and when the staff was asked to open the safe so I could utilize it, they said they did not know the code to open the safes therefore we were unable to utilize them.
The building was equipped with two elevators, but only one was operational.
There was a pool and hot tub, however, the pool had a lot of hair and seemed to have pieces of material floating around in it. We asked for towels to dry off at the pool, the staff seemed to be upset they had to give out towels to dry off with.

I guess if you are not expecting a lot and just are needing somewhere to take a shower and rest overnight, it’s a budget friendly place to rent.

Well, I have to admit. This hotel was a great price that kept Us cool, dry, and We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.
However, there were downsides : only one elevator worked, there was a leak in the roof by the lobby, the water pressure was pretty weak, We couldn't get the wifi to work, and the bathroom sink in Our room was busted up and sort of pieced together.
We simply needed it as a place to sleep for one night. The price was right. But you definitely get what up pay for.

The hot tub and pool were very smelly and cloudy. The locks on our dooor were broken. We weren’t allowed to use the side door when leaving and disabled but had to walk around the whole building to get to my car. The breakfast was a sad disappointment. The check in lady and gentleman at the front desk were very sweet and nice. The check out lady Monday morning seemed stoic and a bit grouchy. The rooms are very thin walled and we got to hear a baby cry all night the first night.

The breakfast had roaches. I got the room for a friend from out of town. My friend was letting her grandchildren, also guest, take something food from breakfast back to the room. The man at the front desk said they couldn’t do that and if they took food back to the room he would call the police. Wow!

We had 3 adults in the rooms, that was stated when I rented the room in advance. We had 2 toilets, 2 wash clothes, no hand towels and 2 cups. When I asked the housekeeper outside my room for more wash clothes she rudely said no. I just locked at her shocked and she said something to another housekeeper and again rudely said no. Nothing else. No reason why. Then when I went downstairs I was told if I need or want anything I need to call the front desk before 11am but I was given the wash clothes. We did try later to call for something but no one answered the phone. We tried multiple times.
There was one, ONE, very small trash can in the bathroom. That was it for the whole room.
It says on the bathroom mirror they will change the sheets every 3 days. I was supposed to be there 5 and they never came in the room. If they don't do that anymore, remove that sign. False advertisement.
Breakfast one day the waffle mix was watery. Im not sure why it wasn't mixed up but you couldn't make waffles which was bad because there was no biscuits or eggs. They don't do meat either.
The pool/hot tub the pool had some white stuff floating all up in it. The hot tub was worse. There was black stuff on the walls and stuff floating in it and started to get in and turned around and left. My main reasons for choosing here was the Breakfast and hot tub and I was very let down. I will not return to this location.

When we first got there, he gave us an upgrade because I am a VIP member on hotels.com. the first room, the air conditioner didn't work and one of the TVs was broken. We switched to another room and it was fine. We couldn't connect the TV to the cable television but we brought a PlayStation so we just use that.

Upon arrival in our room we found the AC wasnt working and after 3 hours they finally removed the unit and replaced it with another unit. The bathroom counter top was filthy and had not been cleaned. The carpet had several burn marks in it. The coffee pot was missing the filter holder so we were not able to make coffee or tea. The mini fridge freezer compartment was frozen with approx 3-4 inches of ice around it making it impossible to place anything in it. The worst part about our stay was the bedbug bites my wife had to seak treatment for upon or return home. We were not sure what had broken out on her srm and back but was verified by our family physician that it was bedbug bites. So my visit with my children was very disapointing to say the least.

1st off. Property wants to charge 6.99 for each night to hold our cash depoait (5 nights). Claiming our cash deposit was in case we smoked or damaged room... yet there were cigarette butts and ashes in the elevator and hall. Carpets were VERY stained on the 4th floor. Room had burnson the floor and marks on on the walls.. i use a mobility scooter and there is only 1 ramp in to the Hotel. All exits have CURBS that wheelchairs can NOT get over/off. Emergency exit was blocked by a wall that fell over, and the doors to the parking lot were locked at 8 and you have to walk full length of hotel to get in and then we were the last room in the hall on the top floor, so more walking for a limited mobility person. Breakfast. . Was always cold at 645 am (starts at 630) and was always eggs, ceral biscuits, gravy. The fruit was always oranges. There was a shortage of one or more of the items EACH morning. When we pointed it out to the front desk person each day the excuse was the attendant was lake to work that day and would corrected when they arrived ( we had to leave to make our event on time). Pool . Had gross things floating in it and the hot tub was out of order. To say that we were disappointed is the very least i could say wothout using adult explicities. We will be in the area again in 2027, but we will NOT be choosing this place.

Everything about this hotel was bad. We were unable to enter for almost 30 minutes because there was a violent fight happening in front of the entrance. It is clear that it was sold not typical Wingate standards.
The furniture was dirty, the towels were thin, dirty scratchy pool towels the pool and hot tub were closed.
My adult son went downstairs for breakfast and was told that he had to waot 30minutes because the CONSTRUCTION WORKERS had to eat first. The staff were not empowered to fix any of the issues that exist.

I waited to post to give management time to contact me because I wrote an email and didcussed all issues with the front desk. It has been over 2 weeks. I would not recommend this property. The name is bait.

I didn’t like that our room had a broken window nor was there any extra blankets & sheets for the couch bed in the closet! Plus when my 16yr old daughter was able to lay on the couch bed she shrunk & the springs were poking her in her back, not comfortable at all!! I stay here everytime I’m in town & I love the quietness but this the type of things that needs to be upgraded or changed to get a better review!

I had mold on my pillow. I had to file a health code violation because the property refused to refund my money. They said it was food, not mold- and either way they obviously didn't change the bedding. They were horrible in their response back, and lied to my face by telling me at the property there would be no charge, and then refusing my refund after I left. Expedia was also completely horrible and did not stand behind me as a customer when the property treated me so poorly. My daughter was completely freaked out when she woke up and saw what she had been sleeping on

Don't go here! The lady at the front was totally unprofessional. And after we figured out that my second room was booked for the next night and yesterday she said to come down in about 2 hours so she could talk to her manager and they could cancel it for me without any charge, low and behold this morning they proceeded to tell me that they are charging me for the roomi didn't even get to stay on! And that doesn't even top it of, my daughter that stays in town and my other daughter that lives four hours away from Oklahoma City and their families came to see me and she wanted to charge me for them swimming in the swimming pool. Then came to my room and told me my guests could only visit for an hour then they had to leave. I got into it with the front desk this morning and called corporate And let them know how unprofessional and rude they were and that I would never stay there anytime I come back to the city!!

Room is filled with roaches and the toilet wouldnt flush due to broken water diaphragm. Pool was filthy and greeish and the hot tub was drained out of order.
Loud drunk adults slamming doors with their kids running up and down the halls all past 3am. Nobody would answer the front desk phone to complain.
We had our room changed in the morning only to return to our bags missing. They said housekeeping took them thinking the previous people forgot them. So no communication there.
The elevator is sketchy and stinks
Couldnt eat breakfast due to sheer amount of unruly kids unmonitored taking every available item back to their rooms.
Definitely needs a visit from the health department.
Wish I could attach the photos of the roaches and conditions.

The manager is rude he picks and chooses who he lets slide without paying for the room I was late on paying for my room then decided to check out and when I went down to go grab a cart he went up there and locked the room with all my stuff in it in the groceries I had just bought and he said I had two choices he was either going to call the cops or I had to pay $100 cleaning fee to get my stuff back that was in that room and then when I went to go pay the $100 to get my stuff back all the groceries I just bought was ruined in a trash bag all together and I didn't get all my stuff back I'm still missing like three or four bags in a little mirror

I booked this hotel specifically because you advertised 24-hour airport shuttle service.

I notified the hotel 24 hours in advance and confirmed that I would need to be picked up from the airport. I was also told to call again once my flight landed. About 20 minutes before landing, I called again and was assured that someone would be there to pick me up.

After arriving and waiting, no one showed up. When I called again, I was told that the driver was sick and that I should take an Uber instead. When I asked if the hotel would reimburse the Uber cost, I was told no.

This is clearly false advertising. I made my reservation specifically because of the guaranteed 24-hour shuttle service, and you failed to provide it.

This situation is completely unacceptable, and I am requesting a full refund.

This was actually better than expected. Good breakfast. Clean room. The only thing I didn’t like in the room was that the bathtub had rust by the drain (i chose this hotel so I could take a bath but didn’t because of the rust) and you had to get a key card for the public bathroom and then there wasn’t any toilet paper in there. But I was actually impressed by the price vs the room vs the area. Bed was clean, bathroom was cleaner than expected (rust was an eyesore) and the breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, toast, biscuit and gravy, and muffins).

Every amenity we booked the hotel room for was down.
Pool was ice cold, hot tub down, fitness equipment broken, no sauna. We had a jetted tub in the room, but yet we spent THREE DAYS with no hot water.
All we got was the square footage we wanted, barely.
The room had been smoked in so we had to wait for them to “clean” it. It was very disappointing. Spend all that money and don’t get anything that you booked that hotel for.

No discounts or credits for any of these issues were given.

No prices match the internet so be prepared to pay an additional 6.99 per night stay for house keeping! Also upon checking out I was using the cart to bring my items down a the front desk clerk and white women demand me to give it to her it was totally white privileged! I felt totally disrespected the behavior was totally disgusting I paid extremely a lot of money to have gotten treated the way I did. As well the room water stayed cold the whole time so like showering was out of option half the time as well as the room having roaches! Housekeeping it totally unprofessional there where children in my room while cleaning up!

The first room I got put in was full of smoke smell, they moved us into another room and the refrigerator didn’t work the entire stay. The breakfast was horrible and cold. The pictures do not match the website. Hot tub out of order, ice machine out of order. The sofa bed mattress had stains on it. Never got fresh towels and stayed for three days.

Booked and paid for my stay through Expedia. Upon arrival I was denied checking in as they said Expedia hadn’t paid for it. Staff made me call Expedia to fix it and refused to help sort it out. I had to double pay for the entire stay and still haven’t received a refund from Expedia or the hotel for it

inconciente . I had done the online check in even paid the fee and still needed to do it all again upon arrival . plus an addition fee that I was unaware of. they have a new policy about towels she mentioned when I said I had supper small towels in my bathroom . Had no carts to haul bags when I got to the room one of lamps didn't work the tv was buffering the whole time and the control didn't have the back battery cover. the water pressure in the shower was horrible and the toilet took at least 45 min to fill the tank.just an old property
