I was given a room and when I opened the door there were trash cans full of water. The ceiling tiles and fallen.
The hallway carpet was wet and smelt like mildew. Asked for another room and it was a little better but still smelt stale and like mildew. The bathroom door was too big couldn’t even close it. Will never stay there again

No A/C in 1st room given after booking ahead of time. Electric keys failed often and had to be replaced. Room not cleaned daily, every 2nd or 3rd day. Front desk not staffed at all times. Phone calls to front desk rarely answered.

Good coffee but I had to go get more bags myself since they didn’t do the room daily.

Not located in a nice area. Next time in OKC I will spend more to get better accommodations.

I have been here before and feel I do not need to gamble to go elsewhere.
The room is clean and well maintained with working ammenitiesy.
The parks ng is very spacious and secure. Truckers like me will find enough space.
The breakfast menu is diverse and reasonable.
The price of the rooms is the best that you can get for the services you get here.
Keep up with your excellent service Ramada.

There is a basketball team of ladies ready to serve you in the back of this hotel. Beware though, if you don't require these services and you catch one jumping in your car, no refunds from management or hotels.com! My one hour stay was so eventful my previous review was rejected twice for saying what actually happened there.. just don't forget, no refunds, from anyone, no matter how unsafe you feel, carry on ladies, hotels.com and Ramada got your back 🤗

The hotel was cheap, but clean. There are a variety of sorts staying there and \"hanging out\" there, but I felt safe. Don't plan on using the shuttle. I tried to book it 3 times and kept getting the runaround from 3 different staff members. The night before he told me I had to book it in the morning, in the morning he said I had to come back at 7am and book it. I went back and 7:30am to book it for 9:30am and had a pretty good indication that it wasn't going to be there and it wasn't, so I just took an Uber.

The room was disgusting with black spots that looked like mold, bugs, and yellow sticky spots on the wall. The hotel smelled bad and was just disgusting overall. The staff was not helpful. They moved me three times because of mechanical issues. I expressed my disappointment and they were focused on not refunding. The airport shuttle was not offered so I didn't know about it. Breakfast area was disgusting and the dining was gross so I never ate there. Also, there are homeless people all over the property. One person even tried to break into my room at 1 am in the morning. I contacted staff but didn't get any help or reply. They are focused on ignoring guest to not issue refunds.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this experience was bad enough to justify it. The entire building was dirty, from the front door all the way to our room. There were stains all over every carpet, multiple elevator buttons were cracked and broken. Every one of our towels was stained and there were several stains on the bedsheets as well. We found cereal all over the carpet as if it hadn’t even been vacuumed. We were only stopping for the night after a long drive and it was too late to cancel the reservation, otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. I probably should have known considering it was only $50 a night but in this case I wish I had spent more to have a nicer place to stay. As we left I also noticed what looked like a covered smoke detector, which would make sense if they were painting - they were not. Cannot recommend!

If I could leave 0 stars i would. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We werent in our room 10 minutes and roaches were climbing from the headboard. The solution? Let me move you to a different roach infested room... nah. Yuck. Sheets were nasty. There was someone finger nails in the drawer. Capers was pieced together in 1 to 2 foot squares, just placed in. Then the super \"friendly\" guy at the front desk wanted to argue, hotels.com and him on the phone and he hung up and disconnected the phone and refused to answer and proceeded to yell at me. Super annoying situation. Disgusting and unsanitary. Hotels.com got us a much cleaner place and is now working on a refund.

Garbage was still scattered there when we left the next day. We had no internet. We told the same fella at the front desk. He did not care. He said he didn't know anything about the internet. There were overflowing trash cans by the elevator doors on all floors. Our bathroom door did not close. Ice machine was out of order. My husband said it was the worst hotel he has ever stayed in and he was a traveling salesman most of his life, staying in hotels 5 nights out of the week. It was definitely one of my top 3 bad experiences.

The second room was still dirty, there was Marijuana joint butts on the counter on top of the microwave and the shower curtain was moldy at the bottom. Nope never again

The reason for this trip was the death of a family friend. I had traveled over 6 hours by car arrived late only to see \"elevator out of order.\" After carrying my luggage upstairs to a room where the sheets were stained, and the carpet was patched up, the fan light didnt work and looked like it would fall if I pulled any harder on the strings.the stairs smelled like a smoker lit a cigarette on the way up. By this point I just needed sleep, which I got the bed was comfortable the A/C worked well. Staff asked for a $50 deposit, even though I paid with a card, but did refund at checkout. The breakfast was good, but no allowance for eating upstairs if the seating area of 12 was full. I'm glad I traveled alone because I would want a refund and leave immediately if my family was with me.

The room smelled like some pets had accidents that had never been properly cleaned. The floor (which was carpet) also felt both damp and grimy. Perhaps there was a leak someplace or moisture seeping up through the concrete pad, or dampness from something else that had never fully dried. The shower head was broken and sprayed a lot of water onto the floor, so it could have been from that. In any case, we won’t be back.
