I had random people knocking on my door all hours of the night. Even made a phone call at 6 am to the hotel desk becasue there was a fight going on outside. I checked in at 1030pm friday. Paid until sunday. Left sat at 4pm due to not feeling safe. Currently battling trying to get a refund because i felt unsafe and they seemed more upset about that than their guest being harassed. I even have a video of a random man knocking on my door when i was out in my car. They expressed 0 remourse.

Staff was not friendly. Hotel was very ran down. I was almost attacked by a boxer that was running around the hotel with out a leash. Then was threatened by a guest. I brought my concerns to the staff to not care and acted like my safety was none of their concern. He ended up leaving after an hour of checking in because the AC unit wasn’t working and they were not going to accommodate and not give us her money back. He had to get a different hotel last minute.

Horrible. Absolutely filthy. Place was crawling with drug addicts, and homeless. We checked in, walked to our rooms, immediately walked back to the front desk, and asked for a refund. Told lady at front desk I did not feel safe staying there with my children. She asked me to reconsider, they had a security guard. The security gaurd was sitting in the office sleeping. I told her i would rather not, and asked again about a refund. She said that because i checked in, she would not give me a refund. We left, and i was out the money for 2 rooms, for 2 days. Don't book there. It's nasty, stinks, and creepy people around every corner. Looks nothing like the photos. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The pics on Expedia show a decent hotel You will be deceived!!!! Place is very dirty full of people i believe were on drugs hiding in the shadows of the building and dogs that barked all night. Dried blood in bath tub, tv didnt work no remote couch had stains all over it. Didnt sleep due to all the noise inside and outside the hotel room. Thankfully the car wasnt vandalized or stolen, and noone broke in and robbed us.

Okay I wasn't expecting to be put in a murder mystery room but that's exactly what it feels like with the attached smells to go along with it and like I'm afraid to touch anything I don't want to move from the spot I'm in because I don't want to get any more contaminated and I'm so glad that they're police officers outside patrolling in case they try and kill us cuz there is a Serbian dance guy outside my room dancing all over the place

I checked in Monday, and found out that the room I was staying in had bed bugs, the hard way… I told the staff and I was promptly allowed to move to a new room. After getting to the new room, I suffered internet issues that wouldn’t even allow me to stream Netflix. Upon telling staff, I was told it would be reset. The problem persisted… After a full day of no internet, I asked to be moved to a different location so I could utilize internet that’s included in my bill… I was told I could not be moved… I asked for a corporate number or email as well as an owner operator email or number and was told they didn’t have ANY of that information… Frustrated I asked again to be moved to be told it’s not possible when earlier today(Sunday) I was told I might be moved to an upstairs room after 12, and the gentleman who told me that, was gone before I could get back… In addition, I also asked why the heater wasn’t working in my room for the staff member to tell me they never lit the boiler… I’m anemic… I get cold… So there’s that…

This was the worst hotel.com place ive ever dealt with.i booked 5 kings and got 1 king and 4 doubles.2 of the rooms smelt like sewer,we requested to be all together and we were scattered across the hotel,the pool was still filled with green slimmy water and had ducks living in it.the homeless are all over the property,it just didnt feel safe.the guy checking us in was very rude,speaking to the girl coming in for her shift in their language.it was a disaster from the get go.one of our rooms got woke up by housekeeping and were told to go pay a deposit,which was paid at checkin.ill never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone

The listing on Expedia indicated they had airport shuttle service. When I landed and called they said didn't have it. Their shuttle was not working. They made no effort to find me other options. I ended up paying $60 to and from hotel to the airport. I would not have stayed here if they had notified they had no shuttle. Unacceptable service.

A good old hotel gone bad

$25 deposit put on credit card. Called & asked manager why it had not been deleted at checkout. Mgr. said wait 2-3 business days for credit. Since Biltmore has different management, it has become a turdhole. It not only smells bad, but there is only 1 bar, which they list having 2. While rearranging cords at desk, so I could plug in my computer, no cleaning done.

Well i arrived and it seems the young lady had no clue , i told her that i contacted an agent of the Hotels.com to switch my booking day, she said that I was suppose to be there Friday, after she gave me her speech she then went ahead , she was busy with something on the computer, i mean i wasn't going to argue, anyway due to the problems I was having Friday I was tired, anyway there was a young man who was very irrational and the clerk was trying to help,well since I didn't have extra money for the room, I just went to Super 8, and checked in with them, sorry about Biltmore.

The front desk was rude. There is also a $25 deposit you have to pay when you check in. Wasn’t expecting it to be $25 more than what the total stated it would be. People screaming fighting in the hallway/room next door from 2-3:30 am. I will NEVER stay here again. This was our 3rd time to stay, but I’ve been told there are new owners and they have destroyed this hotel.

It was terrible at check in they tried to charge me again even tho they had my id and I paid on this app and they barely understood me when I tried telling me while going to my room there was pee stains throughout the halls the room smelled like mold the sink didn't work when I tried to turn it on the handle came off and there is holes in the ceiling. The best time of the trip was getting the deposit back and leaving.

This was a beautiful hotel at one time. I booked a room so my son could experience the history and nostalgia associated with this hotel. The surrounding area is now a ghetto. Adult store across the street and a woman was doing drugs in the front parking lot. A lot of unsavory people loitering around. It was so bad there were “security guards” in the lobby. They didn’t seem much better than the thugs in the parking lot. The room was filthy. Bugs and mildew in the bathroom, toilet wasn’t cleaned, 1980’s tv with 3 channels and no remote. Food on top of the tv stand, dingy carpet and bedding, safety lock was broken. Needless to say we did not stay the night. The clerk tried to talk us into staying in a different room, but ended up giving us a refund when I refused. It’s a shame this once grand, historical hotel was not maintained.

I was so disappointed with this hotel. It smelled like it had not been Cleaned in years. It was a ran down motel room holes in the walls live and dead roaches inside of the room. I will never be back to the motel they changed the price of the room when I got there it was listed as $47 a night I was charged $103 dollars for that same night. I was very disappointed it should not even be on HOTELS. COM CAUSE IT IS MORE OF A RAN DOWN MOTEL THE HALLWAY CARPET EVEN WALKING TO YOUR ROOM IS FILTHY NEEDS REPLACED OR A VERY DEEP CLEANING FOR THE LEAST!

Stayed here 3 nights while working in okc and was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Carpets had more dust and hair in them than carpet, smelled like sweat and piss everywhere, beds, sheets, towels were all stained. Very disappointed with my stay

The Shining

The front desk people were really nice. The lobby is historical and really lovely. However, once I started down the hallway to my room I began to feel as if I was in the hotel from the shining. Any minute I expected a kid on a tricycle to pass me. Room was very run down and the bed uncomfortable and threadbare. Pretty sure there was blood on the couch. Needs a renovation because you can tell it used to be beautiful. They have a dispensary and saloon next to the church. Nice touch.

Ally cats are a nuisance

We get non-smoking we do not smoke the room reaks of smoke. Toilet has problems flushing. Found out the side we were put on is known as the ally due to the people that rent the rooms as regulars that sell dope and sell themselves. We found out by one coming to our room offering herself to my husband as i was down the hall. Our sleep sucked due to it as well they were constantly out in front of our room through all hours and at one point i woke to the noise then seen s shadow knocking across the window. Back on the smoking thing we stay there alot because usually were broke and need cheapest every time the room reaks and they charge a fee for deposit you get back if your room isn't damaged or smoked in.

Anyway there was a dirty gross looking womens underwear under the sink. There are a lot of ppl walking around that area at night. It wasnt that quiet. It was okay if youre used to that.
